Her are the choices! Pick whichever you feel will be the best one. ^^ I'll be leaving this poll up for seven days, but if all our members have voted before the seven days finished, we'll come to a decision. There's no need to reply to this topic. Just vote. 8D
Choice 1: Just have your teacher character start lecturing in a classroom and hope a student RPer comes in and sits through it. We might have instances where other people in a different part of the academy is on lunch break while class is in session somewhere else. Well, I'd like to avoid that, but sadly to say it's difficult to do that with so many places.
Choice 2: When adequate members have arrived, moderators can announce to everyone in the guild that the bell is ringing. After that announcement, the next person to post in each existing scene would mention as part of their post "And so-and-so heard the bell ring." So that all non-class scenes could end, and students could depart for their classes. Basically--it's kind of an immediate solution, if people are needing to get class started? And then a formal schedule could happen later. Just make sure when you mention the bell ringing, you put it in bold or underline it or put it in some way to make it noticeable so someone can tell that class is ending/starting.
The problem with that is that you have to keep a look out for that mention of class ending or class starting.
Choice 3: We could have weekdays as each period and the weekends as an after school session for students to roam around as they pleased. Each student would have their own schedule to follow.
Maybe something more like--every other day is class and the days in between are free periods, lunch, etc. So like...
Monday- Class 1 Tuesday- Break Wednesday- Class 2 Thursday - lunch Friday- Class 3 Weekend-Weekend
And then next week: Monday- Class 4 Tuesday- Break Wednesday-Class 5 Thursday- lunch Friday- Class 6 Weekend- Weekend
The problem with this system is that if you miss a day, you miss an entire class.
Choice 4: A topic will be set up just to tell RPers when class is in session and when it isn't. We could have class change every few hours. We can have moderators choose the time, but if anyone else wants to change the time, just ask and most likely a moderator will most likely say yes. If a moderator isn't around, it's fine if anyone uses the topic. Just remember to give time for the other RPers to RP properly in one class.
The problem with this system is that you'll have to keep track of the topic in case it is updated.

The week will soon be coming to an end! Don't forget to cast in your vote! Since we don't have a lot of votes, every vote counts!
Classes will start MONDAY. We will prepare a topic for you to decide your school schedule and which classes you're going to take on Saturday and you can think about it Saturday and Sunday. But it's good to get a heads up now so you could have extra time to think about it. More detail will be added later.
