For those of you that ask me why I haven't hired you yet. I do not base my staff on just their experience and art. Those of you not hired are missing something essential to being staff that has nothing to do with your posts below. I will not tell you what it is, but those I feel are really into this place, are the ones I will hire. I could also not hire you simply because there are not enough regulars in the thread currently at the present time.. more staff than regulars is a problem is it not? Customers gotta help out as well and spread good things about us around.
With a large influx of people now gradually making their way within the inner workings of the world of Celeste, I find it is time to attempt to hire some staff to work so I can let a bit of the load of work off for real life things.
Here I will be hiring managers, certists for those that can not or do not wish to cert, and colorists whether they be part time, full time, guests, unedited colorists, edited colorists, or Familiar colorists. Fill out the appropriate form below at any time to be considered. This will always be open and if I feel you are up to Wista standards, you will get a PM from me saying you will be hired.
I need those that will stick around, if you plan on only staying for 1 event and vanishing off the earth to leave me more work, I don't want you so don't apply. I want people who will respect and be loyal to me, other staff, and customers that will do their work in a timely manner. I give plenty of time for colorists to make pets and keep a very organized area for managers to know what they need updated every day of every week and I need these people to work so I can work on the difficult things like new certs, new templates, transformations, kholiathra, and fairies. I can not do this if I am coloring 50+ pets a month and catching up on what staff were SUPPOSE to have done.
In the future, I am wanting this to be a real website where the site updates inventory and things itself. I am in college for multimedia design and development to help me build it and teach me html for it, until then, you will have to bear with this being a bit more difficult than your ordinary shop with how complicated things can be unless I get someone able to build it for me or show me how to do it.
To me, this place may be a gaiaonline shop, but you should treat it as if you would your job irl that should be fun and not feel as if its work unlike how its felt for me as I've done it alone. This is how I treat it, and I expect the same from you so you will need to contact me if anything happens. I don't care if you need to text it to me to say you can't do something, I just want to know if something happens to you so I'm not freaking out if that's okay. If you suddenly vanish and never return, I will treat it as if you died. If you come back to me wanting a job after you vanish for a long period of time, no amount of kissing my a** or begging will get you your job back so don't expect it to. You can stick around still in the shop if you like, but you won't have a job here any more or ever again.
I think of everyone as my friends, almost a family sort of status if I like them well enough so if you disappear I will be worried about you no matter what.

Computer Requirements:
You will need a layering program such as photoshop or GIMP for this. Photoshop CS works best and if you do not have it, I can make arrangements to get it for you.
What you must do each month:
4+ pets for full time (4 is the minimum)
2+ pets for part time (2 is the minimum)
as many as you want for guests. You may come and go as you please
You must have opened Breedings and Customs every year.
No more than 3 breedings unless given permission.
No more than 5 Customs unless permission is granted for an event or something.
Minimum of 2 Game pets for Full Time
Minimum of 1 Game pet for Part Time
Event pets will have a list each colorist needs to complete before the deadline unless something comes up irl. I usually give 2 months to make pets for events so if you can not do them, I like to know a good reason why...
If you are a colorist that wants to do edits, edits must be up to a league I use for my own or else you will have to redo them, take them off, or undergo "bootcamp" for edits. They MUST match the current templates and if you do not feel confident you can do them, then do not. I'd rather have someone that can make me a fabulous pet than one that is disturbing me from its flaws.
Do not feel I'm limiting you on "they MUST match the current templates" either. You are free to edit in a style of your choosing as long as you make the rest of the base that is visible "Match". For example Fea has a specific style of hair that is really shiny. I love her hair and you do not necessarily have to make the painstaking hair I make. Just if you leave hair on the pet uncovered in MY STYLE, you either change it to match your style or you match my style. You can not have two styles going on at once here.
Colorists will be required to provide a Colorist Symbol before putting out any pets in the shop. We need this Symbol that represents you in order to Cert your pets.
Certists must keep certs up to date on a timely basis, they must also be CORRECT when posted or immediately changed if something is wrong on them. You will be required to save a "condensed" psd of every pet and upload it to a mediafire account so that we can change it at any time. Its made things a lot easier for updating ranks or changing the names of owner's and things.
Managers must keep the information for the shop and guild up to date on a timely basis.
What you get:
100% of all profit for EVERYTHING you make. I do not want your gold if I pay other staff, I will pay it myself from things I make. (and I'm talkin, if you are good and with edits you can make over 2 mil an auction)
Certists and Managers can negotiate a price if they want to be paid but they and colorists may get free Ip, pets, and items of their choice each month (up to 2 items (minus legendary badges, necro badges, and transformation books), or a custom pet of their choice by whichever colorist or colored by themselves. staff may also have a staff breeding if they wish).
For Certs- Automatically unless there is another arrangement, you are paid whether colorist or certist, 500 Ip per cert you complete and the payment is usually done at the end of the month.
For Managers- Automatically unless there is another arrangement, you are paid 5,000 Ip per week of work you do. It is usually paid at the end of the month.
Staff may always participate in events but it is now limited to how many pets they can have. For colorists, you must fullfill your quota + 1 pet in order to take 1 pet out of an event and you may take no more than 3 pets a month/event. This is your Quota and a pet that replaces the pet you are taking away from the customers. If you do not fulfill your quota for a month, you can not participate in events the next month, this includes anything for Customers: Random FS, Raffles, Giant events, ect. Managers and Certists- You will get a starting amount of 3 pets a month. Depending on the work you do the month before, will determine whether this number goes down or not. I will give you warning after warning after warning and when that is not enough and you still do not do your job properly, I will start deducting your "rewards".
I tend to be very lenient on staff for not doing their work, but I will rage at you for not doing so, so if you don't work, prepare to have the boss tell you, you are ridiculous with your excuses not working for me. When I have enough of it or it because to the point you are more stressful than helpful to me, I will fire you.
Possible Gold bonuses may also be available depending on how well you achieve the above requirements. I do give out Christmas bonuses because everything I make in gold, does not go to me in this shop. It is saved and then what is there at the end of the year from my work will be divided among staff for the amount of "good work" they have done. If I've been disappointed in your work. I will tell you. I'm not intimidated by anyone or shy.
