Waves lap at the sandy shore and a beautiful sun sparkles on the horizon. A few kids forgot things like towls and beach balls where they may have left in a hurry.

Morgra walked up to the shore and took her shoes off out of reach of the waves. She walked a short ways until her feet only were in it. She sighed and wished every day could be calm and peaceful. She hated it when things were bad.

 Subaru wondered if that small girl had sensed what he really was. Lost in thought he ended up at the beach. He had decided to take a break from reading those books he had brought with him since it wouldnt help if he rushed to read them and ended up not understanding them. Besides it was a beautiful day to spend outdoors. He sighed, "If only things could stay like this I wouldnt have to be worrying so much. Because of what I am I'm stuck worrying about the future of this world when I'm going to be the destroyer. This isn't fair why did my mother have to join that stupid cult and drag me into it."

 Not having classes but still having to be on campus was a pain but he had to
endure it. He figured that he might as well enjoy all the things around him
before he got busy with all the grading and lecturing he was going to have to do
in the future that would keep him from doing things like relaxing at the beach or
swimming. He noticed two people out on the beach too. One was a guy who
looked a little odd in a cloak with the hood off. The other was a girl who was
walking through the sand. "I wonder if these two will end up being my students?
Oh well I'll find out when the class starts," he said then he set up his beach
chair and started to read a book.

Morgra looked around for Susie. Seeing nobody she knew, she felt for her usual dagger. The worst feeling took over her that something terrible was going to happen some time. Keeping her hand on her pocket, she turned about slowly. The hooded boy she decided to keep her distance from. The other she didn't care much of.

Subaru felt he was being watched and turned only to see a girl who was apparrently walking through the sand and a guy who was busy reading a book. He had a feeling that the girl was probably the one who kept looking at him because she looked bothered. He sighed again saying, "Of course, this happens all the time," he turned ready to walk away. He was apparrently making people uneasy. He wondered why people were afraid of him as soon as they saw him. Maybe they really could sense the danger his existence posed. "I didnt choose to be born," he said. He walked away getting depressed.

Morgra sighed. She should feel safe here. She took her hand from her pocket and plopped down on the sand. "Where is Susie..."

Arthur looked up from his book and saw that the other guy had left. The girl was
all alone on the beach. He decided to approach her. Since he was a teacher he
had to look out for all students even though he looked like a student himself. He
walked toward her. "Hi, there? What's a beautiful young lady such as yourself
doing out here all alone?" he asked kindly. "Are you waiting for someone?" He
looked at her with his cat-like eyes. His expression was gentle and his looks
were enough to make any student fall for him. "Its dangerous for you to be all
alone in a place like this."

Morgra looked at him startled. "Urm, yes I'm waiting for my friend. She isn't here yet. We were coming here to relax. Who are you?"

"Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Arthur, and I'm the history teacher at
the school. Although its not by choice that I'm teaching," he said looking at her.
"I see well I was done reading my book but as a teacher- I mean as a gentleman
it would be wrong to leave you here all alone in such a dangerous place. So if
you'd like I could stay here until your friend gets here."

Morgra nodded shakily. "Sure, I guess it wouldn't hurt to have someone stay here."

"You're a very nervous person arent you?" he asked. She kind of reminded him
of his little sister. "Like that guy that was here... You were scared of him weren't
you? But if you would have seen his expressions then you'd find out he was just
a lonely person." Arthur had a good eye for seeing people as they really were.
He almost never misjudged a person when he met them.

Morgra looked at him. "I'm just used to having to watch and listen for trouble. It just makes me jittery when a friend disappears like that. Especially after what happens in this school. I am just not used to trusting my surroundings after what I've been through. I don't feel for other's emotions, and I don't ever feel safe. If you ask me, I have a right to be nervous." She turned her head away from him.

 He smiled and rubbed his neck, "I guess you have me there... this school is
incredibly dangerous. Especially since we tend to accept any one who applies."
He wasnt sure what he should do for her, "Maybe we should go look for your
friend instead since you said she disappeared. It might make finding her
easier." He was a teacher but it was his first time teaching so he didnt quite
know how to act with his students.

She stood. "Okay, last I actually saw her was near the hallways by the door. I think she might have gotten distracted by the garden. We could check there..."
