~Rin slowly walked into her dorm, her suitcase at her side. A hat covered her ears, and a long skirt kept her long indigo tail hidden. She was too used to keeping these said things hidden. You could say it had become a habit. Slowly, she walked over to one of the beds. Placing her suitcase on the bed, she opened it to reveal nothing but black dresses. There were other hats as well, and they came in a variety of dark colors, with blue and red being some of the exceptions, surprisingly.
~After some time, Rin had packed her dresses accordingly in the dresser near the bed. Afterwards, she grabbed a book that she had put in her suitcase, and closed her suitcase before she put it inder her bed. Really, she wanted to go outside to maybe looked around, but she felt like she had already looked around enough while sh was coming to her dorm. So, as she sat down on her bed, while not daring to tak off her hat and making sure she didn't sit on her tail, she began to read where she left off in the book she had.
~In the back of her mind, though, she couldn't help but wonder if she woud have a roommate. Would they be nice? She hoped so.

Rei entered the room once he was let in, taking a few seconds to glance at his surroundings. "Not bad." He smiled slightly, critiquing both her and the room. Much better than his roommate, he thought. 'Why did I have to get the violent Amazoness roommate?' The oni thought to himself. He didn't stop to realize that he was being much too harsh on Rouge, and he didn't care. His social skills were never good, so when it came to conversing with others, he pretty much said the first things that came to his mind.
"My name is Hanamura Reijiro, but you can call me Annabelle." The effeminate male said with a sweet smile. "You should tell me your name. It'd be rude not to." Again, hypocritical. Reijiro himself wasn't one to be polite.

~Rin had not expcted the person's sudden compliment. Whether it was for her room or no, which she had a feeling it was for her room, she said nothing to it. Never did she recall being given a true compliment on herself, so hense why she assumed it was only for her dorm.
~Hearing the person introduce themself as Hanamura Reijiro, the dark indigo-haired girl's ears faintly perked under her hat. It sounded odd to hear someone that looked like a girl to have such a masculant name as Reijiro. Despite that, she was told by 'her' to call her by Annabelle. She gave a small nod to this before hearing 'her' say that she should say her name.
~Immediantly, as if it wre some sort of demand she was given, she did just that. "My name is Susumu Rin," she said, her voice quiet, not carrying that much of emotion. Despite that, her violet-red eyes had a look in them that wondered if this person was her roommate.

His expression seemed to brighten a bit as she introduced herself. "So, your name is Rin." The oni repeated, looking wholesomely uninterested, glancing down at his nails as she spoke. However, his tone hinted some sort of interest. Taking a moment to look at the room again, he sighed, not feeling up to going back to his own dorm just yet. "This dorm is better than mine. I don't want to go back, lest my crazy, Amazoness roommate decides to do something idiotic again." Rei stated. "Even though you're a little annoying, I like you better than her." He added, making an attempt at a genuine compliment, but falling short and merely coming off as a brat, as usual.
(this post sucks but I've been sick all day and this was the best I could do. OTL)

~Rin saw Rei look at his nails, giving off a sort of pose that said that 'she' wasn't really interested in talking to her despite the tone in 'her' voice. This caused her ears to secretly fold back as a very faint frown came to her face. Hearing the chatter continuing, she stayed quiet as she heard Rei speak of a crazy, Amazoness roommate. This had saddened her faintly. The back of her mind had hoped that Rei could have been her roommate. Hearing the appempt of a comment only made things worse.
~I'm annoying? she thought sadly. In the first minute of talking with someone else at the school, she was given the trait of annoying? Her saying that she liked her more than her roommate though, made her a little happy. However, she felt like it was bad to be liked more than someone else. It was a little confusing.

Jesse knocked on the door politely. "Hello? Anyone in there?" Fern panted happily beside him. There were so many new scents here, and a bunch of new people. Jesse wiped the drool off her face. "You're a stupid dog, you know that?" Fern shook her head, whipping her floppy ears around.

~Rin jumped when she heard a ne knock at the door. The back of her mind wonderd why people were coming by anyways. It confused her. Nevertheless, she walked to the door and opened it the same way she had before. She only opened the door far enough for her head to peak out.
~Just then, she caught the scent of a dog, and was close to getting out of the way, and staying away from it. Like most cats, she wasn't fond of the large animals. Suddenly, she caught the scent of the male with it as well, and looked up to see him with a smile on his face. In the back of her mind, she wondered why he had a smile. Despite that, she felt like she had no choice but to let him inside. Well, when he would ask to come inside.
~Suddenly, a thought came to her mind. Could he be my roommate?

"Hello. I'm Jesse." He said in a friendly way. "Uh... may I come in?" Fern whimpered unhappily. She probably wanted to see the room.

~Hearing the male greet her, and introduce himself, Rin remained silent for a moment before she heard him ask if he could came inside. Before she could say anything, she heard a whimper from the dog next to him. Slowly, she gave a nod befor bringing her head back inside, and opning the door more so that Jessee and his dog could come into the dimly lit room.
~Suddenly, though, she realized that her hat was starting to fall, and immediantly grabbed it with her hands. Quickly, she readjusted it so that it would stay on her head more easily. She didn't want anyone to see her ears. Her tail, on the other hand, was much more safe unless someone decided to look under her skirt.

Rei's expression dulled even more when he saw the dog; the owner looked even worse. "If that's your roommate, I pity you." He didn't seem to care at all about being rude. Extremely rude. When it came to insults, he didn't even bother to wait until the person was out of hearing range, he said things right to their faces. In a way, it was a good quality; he didn't hide his feelings and always stated how he felt about a person directly to them. If only he didn't abuse it so much.
'I wonder how long I can avoid my own roommate...' The oni thought to himself, sighing. Reaching down, he straightened out his dress, making sure it was presentable and free of any folds, wrinkles, or dust. If there was anything he hated more than disgusting people, it was imperfections on himself.

Jesse entered the room, and heard Rei's insult. "Excuse me missy, I wouldn't go around making fun of others. You don't know someone well enough, it might just come back to bite you." He wasn't one to threaten people, but if he was pushed, well... that was a different story.

~Rin began to turn her attention from Jesse to Rei as they seemed to start a fight. It was an odd, yet slightly frightening, scene for her since she never saw other people fighting in front of her. Due to not wanting to get herself caught up in the middle of things, she slowly began to back away from the two, her ears folding under her hat as she began to become scared. She wanted it to stop, and it could be easily visible in her eyes at the time.

"Bite me?" Reijiro narrowed his eyes, scoffing. "What is that? Some sort of pun? Is your filthy mutt of yours getting to your head?" The feminine male fought back a laugh. Glancing over at Rin, he noticed she appeared to be getting frightened. Because he had respect for her, he decided the best thing to do was to remove himself, seeing as someone like this boy who'd just walked in was probably a much better friend for a timid person like her. "Oh, well. This place is boring anyway... I'll just leave. I'd rather not deal with a total dork and his mutt." Flipping his hair over his shoulder, he moved past Jesse and out into the hall.

"That's fine, miss." He patted Fern on the head and turned to Rin. "So, I guess you're my roommate. I didn't know they paired boys with girls." To be honest, being away from home was a whole new experience for Jesse. He snapped his fingers, and his suitcase appeared.

~Rin was a little surprised to hear Jesse say that he was her roommate. Really, she didn't know whether to be relieved or scared. It was due to the dog. She never encountered one before, so that could explain why sh ws so scared of it. With her hands still at her hat, trying to make sure it kept her ears hidden, she became suddenly surprised to see a suitcase appear out of nowhere.
~Just who, or what, is he? she thought, confused. He looks human, and smells like one, but no human can do something like that.
