Well guarded, the prison is designed to withhold many different levels of captured ninja. It's deign is much like a normal prison but the walls are reinforced to prevent even S Ranked jutsus from breaking them. Most prisoners are not granted access to their hands and have their chakra being kept at a minimum through seals for obvious reasons.
