Sara was a bit alone and angry, her and her brother had one of the biggest fight of there lives and she honestly never wanted to see him again, she had had enough of his distant and cold attitude. Not to mention her parents splitting up, she knew it might happen, they just grew apart. It still hurt though because it taught her fairy tales don't always happen, so now wasn't looking for prince charming she was looking for someone she could be happy with.

She left all of that behind her though, her siblings and the family she considered her other siblings all behind. She heard of the pride her mother was going too and she thought it would be a nice suit for her. She wasn't a mommas girl but she did love her mother very much and the walk to the pride lands would be good for her.

Although the fight had left her with a heavy heart, she was bummed and she didn't like it, she was the perky happy sister and today she didn't feel happy, to be honest she felt rather glum.

User ImageThe battle rage that had come over Skremmende Galning was finally beginning to wear off, leaving the blue-eyed Reaver tired and more than a little dizzy. He also had no idea where he was in relation to the rest of his band. Everything still smelled of blood to him, and he couldn't pick up anyone else's scent. This was probably because his muzzle was covered in blood. Most of it belonging to other lions.

He felt a little like he had just woken up after being knocked out by a blow to the skull, and wondered if maybe that was what had happened. Had they left him for dead? No, that wasn't right. The Stormborn burned their dead or gave them to the sea, and he felt neither burned nor drowned.

"Hey, guys?" he called. "Ru?"

Sara was wallowing in her self pity when her ears started twitching, Listening she began to hear a voice in the distance; it sound almost cub-like for a moment. She walked closer looking to find where the voice was coming from, if it was a cub she had to help it get home and of she couldn't find it then someone had to take care of it.

As she approached the sound she noticed that it was not at all a cub but a lion, older then her. She smiled on the inside;showing a slight smirk on the outside , of course why would there be a cub alone out here, she felt foolish. He smirk quickly faded; she lingered around for a moment looking at the male; he looked alone and he sounded lost.

Slowly Sara began inching toward the male, "Um...Sir...Are you okay?" She didn't want to make the male feel like she was intruding on him. She said a few feet away waiting for a reply and it was a precaution just in case she had to run.

Skremmende was insulted. He didn't even know who was addressing him, but he knew he was insulted. How could the ask if he was okay? Of course he was okay! He was a Stormborn Reaver who had just fought successfully in a raid. True, he'd collapsed at some point and woken up with no idea where any of his companions were, but that was only a temporary setback. Everything was fine.

"Of course I am," he called back. Then he mad a strange expression, not seeing the person he was addressing. "Come out, come out, wherever you are!"

As a cub he hadn't really been much for hide and seek. Having a blind mother made him disinclined to hide from people. He didn't think much of people who hid from others, either. It just seemed cruel and sneaky, from his point of view. Sneaking up on someone was something else, but just plain hiding? Not cool.

"You're not dead yet, and you can stay that way if you come out," he offered.

Sara felt a chill down her spine, he was angry. Maybe he needed some love. She always gave other the benefit of the doubt. Thats what mommy always gtold her, "sometimes people just need love". She was just about to eagerly trott over to the lion and greet him when she heard his threat. She felt a cold panic fill inside her making her fur stand and her ears go down.

She had never met anyone who wanted to kill others, well except her brother Kowab but she didn't think he would honestly ever kill anyone. "I'm....sorry.... i wasn't hiding..." She walked out with her ears down and her tail between her legs. "Don't kill me." She was truly frightened. Sara never encountered a situation like this. Maybe he was just having a bad day, maybe he just needed cheering up.

"I didn't mean to make you angry i'm sorry. My name is Sarraqa or Sara for short. " She stayed a foot or two away she was still cautious but she tried to expect his wishes too. Her tail still hung between her legs, she was showing that she was submissive and she didnt want trouble, she certainly didnt want to be kill. She almost felt like crying for her life but no she had to be strong like mom was.

He had known that the lion speaking to him was female, or else a very young male, but still the blue-eyed Reaver had not expected her to look so very miserable and pathetic when she emerged from her hiding spot - and he still considered it a hiding spot no matter what she said.

"Oh, Stormlords' balls," he exclaimed in exasperation. It was a new phrase he'd learned since coming to the Stormborn and he liked it prodigiously. "I'm not going to kill you, really. Not unless you try to kill me first, anyway, but then it'd be totally justified."

She was pretty, even if she was clearly not like the strong, fierce lionesses of the Stormborn, or even that other pride which was apparently all women. The concept of a pride without males still baffled the young lion, even though he had been born and raised in a pride where the male population was restricted. Funnily, he had left that pride to avoid having to fight his own father, and then ended up in a warlike pride which suited him perfectly.

"Sara. I'm Skremmende Galning. Most people in my pride call me Galning." He didn't think it would be such a good idea to tell this scaredy youth what his name meant.

The young lioness was still in awe of his presence it was just overwhelming for her. Not even her own father made her feel so inferior it was a new feeling and she didn't really like it.

Sara wanted to argue with him about her hiding but she thought it bet to just let it go, he was bigger so she just ignored it. "Oh okay." She smiled once he said that he wasn't gong to kill her, she felt a wave of relief wash over it. "That's a cool name, Skremmende Galning." She repeated and giggled almost cub like. She straightened up, "Oh yes, that would be completely justified." She said trying to sound confident and sure of what she was saying but clearly was failing.

"So Galning, what is a lion like you doing out here?" She asked wondering if he would tell her, on some level this lion reminded her of her brother. The presence, his tone, just the natural state of his being but something made her feel strangely bubbly inside.

Galning puffed up with pride when she complimented his name, repeating it to herself and giggling. He was proud of his name. It had been given to him by a reaver in the pride. It meant intimidating madman. He thought it suited him much better than the name his mother had given him, which meant warm nose. Well, his nose was warm, but that didn't mean he wanted to go through life announcing that. His family had teased him mercilessly about it.

"I bet you'd do the same, if our positions were reversed," Galning said, although he wasn't sure he believed any such thing. She might try to defend herself long enough to flee, but he didn't think she would actually try to kill him. Probably just as well, all things considered. Stick to attainable goals, and all that.

"Probably you're actually one of those lionesses that're trained from birth to be deadly assassins, and you arranged this whole meeting so that you could...er..." Inspiration failed him momentarily, forcing him to recover with the instantly awkward, "So you could mix my warrior blood with yours for the betterment of your secret assassin society!"

"Er..." That didn't come out right.

The same was he referring to killing?Ohhhh no no. "I don't think so, killing and fighting others are bad~~" She smiled that's what her mom always told her. Beside Sara could never hurt anyone unless she had to. She didn't even like conflict. She flicked her tail back about forth, why was everything so consumed about conflict with this male, well at least that's all she heart him say so far.

"Assassin's~~ That so horrible! Who would want to be an assassin?!" She shrieked. Thoughts suddenly swarmed her head. Killing others, taking orders, wheres the fun, the happiness? That would be such a horrible life to live she didn't even want to think about it. But then he said something that caught her ear. Mix blood? She suddenly felt her face flush and she giggled.

She paused trying to think of something to say. "Well i don't know about mixing blood or secret assassin societies; but i do think your cute." She said giggling.

Galning wasn't surprised exactly by her reaction to the idea of fighting and killing. His birth pride and his home pride both had fighting as a key component, but females from his birth pride didn't fight. Just the males. Among the Stormborn everyone fought, even those who were supposedly not fighters. But that was neither here nor there.

"Oh, some people I guess," he said. He still thought it sounded like a pretty cool job, but he liked his current one, too. "I don't know much about it either. My pride doesn't keep them. It's considered cowardly."

Thought of that way, Galning supposed he didn't want to be an assassin after all. He would hate for his new friends and brothers among the Stormborn to think he was coward. He decided he didn't like assassins after all.

But none of that mattered. Sara thought he was cute! Hearing that made him grin irrepressibly and his tail twitch with anticipation. Did that mean she wanted to get to know him better?

"You're pretty cute, too," he told her, giving her a quick once-over.

Assassins werent cowardly to Sara; she felt the opposite, she thought they were something to be feared. But she feared anything that would involve conflict. She wouldn't think of it; she didn't think she would ever have to worry about that kind of stuff, her mothers pride was very peaceful.

Sara paused not sure what to say at this moment, this was the first time she every really confessed her feelings for someone; and it was someone she just met. She felt like she had to say something but even she knew it was so clique, but it was like word vomit she couldn't stop herself. "Soo~~~ Should we go somewhere and get to know each other better~" She could feel her face grow hot as she spoke. She truely didnt know what do say or do. This was all new for her. She stood waiting fooloshly for a reply her face hot with embarrassment

"We could do that," Galning agreed. "Though I don't really see anything wrong with where we are. Unless you know something I don't?"

He knew that the rest of the reavers would come looking for him eventually. At least he hoped they would. But since he didn't know when that would be, or where he was, he was reluctant to wander any farther astray and possibly get even more lost. Not lost! Er...dislocated.

"But I would love to get to know you better," he concluded.

When he said love she couldn't help but giggled, he was so cute. "I dont mind staying here, as long as its with you~~" She added , getting closer toward him.

She let out a soft pur and rubbed her head against his neck like she used to see her mother do to her father. This was like a dream, and it was all coming true. It was funny how things change, the day didn't start well but how it ended; Well that was were the mystery lies. She couldn't wait to see how it ended, but she had a feeling it would be magical.

She closed her eyes and allowed his warm fur to bring comfort to her, she was so happy.
