The underground houses former hell,a place were oni roam,like Yuugi Hoshiguma. The bridge is guarded by the jealousy youkai,Parsee. Kisume and Yamame's like have taken to roam the dark. Deeper lies the home of Satori Komeiji,whose sister,Koishi, has left. Her pers Utsuho,a nuclear raven,and Orin,a death nekomata,operate closer to hell.

The plains house other Youkais, such as Yuuka Kazami. A distance away lies the Sanzu,the river that dives the world of living from the Higan,a place were souls await judgement. Here Komachi,a ferrywoman of death, and Shikieiki,Gensokyo's yama manage the judgement of death and its arrival to higan. Sariel also works with them,as an angel of death.
