If you'd like to be crew or vice you have to prove your loyalty to the guild, the best way to do this is with a name change.
Now you don't just have to put BSY in your name like before, you can also put 2012 in your name for example demos name- John x2012x and my name but you can still put Bsy in your name if you want to.
