Welcome to Rosentale Academy.
The first thing you should do is read the guild's storyline so you know what's going on. Hopefully you've already read it since it's on the Guild Home. Then you can create a character profile. Just go to the topic that says Character Profiles and add in your character. There will be a form sheet there for you to fill out. You will have to start out as a student because being a teacher requires you to be an active member of the guild and once we feel that you are an active member, you will be allowed to make a teacher.
Each person is entitled up to 5 characters, unless otherwise stated by a crew member.
Moving on, once you've created your character, a crew member will assign a dorm for your character. You can go back and edit your character profile if you want to put your dorm room on it if you want to do so. You can't start roleplaying until your character is accepted. Also, once your character is accepted you have to put your character's profile in the Accepted Character Profiles subforum. If you don't, the moderators will nag you.
Once you're accepted, the next thing you should do is look over the SCHOOL SYSTEM thread. It's important that you look at how our school system works. The mods will help you out if you're confused. If you're not sure what class to go to, you may post at the "Questions" thread in the OOC chatbox. Also, if you're not sure what day it is, you can always check The Rosentale Calender.
Once you've finished getting familiar with our system, you can then sign up for your classes in the Class Schedule: SIGN UP. The more students we have, the more classes will be available and we also need teachers so if you feel like you can take on a teacher role, that would be wonderful! Of course, you have to promise to be active if you take on a teacher role or at least show up for you classes.
Once you've done all that, feel free to wander around the forums and roleplay whenever you want.
