It was nice to be out of the house, even nicer to know that Shiori wasn't going to be around for a few days since his group had a lot of business to hand. Something about rivals moving into their territory or something like that, he never shared the details with Kaimana and for that the young man was glad. He didn't really want to know the details of his lover's life since it was so wrought with violence and blood. He knew one day something would happen and the man would stop coming... but until that day he would do all he could try to make things easier for him. Difficult to do since Shiori was convinced that Gemma's stone appearing to Kaimana was a curse that was then passed onto him, a curse that brought about the appearance of Alys's stone and from that stone the little Shaymin girl.

Today wasn't for worrying about that grouch though, today was about having some fun, breathing in the cool, winter hair, and enjoying the snow that had fallen. Well to a point. Being what she was Alys had to be bundled up before heading outside, her flowers especially having to be kept safe. The same went for Nagendra, the snake tail that Gemma possessed. It was currently wrapped around Gemma's midsection for warmth, huddled under three layers of clothing, shirt, sweater, and jacket, and all the while the snake was hissing in a displeased manner over it all. Gemma on the other hand was having fun with balling up snow and throwing it in random directions at seemingly anything that moved. He'd managed to peg a couple pigeons on the way to the park before Kaimana's scolding caused him to finally leave the poor, dumb birds alone. He was sure that it was the cat in Gemma that made him want to taunt birds...

"Alright, here we are." I am going to sit right here on the bench... well after I sweet it off. You two can go as far as the little play ground area but not further." He didn't have a clue if the rivals to Shiori's gang knew of him or of the children but best to stay vigilant just in case.

There was a nod from both kids, Alys clinging tightly to Gemma, her eyes wide with excitement, as the pair of them started forward. It seemed, once she was sure everything was good, that she was able to break away from her friend so she could run over to one of the swings and moved to scramble up into it, "Push me, Gemma! Push!" She squealed, kicking her feet in delight.

Gemma gave a nod of his head, ears turning forward, as he moved around behind her so that he could do just that. He wanted to keep her in such a good mood since he knew how melancholy she could get when she thought about that idiot guardian of hers. Once day Gemma meant to chase him off and keep Alys with him where she'd be happy. Until that day he could only try to cheer her up when she was around him.
