A pokehuman more pokemon than human stood alone beneath a large tree, the snow melting beneath her, she was shoeless since no shoes would ever fit her large clawed feet, baggy cargo pants covered most of her feet so her claws weren't as obvious.

Fury stood beneath a tree by herself The snow surrounding her had melted and evaporated from the heat given off by both her and her tail and luckily it wasn't too cold out so Fury could stand it. she wanted to be by herself to cool her head, since she'd exploded earlier at some unfortunate human who'd run into her. she breathed, a small stream of fire spewed from her mouth, a habit that had come from her pokemon days.

"Stupid humans" Fury grumbled pulling out her sketchbook, the flame on her tail surged and became stronger for a moment before returning to it's normal size, the flame's strength often depended on her emotion and how healthy she was, she was always careful not to get it wet or let it go out After All the flame would only go out if she died. Fury Breathed again though this time no flame came out, she calmed herself as she sat on the now dry ground, she pulled out a pencil and began to draw.

Deep Blue eyes regarded the lines on the page with frustration, Why couldn't she draw what she wanted to? she growled at the paper as though it would fix itself if she intimidated it more and resisted the urge to scribble over it, instead she flipped the page and started drawing the familiar form of a girl...

Orion had been out on one of his long walks. The apartment was nice, but seemed too small after a while. As his normal route went he walked around the outer skirts of town and through the tree covered hills on the last stretch. He shuffled his hands about in his thick white and purple striped winter coat's pockets. Orion purposely put a lot of change in his pocket to keep him amused on these walks.

His head bobbled along with his pearl-colored dragon tail in beat to the techno beat blasting from the overly large headphones around his neck.

As he rounded a thick trunk of an old tree he caught sight of a feint glow through the wall of forest in front of him. His crimson eyes brightened at the sudden burst of fire and again when it begun to die down. Acrobatics? He squinted and caught sight of what he figured to be a tail and wings.

He altered his course. As he drew closer he could make out more detail of the being propped up against the tree. Orange and a dragon-ish pokemon. Tip of the tongue. But what was more important was what she was doing. Something so familiar to him! Art. There was no mistaking a sketch-pad! He quickly moved his hands out of his pocket, brushed his hand over his short white hair to move the head-phones back a bit, than waved.

"HEY!" he called disregarding any thought this person might be dangerous. His tail flicked about like an excited puppy. "Hey! Dude! Another artist! Very sweet!"

Fury was too absorbed in the world of her work to pay attention to the approaching figure nor the music from the headphones, she had completely cut herself off from the world around her as she worked this usually meant she was quite calm when she was finished, that is if she was alone. She stared longingly at the image she had drawn, she placed her hand gently on the page and sighed, a smile graced her features as she thought of better times before she had become what she was now, there was no going back either was there?

The sudden over excited voice caused her to recoil and get instantly to her feet leap back flaring her wings open and clutching the sketchbook to her chest, her tail flicked back and forth dangerously as the flame intensified. "Who are you?!" she demanded without really looking small flames spewed from her mouth as she spoke, her free hand was prepped to defend herself id need be. You couldn't be too careful even with the most innocent looking person, she'd met a few trying to take her back to that place before, She'd never go back, never.

It took fury a few moments to notice that he had a tail, A pokehuman, and an annoying one at that. She relaxed a little "What do you want?" she growled between her teeth regarding hum still suspiciously still holding fast to her sketchbook, had he already said what he wanted? Fury couldn't remember her instant self preservation reaction had blocked off anything else he might have said.

"And just for the Record I'm not Dude." She whacked her powerful tail against a nearby tree causing all the snow to fall off though it evaporated as soon as it came anywhere near her tail.

At first glance, should Orion have kept his mouth shut, would have made him seem particularly threatening with his crimson eyes set against black sclera, six foot three height, his moderately muscular build, and good posture. Even the natural tone of his voice, deep and having this crystal clearness to it, would have added to the intimidation should the words have been chosen better. However, they were not.

Orion paused in mid-step as the other pokemon - CHARIZARD! That's what it was- nearly burnt the tree behind her down with that candle stick tail of hers. Contrary to the being in front of him Orion nearly completely blended in to the snow with his pale, almost white, skin and completely white hair. The cranberry-pinkish palkia-like tattoos on his neck, cheek (running from his eyes to his chin) and hands popped offset the blending into the snow. The same colored stripes on his clothing had the same affect.

He turned the techno-music off as he continued his approach. Both hands slipped out of his pockets.

"Just saw you drawing is all. I'm an artist too, s'fun to see someone with the same interest..." His tail flicked as the smile on his face widened. "What'cha drawing?"

Through all the excitement proper introductions, and her 'who are you' question, were completely lost in the void of his amusement.

What boy in front of her was certainly wasn't lost on her, a palkia, but the question remained why was it here and so casually? Nor was it the same one she had met many years ago that much was certain. Fury's suspicion grew despite the innocent act it seemed to be putting on.

"WHO ARE YOU?" She roared sick on him obviously dodging questions she hoped yelling would finally catch his attention. "Why are YOU here." she said emphasizing the fact she knew what he was. She didn't like being ignored like this, he wasn't even paying any attention to what she had been asking, he just wanted her to let her guard down, and that had to be it. Some stupid corporation managed to get a hold of a Palkia to catch her again wasn't it? She had just settled down again after all they usually came then.

"I don't care if you're an artist," Fury didn't move back as he approached she just held on tighter to her book, and growled deeper. "What I draw is none of your business," she growled flexing her free claw as a warning. She wasn’t afraid though if he did attack she would have some trouble with him being a water type, though she was certain of her power if it really came down to it, if she really had to fight.

"woa man, woa" Orion threw his hands up as he halted once again. "Name's Orion. And I'm always here... Well-" Orion couldn't have felt prouder of himself for the nerdy reference to his favorite series. "-I talk a walk about this time of day every day. Same route. You'd think it was boring, but there is usually always something new."

He lowered his hands. "You make it sounds like I wanna abduct'cha or something."

Orion overlooked the claw flex, or if he had noticed it said nothing about it. His hands remained out of his pockets and rest casually at his sides. Over all he seemed very oblivious to her tension. "I just like seeing other people's arts. Good way to improve one's self. I guess it doesn't sound as awesome of a title as a doctor or somethin' to everyone, but to me, I think it's one of the better things to do."

He looked up at some bird that flew over head briefly. It's feathers caught the sun just right causing it to shine as if pure gold. After is moment of awe he focused back on Fury. "So... can I see your work?"

What Dr. Who really? Fury did relax for a moment before tensing again This Palkia was so... Fury couldn't even think of the word for it. With the Geek reference but aside Fury tried to understand and found herself nowhere. She didn't get it he seemed oblivious, like he couldn't feel the tension she felt, Why? Was he really so stupid or just didn't care? Fury's eye narrowed "What the hell is wrong with you?!" she snapped he didn't have the feel of a legend even though he was one.

"Well don't you?" she continued to growl her tail flicking back and forth “A legend like you is hardly ever seen anywhere, aren't you supposed to be in another dimension or something?" Fury was well traveled and knew quite a bit about the stories of the legends her Trainer had always been interested in them, it was through them they met the Origin palkia. Orion was nothing like it, he seemed much younger the way he behaved. How the hell could he be so dense?

"I don't care!" she snarled cutting him off as he talked about art.

Still? Orion wanted to see her drawings, He was damn persistent still wanting to see them, still trying to get her to lower her guard, But what if he was an innocent bystander? She couldn’t see it, not many people would be so insistent to befriend her as he was. She’d done this once before; she’d accused someone and hurt them trying to find the proof. But that person had only wanted to be her friend but she had scared them off, besides it was easier for her to be alone she didn’t hurt anyone and no one hurt her.

The bird caught her eye as it flew by, but she chose to ignore it, despite its beauty as it flew through the sunbeams. The flutter of wings died in the distance before she spoke again.

“No.” was all she said finally, since that seemed to be what he was looking for.

"Legend?" Orion shrugged his shoulders slightly. Oddly enough it was the first time anyone refereed to him as a legend. He was aware there was a magnificent Palkia that created the space, or something like that, but he always figured that one was a glorified being of his species. THAT palkia was a legend.

"You seem to have some kind of anger built up, s'not healthy. That tail man, does that go with your mood? " He paused in mid-thought -as if to switch the tracks his mind was on- than shook his head. "Sad for me than. Guess some artists need to wait to reveal things. Bummer for me though man..."

Orion adjusted the large headphones with one hand.

"You live in the city? Most Pokehumes do. Maybe some other time I can get a sneak peak at that art? That would be so bomb. I could show you mine. Own a studio, small one."

"What you don't know the old Palkia I thought all you knew each other?" Perhaps it wasn’t an act he really had no idea what he was supposed to be, he had no clue. All casual and plain, he didn’t even feel intimidating like he should. At least from the one she’d met it had a feel of incredible power, but this one she wasn’t getting anything.

"Some Anger?" She curled her hand into a fist blood trickled from her hand where her claws pierced the flesh. She thought of thinking of what happened to her "You have NO idea." she growled, this guy was obviously sheltered, and it pissed her off, Having no idea what the world was really like, that or he was lucky enough to avoid it.

“Yeah my tail does show my mood, if you can notice that can you take a hint." Wait what did that have to do with anything and why did she say something? Fury twitched as he switched topics again. She didn’t want him to know where she lived; he’d never leave her alone if he did. “Like hell I’d ever tell you where I lived.” Was he really so dense, was it all he thought about? That was it she was about at her limit of the randomness of this guy, Her fist tightened "NO" she roared closing her eyes tightly flames erupting around her "Why can't you just leave me alone," everyone else would have left at the sight of her why, why wouldn't he go away?

Any of the trees nearby would have become scorched twigs from the intense flames released and a few were still burning, the ground and grass became black ash, her eyes snapped open, she did it again without thinking. She regretted it instantly, she hadn’t really meant to she just... She bit back on her lip was that guy even ok?

“Hey Are you alive?”

Orion blinked as she seemed to go off on a tangent. Such anger, Orion had yet to meet such an angry person. It made him think of an old proverb his trainer used to say.

"Uh-" He lifted a finger as he was about to comment on the blood running down her hand at her self inflicted wound. However, she quite literally blew up before any other noise could pass his lips.

An oaf he acted like and an oaf he was not when it came to the battle. Or at least stressful situation. Orion lept back away from the core of the fire attack. As he moved his hands lifted than crossed his arms. The snow around the flames shot upward in a wave. He uncrossed his hands the wave spread outward over the trees consumed in fire. After the arms were uncrossed he drew a deep breath and exhaled a stream of water to the wave of snow, water rather, to aid in its affect. He lept back again and repeated the process of preventing a massive forest fire. At one point he could have swore he saw a rather large -and hairy- man through the trees controlling the fire away from the deeper part of the woods, but the man vanished after a blink and the rest of the fire with him.

Orion panted as he pat out a small flame on the sleeve of his jacket. "Yeah, dude, are -you- okay? You gotta nice gash on your hand there."

Fury looked around at the scorched trees, thanks to the quick work of Orion the damage she could have caused didn't spread. He seemed fine despite all the fire, but then again he was a water type, she shouldn't have been surprised buy it. "At least you do have some training..." she muttered quietly almost apologetically.

Opening her wounded hand, she simply looked at it. It throbbed and stung, as a wound should but to Fury she couldn’t really feel it anymore. Pain wasn't anything new to her, she'd been in fights where she could barely move at the end, this was just a little scratch and besides it would heal, and besides she had many scars, though not all of them were see able.

"It's fine, don't worry about it." She spoke without looking up as blood dripped on the ashen ground. She grabbed a few of the scorched twigs at least she’d made some charcoal to use. Her hair clothes were singed again too, guess that was her fault she'd have to snip some off so it didn't look so bad, though it didn't really matter about how she looked. People looked at her the same anyway.

Without a word fury began away, yeah, it would be better if she just left.

"Dude, hold on!" Orion called as he strode up to her side. The words had barely left his mouth when he took his jacket's arm in his mouth and begun to rip it off from the elbow down with his sharp teeth.

"Bleeding out is so bad for you man. You can loose all your blood and pass out. Snow does not make a good place to pass out. Than I'd have to carry ya..." He became quiet for a moment as he begun to tear the warm jacket cloth into tie-able strips.

"Okay, lemme see that sucker." Orion held out his free hand palm upward.

All that and he still wouldn't leave her alone? He really was an idiot when it came to some things. Though his work when it came down to it was good the way he stopped the forest from becoming a major forest fire. She growled a bit as he strode up beside her.

"I said its fine!" she snapped "It'll stop bleeding soon anyway." he still started tearing of his coat and ripping it into strips. He wasn't going to go anywhere no matter how hard she pushed it seemed, it was ludicrous too he really was a weird guy. Fury looked at her bleeding hand again, then back at the ridiculous looking Palkia that was holding his hand out.

"Fine" she said with a low growl opening her wounded hand, it didn't look like she was going to get anywhere with this guy, maybe he really was an idiot. Her tail flicked in annoyance and she huffed.

Once again it was as if Orion hadn't even heard any of the previous attempts to verbally get him to shoo. He went to work wrapping the hand as soon as it was offered. Luckily for Fury he was quiet as he wrapped the torn cloth around her hand than tied it so the knot was on the back of the hand.

When the knot was secure he looked back at the Charizard. "Can't risk that hand, you need to keep up that art. Reminds me of the time I got this nasty paper-cut. Sucked ta do anything for a day."

Orion took a few steps back. He was just now starting to realize the difference in temperature from his left arm and right arm. He'd have to find another jacket later. His own tail flicked in amusement if anything.

"So, dude..." he mentally fidgeted around for the word. He vaguely remembered her not wanting to tell him where she lived. "You need help gettin' home or anything? Cause, I don't wanna leave you alone if you're not gonna be okay. S'not right is what my tr- a friend would have said."
