After yesterday, Amphi had been nervously sitting around...in her aquarium, flipping around in the water. Mac had said he wanted to go swimming after all....so there was really only one course of action! To go swimming.
But she was so jack damn nervous. Her tail flicked again as she though just how was she going to see her reaper. Hers. Well not hers..Not really hers...Not hers what so ever. Sharing a kiss did not mean hers. Not even close.
What?
Back to swimming. She exited the aquarium, taking the offered towel by her Eiris kitten, one who knew how to read her moods well before toweling off. She didn't leave of course till she was completely dry and stopped over obsessing about a kiss. She had even talked to Lizzy about it after all. It was all good. Wasn't it?
And with that, and her usual outfit, she exited the dorm rooms and headed to the Reaper dorms.
And then she was in front of his door....again. No different then yesterday. Besides her super red face and her hesitation over the door. Its okay Amphi, its your natural environment, you just need to be cool. Just be cool.
"Mac?" She squeaked as she knocked on the door. Time to run. No running. NO RUNNING.

Mac had gotten ready for this date of theirs, but he was none too happy about it. Lizzy was still fresh on his mind and, to be honest, this was making him feel incredibly guilty. But he had to, he told himself; he just had to. There was nothing else that could be done, and there was no other way to get over her. Besides, he made the ghoul a promise, so he had to go out with her.
Hopefully, he'd have more fun on the swim-date than he did preparing for it.
Unfortunately for Amphi, Mac answered the door before she could bolt, offering her as warm of a smile as he could muster. "Amphi." He greeted, leaning over to try and give the ghoul a brief, greeting kiss. If he was gonna do this, might as well go all out, right? Maybe he can convince himself to stop feeling guilty if he insisted to himself that nothing was wrong.
"Ready to go?" He inquired, still dressed but with a gym bag near the door, packed and ready. "And uh...where would you like to go?" The pool? The lake? Hmm!

"Mac...." She flushed as he leaned down, ducking her head a bit as he laid a gentle kiss on her lips before moving back. She was after all, more nervous then anything else about showing him her true form AND swimming with him.
It meant she saw him half...na...na...naked. Oh my Jack. Her blue eye's widened as the flush deepened and she tried to thing of something less perverted. WHY WAS SHE THINKING SOMETHING SO PERVERTED!??!
She almost missed his question before looking up at him, almost in awe and shock and apprehension. "Um...Oh yes! I don't need much." Well technically she didn't anything since she was going au naturle but that didn't stop her from double checking herself before nodding, "I think the Lake would be the best since there's not many people swimming there after all." She smiled softly at him before hesitantly holding out her hand. Hopefully he didn't mind holding her hand to the lake...after all...they were...togetherish right?
And this seemed right for being togetherish.
