emotion_kirakira Now I love running and riding a bike but, what other ways is there to get your heart going?

Well, being with someone you reeeally like sure gets your heart pounding hahaha.....
I like taking walks after meals and playing dancing games :3

Just Dance 1,2, and 3, DDR, roller blading/skating, riding my scooter to 7-11 to get ice cream. >.>

what I do is a cardio workout called m-100's and man are they killer. What you do is 10 of each:
Squat thrust -- 10 reps Mountain Climber -- 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO) Squat Jump -- 10 reps
Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total. Best thing about it too is that you need absolutely no equipment!

Recently I've been working out on strengthening my lower back by doing dead lifts and shrugs to strengthen my shoulders. The results are really showing ^_^ My butt sits higher up and I'm starting to pop mini muscles on my arms.

Spicy Camel Recently I've been working out on strengthening my lower back by doing dead lifts and shrugs to strengthen my shoulders. The results are really showing ^_^ My butt sits higher up and I'm starting to pop mini muscles on my arms. emotion_kirakira Grats on the achievement!

Ah yeah >< Back in March last year I used my hands too much and ended up getting inflamed tendons. I'm still recovering from it slowly.
