⋆ History :: Ever since she was a little girl Melody has loved to sing. She was very good at it too, but living in these times singing will get you no where. Melody was forced to put singing aside to farm and tend to her home.
When Melody was 15 and her younger sister was drawn for the Games. Melody was flustered and didn't know what to do. She was frozen solid, unable to move. Melody's sister Hannah ended up dying the first day of the Games. For Hannah wasn't made for fighting. Melody swore from tha day forward to protect her loves ones. She has moved on though. She tries to be positive and cheery.
Melody's parents don't own much land, so she is looking for work at another family in town's land. She helps with their house work sometimes, but she also does farming work. It is not like her family is super poor, but no rich enough to own land. They have a nice little home, and a few horses.
