Hello lovelies!
My sincerest of apologies for being so tremendously, tremendously absent from Gaia & Burn over the course of the last six months. Since many new &/or relatively inactive members probably don't even recognize my username, I'll officially state - merely as a formality - what I'm sure you already know by now: I'm the guild's captain!
Before I provide you with further information on this awesome holiday giveaway of mine, I would like to take this opportunity to say a couple more generalized things...
First & most importantly, I'd like to extend an oh-so-very warm welcome to all Burn's new members who have joined the guild within the past several months! If you're new, it would be simply awesome if you took the opportunity to briefly introduce yourselves to me when you reply to this thread, & let me know what you think of Burn thus far (suggestions, questions, & any other form of feedback are of course more than welcome as well!)
For all members, especially the folks whose presence on Burn has been quite frequent & long-lived, I want to - as quickly as possible - clarify a couple of basics regarding the state & status of the guild that my prolonged absence may have caused some degree of uncertainty about... Although I've unfortunately essentially quit Gaia more or less, Burn will continue to exist as an active guild for as long as Gaia is still around. I will not retire my official position as captain of this guild any time in the near or foreseeable distant future. I will be a bit more active on Gaia/Burn in the coming months; however, my activity will not increase more than a little. Although I will retain my official title as Captain infinitely, the lovely & perpetually hardworking (much more so than I believe the guild's members have ever been able to fully realize) Vice Captain aka_vashy13 is in effect essentially a Co-Captain of Burn. Although I have actually not discussed this unofficial "promotion" of sorts with Vashy, it appears to me that she's been acting as Burn's unofficial Captain as a natural response to my prolonged absense for quite some time. Therefore, it seems only approprite that I ask that all of Burn's members respect her authority & word exactly as they would mine. The only -- & I mean only -- restraint on her current powers of authority is that she's not allowed to make any changes to the guild which fundamentally & directly undermine the core ideology & belief system on which this guild was founded (for example, Burn's identity as an "everything guild", or Burn's commitment to allowing & supporting free speech within necessary reason). So, if you ever need to contact the Captain of Burn about an issue or concern of yours of significant importance, contact her -- or, better yet, contact both her & myself. Vice Captain blacvamp is another person with almost limitless authority, & should subsequently be respected as such, although Vashy's authority does ultimately trump hers, albiet only slightly.
That's all I've got to say for now... So I'll shut up & get onto the fun part & the reason why you all visited this thread in the first place: Burn's newest massive giveaway, offering presents of various sizes to all members who respond!

Okay, ladies & gents! So here's what this here giveaway is all about. The entire premise, as well as the entirety of the requirements, are all very simple & straightforward.
The first five people to respond to this post will receive one or more presents of my choosing worth at least 200k total.
The sixth through fifteenth people to respond to this post will receive one or more presents of my choosing worth at least 100k total.
Every person who responds to this post after the fifteenth person will receive one or more presents of my choosing worth at least 20k total.
The only requirement regarding your response is that it must be at least three sentences long. What you say in those three or more sentences is completely & entirely up to you! This requirement is applicable to the first fifteen people to respond only. If you're one of the first fifteen people to respond & you fail to adhere to this one requirement, you will still receive a present; however, it will be a present worth at least 20k only. Resultingly, you wont count as one of the first fifteen people to respond, thereby making it possible for the sixteenth, seventeenth, etc. people to respond to receive presents worth 100k or more, depending on how many people -- if any -- fail to notice & follow this one simple rule.

Some additional worthwhile information is as follows:
xxx▷▶ The few people who I've already sent Christmas presents to are obviously not allowed to participate in this giveaway. Therefore, I've taken great care to only send presents thus far to people whose gifts from me would no matter what greatly exceed the cost of 200k.
xxx▷▶ If you respond after the fifteenth person & therefore earn yourself a present worth only a minimum of 20k, you'll still receive present(s) worth significantly more than that minimum if I regard you as a "Gaia friend" or "friendly acquiantance" on Gaia. In my opinion, it's only natural, & certainly not harmful or inappropriate, to favor the people who you've formed friendly bonds with come Christmas time.
xxx▷▶ A wonderful thing to include in your response -- regardless of whether or not a response is even required of you based on the number of posters before you -- is one or more possibile items you'd like to receive as gifts. No matter what, however, you're not guaranteed to receive any of those things; but, if they're items of an appropiate price, there's definitely a more than likely chance that you'll get what you asked for. Please don't, however, ask for presents that are significantly more expensive than the relative amounts I've stated that I'll be spending on gifts for everybody -- behavior like that simply comes of as rude & self-entitled.

xxx▷▶ Unless I'm sending you gold as all or part of your present, you'll receive your gift/gifts most likely through Gaia's gift system. That way, you won't have to wait for me to get around to accepting your trade.
