Background History:
Rhino was born in the Konoha. He always strived to be Hokage. There isnt much known about him but the fact that at one point he came in contact with a Uchiha and stole one of the sharingan eyes. The only ones that know how he got the eye are long dead or are scattered to parts of the world unknown. Rhino keeps his Sharingan eye covered as the fact that if he dosent it will harm him physically for when it isnt covered it is activated.
