
I just made the greatest healthy spaghetti ever.
I don't have exact measurements, I just threw it all together.
First you make meat balls out of ground chicken meat, onions and cracker crumbs.
Let it simmer in a skillet.
Then mince up assorted bell peppers, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, and carrots.
Add to the skillet once meat is done browning.
Let the veggies cook and add organic Bertollies tomato sauce.
Let it simmer.
Then add to whole grain pasta.
I got experimental in the kitchen, but it was awesome.
