It had been a magical, if rough, first night for the new Candidates. With new dragons all they seemed to do was eat and sleep and eat some more in the first few days - some more then others. Eirlyn remembered well her first days after having Impressed Feynath and the wonder and disbelief that hadn't settled for years after that - it was a sensation she was sure was shared among all dragonriders. Not one doubted their match, even if some disliked their rank. R'hix stood nearest the door, tall and proud and well groomed. He was rather young for his station and the extra attention he'd paid to his appearance was a mark of the pride he took in this clutch. Of course, after taking the Weyrleader's title, he'd also gone right back to smoozing the women and Eirlyn watched him with a mild dislike. As long as he performed his duties satisfactorily, all would be well... she could not expect a stranger to remain loyal to her alone as H'trel done and she could not expect nor hop R'hix would replace her beloved. Standing on the opposite side of the door from him, back a little bit so the weyrlings could actually get in the door without running into their superiors, was Eirlyn. In her hands was a tray full of newly crafted Rank Knots for the Weyrlings that she gave out as each one arrived. The room had been neatly arranged with the alcohol along the wall nearest the head table, away from the Weyrlings and under ranking supervision, and the feast table was along the opposite wall, filled with all manner of goodies. The kitchens had gone to great lengths this time around in the effort to welcome the new riders and, perhaps, console Eirlyn. For years she'd stood beside her Weyrmate in this... and now she stood beside a stranger. When everyone was in, she closed the door and let the new riders mingle with friends and family and the other riders who'd chosen to come along. It was unusual to open the Feast to any and all but the Weyrwoman had insisted, thinking perhaps the added cheer would block out the conflict within herself. Stuff To Know - No Drinking is Allowed; this is the one rule enforced fully at DF. Drinking will destabilize the Impression and may result in the dragon Betweening ICly. - No Sex is Allowed; same as above - Barracks are assigned - Chores start up again the following day - Hatchlings have voracious appetites and are itchy nearly all the time - All characters are welcome to attend the Feast this time~

Head held high, shoulders back and a proud joyful smile on her face C'rci had worn her best dress clothes for this feast. Though they were far from the finest in the hall and a careful eye would note that the blue tunic was slightly faded and the gold trim on it a little frazzled she still looked good. Why if it weren't for the fact her brother would be here and she'd be meeting her new superiors she would have just worn her regular clothes. Sides it wasn't what she wore that the girl was proud of. No C'rci had put aside grooming herself, only doing the smallest bit to get her mass of flaming red mane to look proper and instead had thrown every single bit of her stubborn attention to detail into her blue.
Bolth's hide looked glorious, the blue didn't shine he GLEAMED with a sheen that would make a silver jealous. No dragon of her's was going to have an itchy or dull hide that was for sure and C'rci had taken to oiling the blue like he was a bronze. No there was not an itchy, dull or flaky patch on Bolth anywhere. She'd checked, three times to be precise, once for each time a day she oiled him.
Look at all the people Mine!? Will we get to meet them all? Bolth asked lifting his head to look up at his rider his eyes whirling blue green with happiness. The blue practically sprang into the air with ever bouncing step he took in excitement at his rider's side.
Maybe not all of them, but yes Bolth we'll meet as many as you'd like. Now hold your head high the Weyrwoman is about to give us our Weyrling knots C'rci assured her dragon quietly in her mind playing the staunch and proud foil to her dragons more open and loose affections. Even she couldn't hide her excitement over receiving her knot though and her blue in true form danced around her feet only calming down and trying to at least act dignified for a moment when C'rci let out a quiet, but stern Bolth calling her dragon out of his excited thoughts. Falling into line C'rci looked down at her dragon smiling lovingly, Both himself peering up at her with the same deep affection.
You are the best Mine. We will do well during lessons and even if we don't we will have each other and we will work hard to become better. Bolth replied ever the optimist as he nuzzled his head against his riders leg crooning lovingly when she scratched his eye ridges for him.
Stepping up to the Weyrwoman C'rci bowed respectfully her eyes wide with wonder of the woman as Eirlyn gave her her Weyrling knot making the girl grin with joy and pride. "Thank you Weyrwoman." She responded respectfully looking from her knot to the woman with such unabashed happiness that despite her differing nature it was easy to see why she'd bonded so closely with Bolth.
Bolth seeing his riders joy wanted to thank the Weyrwoman as well. She seemed so sad and though his rider was trying to be polite and side step it so as not to cause trouble Bolth just couldn't let it lie. He wanted to help. Stepping forward the blue rubbed his head against the Weyrwoman's leg crooning encouragingly up at the Gold rider.
Thank you Wyerwoman rider of Mother mine. Thank you. Came Bolth's sincere reply to the Weyrwoman's mind. Those words came with such a flood of sheer joy, sheer love, happiness, relief and affection that there could be no doubt how happy this hatchlign was and how thankful to the Weyrwoman he would always be. Without her, this Weyr, and the search riders he would not have his and life without his was a cold horror that the cheerful blue simply could not comprehend.
Then with one last passing nuzzle to the Weyrwoman the blue returned to his rider who was doing her best to not look completely and absolutely worried and protective of her blue in case the Weyrwoman responded badly. Blushing hard C'rci moved on unable to find it in her heart to scold her blue for such a true act of kindess even if it had been a bit out of line. Moving to the feast table the pair took their seats the blue sitting beside his rider and resting his head within her lap crooning with happiness.
I didn't know you could Bespeak Bolth? C'rci commented to her dragon as she scratched his eye ridges once she had calmed a bit. After all C'rci had been aware very early on that her handsome blue was an unusually social and friendly sort, but it wasn't often you heard of a dragon bespeaking someone. Maybe Bolth just didn't know exactly what he had done?
Hmm? She was hurting Mine and I wanted to help. I wanted to thank her for bringing Mine to me. I cannot fathom a world without you Mine. My brave brave Mine. He crooned up at her lovingly his eyes whirling with joy and feeling so true and pure that the girl had to wonder how she had ever existed without her blue. Of course she hadn't existed at all. C'rci had been living a half life until the day the Topsy Turvy egg's shell had broken and spilled forth the light of her life.
I love you Bolth. C'rci responded her eyes softening as she looked at her dragon begining to snag food and the meat provided at the feast to fill her Bolth's bottomless pit of the stomach. After all how could she possibly eat before her dragons appetite had been sated. Besides if Bolth was hungry she felt it as keenly as if it was her own hunger. Chuckling C'rci shook her head ever fascinated by the new and wondrous experiences her lifemate brought her.

Falkjir stepped in and looked around. He fell uneasy in any type of croweds. He slowly walked to the table and grabbed some of the food looking around. He didn't know anyone there and was far to shy to strike up a conversation so he sat by himself at the table and ate. Keeping to himself. "If someone wanted to talk to him they would." Is what he would always say to himself.

Parties. Ralla hated parties, always had and always will. They were wastes of time that could be far better spent on actually doing something. Standing around, eating, and talking would never qualify as doing something, not in her book. It didn't get anything done. This was one party, however, she couldn't avoid; a Weyrling couldn't just snub the Hatching Feast with claims of having something more important to do. And so, despite complaining the entire time, she'd made herself up, mostly for Firith's sake. The green, while skeptical of celebrations due to Ralla's view of them, had declared that if they had to attend, then they would do so as the best.
Firith strode into the room beside her rider, standing posed with wings half-open as she surveyed the room with an imperious gaze. Freshly-oiled and gleaming - but still itchy, always itchy - the young green was a picture of poise, but underneath lay the impatience she shared with Hers. Turning to look at the young woman as she put on her rank knot, she sent a rush of approval before flicking her wings dismissively at the rest of the room. Well, Mine?
Well, Ralla responded with a resigned sigh, rubbing her dragon's crest. We stay as long as we have to, then find somewhere better to be.
Agreed.

Enyo smiled as she walked into the room; she wore her long blackish hair down as it was wavy to cover her left eye partly. She wore the best she had, which was a simple warm brown dress with matching gloves. Her best shoes were small flat white cloth like shoes that looked as though she only wore them maybe once before.
Mine is very pretty, will Mine talk to others here?
Enyo blushed a bit as she looked around to find Wykla. She wanted to introduce her Jineth to her and the handsome blue that was Wykla's dragon. "I wish you to meet a friend of mine, her name is Wykla and she has similar eyes as I do."
Similar? How so?
Enyo looked to Jineth and petted her nose softly, "You'll see, and sorry that Dinchara was so jealous when I introduced you to my little friends."
"It's fine I like the the small green...Xiena helped to get the food last night. She is friendly though a bit loud."
Enyo smiled and nodded as she made her way across to find Wykla.

Bolth after a good deal of feeding, his stomach round and full with meat lay back leaning against his riders side watching the feast festivities with acute interest.
There are so many people Mine. Look at all the colors! I like your colors better though. So many flightless ones with little bright flitter things. Can we have a bright flitter thing Mine? Bolth asked tilting his head to look up at his rider as she chuckled at him purring low in her throat with happiness making her blue chirrup at her.
No Bolth Flitters like Dragons only stay with one flightless one. Maybe one day though IF we're lucky we'll get a flitter. Right now though there is no being in the entire world I'm happier to be with then you. She thought to her wonderful lifemate wrapping one arm over his shoulders as the steely blue leaned his head against her. Reaching up with her free arm she stroked his crest smiling at the feel of his silky hide beneath her fingers. Such a lovely lovely handsome boy she had and Bolth knew it too as he let out a rumbling croon at his rider his eyes glittering green and blue.
Of course he knew he was loved. His would always be there for him and He for His. Bolth might not be the bravest dragon, but if C'rci asked him to fly her to the Dawn sisters then shard it he'd burn up his wings trying for her so long as she wasn't hurt.
Creal should be over here soon Bolth. He's my older brother or my clutchmate as you might call him. He tends to run a bit late though so I won't be surprised if it takes him a bit yet to show. He's a Wherhandler. Like I would have been had the searchrider not brought me to you my handsome Bolth. She explained quietly in her dragons mind with a soft smile as she reached out pulling some food onto her own plate to eat to keep the sharp edge of hunger that was now clearly only hers away. Sides it hurt Bolth too when she was hungry and he'd fret over her. Yet in both their minds no matter what the other was doing the conversation could go on and on as they reveled in each others company.
Bolth, his rider was pointing out the different shiny shoulder knots and what they meant caught sight of a couple flashes of green. Perking up he rose to his hind legs to peer over the crowd spotting his sisters. Warbling a greeting he called out to them.
Firith! Jineth! Dear sisters welcome! Greetings from Mine and I! I have made sure to leave plenty of meat for my siblings! The feeding here is very good! Bolth spoke his polite and joyful greeting letting out a happy vocal trill with excitement before turning to look down at his rider who had followed her dragons gaze.
Look Mine! My own clutchmates have come! There are many greens, plenty pretty greens. He told her lowering back off his hind legs to nudge C'rci affectionately excited to show off his rider to the other dragons.
Yes Bolth I see them. That's Enyo, err En and her green. Ah and I see Ralla and her spitfire showed up as well. Good I was worried they might skip they didn't seem too inclined to come. Her greens hide is looking good. Then again it'd be easier to oil you if your hide didn't show dust and dirt like crazy. C'rci teased her Bolth with a bright grin hugging her blue close and warming him with good humor to reassure him that it was indeed simply teasing.
I am joking my heart. I don't oil you three times a day because your hide shows dirt or wear easily, though it does. No I oil you because I want you to be the most radiant hatchling of the group. If dragons aren't falling out of the sky half blinded by the sheen on your hide then you haven't been oiled enough. C'rci explained with a stubborn determination. There was no half ways or short cuts for this girl. Her dragons care came first and like with all things she would work hard and excel at it, giving her dragon the tools he needed to be the best.
We will work hard Mine. I will make you proud. Bolth assured her eyes whirling with pride and love. He was not a big blue, nor was he overly competitive or strong. He was not fast like some of his siblings or built for great feats of stanima. No Bolth was a lover not a fighter and was a complete scaredy-wherry when it came to his riders safety. What Bolth could do was work. Maybe he wasn't born with the things his clutchmates had, maybe he wasn't born fast or brave or strong, but he would work for it and make his rider proud.
And he would love her like no other dragon ever could and in his mind their bond would be one the flightless one's noisemakers would sing about for a thousand turns to come.
Bolth. And his riders soft spoken tone broke him from his thoughts as she trailed dainty fingers over the boning of her dragons jaw. Smiling at her handsome lad as C'rci traced the stripes under his chin with tender affection. Look sharp dear heart I believe your sisters might come join us at the table. She told him nodding toward the two greens.
Well she wouldn't mind En and her Jerith coming over, but she was wary of Ralla and her Firith. The girl had struck her as being rather the vengeful type at the hatching. Though C'rci was not sure why she'd want it, all the girl had done was compliment Ralla's dragon, but to each their own. Hopefully C'rci was wrong. She really preferred not to get into a fight. Not so much for her own safety, but she certainly didn't want anyone trying to hurt her sweet Bolth.
Shaking herself out of her own thoughts lest she get sidetracked not unlike her chatty friendly blue C'rci plastered a warm smile on her face waiting to see what the other Weyrlings would do. Bolth himself was currently trying not to bounce in place as he watched his siblings with rapt attention and excitement chirruping and crooning at them happily between nuzzling and leaning into his rider. All the while forcing C'rci to brace with her hands on the bench beneath the table where no one could see or get dumped over sideways be her affectionate blue. Not that he meant to, he was just so excited and C'rci simply couldn't help being swept up in her dragons feelings.

Jineth looked to Bolth and gave a soft chirp, Hello brother, where is the meat? Enyo smiled shyly to C'rci, "Hello, happy to be a rider? And please you may call me Enyo; En is just the short of my name."

The meat is laid out over here on the table. They also have cooked flightless one meat, but my rider is worried for what it might do should I eat it so she made sure to get me the good meat. Bolth replied happy to please as he nosed forward a tray towards his gentle sister with a happy whirling croon. Spreading his wings slightly for balance Bolth floundered for a second, but C'rci easily caught her lifemate chuckling at her handsome blue as she braced him. Reaching out she carefully caught his wings and settled him once more before he hurt himself.
Mine cares for me greatly. How are you and your rider doing Jineth Sister? He asked quirking his head leaving their riders to chat for the moment as he inquired about his clutchmate.
Looking up at En C'rci smiled laughing very softly at her words. For all the girls joy and bravery it was rare for her tone to rise beyond a firmly spoken and clear syllable. "Words cannot describe it." And she looked to her blue love reflected in every inch of her face. "I'd have been mauled ten times over and had my flesh gashed beyond repair if it meant I'd have this handsome fellow by my side."
Mine will not be hurt. I knew you the moment you reached out. Willing to bravely risk yourself even in selfless attempt to righten me back when I was still in the shell and you didn't know that it was you I was waiting for. I am glad you did not though Mine, but I know you would have. I sensed how much you wanted to help. Bolth crooned gently up at his rider eyes whirling orange with worry for his rider.
"Don't worry my heart I'm here and nothing would will ever keep us apart." She reassured Bolth with a gentle smile before turning back to the other rider.
"What about you Enyo? How are you and Jenith doing?"

Wykla had decided to dress casually. Typical rider attire, and her long, black hair brushed to perfection. Perhaps it had to be tied back when she did her work, or paid attention to Kameth, but now it could hang free. She had worn the pretty blue headband as it suited since her Kameth found her. The beads clicked softly as she entered the dinning hall.
Politely she greeted the Weyrleaders then moved past to allow the new riders to meet them. Had it really been so long ago since she and Kameth had been in their shoes? Ever faithful Boreal trilled happily in her ear, echoed faintly by the young crimson on her other shoulder. Thankfully, thankfully, she'd managed to convince her greens to watch from the rafters.
Once inside, Wykla looked around casually. There was a couple new riders she wanted to congratulate tonight, but there was no huge rush. The crimson caught her looking toward the meat tables for the young dragons and kreeled hungrily. "Shirisis, really. Those aren't for you." The persistent noise continued until Wykla sighed and headed over.
You couldn't argue with a flit belly. Most likely, all the young dragons would make a stop over there anyhow. Wykla ambled over to the table. She hoped there might be a couple pieces small enough for the crimson.

"So far we've planed out what we want to do after training and such. Other then that only one my little Flitts is not getting along with her and its cause I sing to her and him." Enyo smiled at Jineth, her blue eye giving a soft twinkle as she saw Jineth go for some the meat. "She likes to sing too so its wonderful to have some one boost my courage to sing more openly..." Enyo turned scarlet as she looked back to C'rci, "It isn't weird That I like t sing and not have much a talent for any else, is it?"
Jineth finished her bite then went to Enyo softly nudging her head to Enyo's hand, Mine should relax, it is fine to sing and be a gentle soul, I am too remember?
Enyo looked to Jineth and took a deep breath, "Yes you're right my Sweet Jineth." She looked back up to C'rci as she moved her hair a bit to show her brown eye more, "I don't mean to be so ...Nervous just excited and glad to know my Jineth is here and that she'll always be here."
Jineth looked back around as she saw a small red flit making some annoying noises. She watched the girl the flit was on for a bit then went to the meat again letting Enyo calm herself with C'rci.

"Oh what have you decided you'd like to do? Bolth and I haven't talked much on the subject yet, but I think the two of us would very much like to become searchdragon and searchrider. Maybe, if allowed, train to become a candidatemaster. We'll have to complete training first of course." She said smiling down at Bolth who trilled up at her leaning into her side.
I like those ideas Mine. So many new places and people. I adore people. Not as much as I adore you of course Mine. He replied crooning to her lovingly. He never wanted his to feel as though she was being replaced though he knew she was often times much more unsure and jealous of others company then he was for all her open nature.
I'm glad Bolth. And she smiled down at him before turning her radiant joy back on Enyo. "Bolth just loves people. I've had a few of the older riders mention that he'd make an excellent search dragon and with his gentle nature I think he'd do well with candidates if we were allowed to train for the position. Maybe ask about possibly becoming an assistant candidate master and if not that maybe assistant Weyrling master? Anything that'd sate Bolth's love of socializing."
When Enyo asked if it was weird that singing was her only talent C'rci got very very quiet. Her face fell solemn and her eyes calm and thoughtful and for a moment it almost looked as though she was about to say some sort of insult as she narrowed her eyes. Then the first chuckle slipped from her lips and the narrowed eyes creased with mirth, her fearsome countenance falling away as the girl broke down in laughter. Standing, careful to steady Bolth lest he fall at her sudden movement, she reached out gripping the girls shoulder in an open air of friendship and support grinning bright.
"Is it weird!? My dear weyrling friend my only skill in life was being unusually good at dealing with whers. Creatures that I might add that though lovely things could easily have torn me to shreds in a second. Heck one might go on to say that my only sharding talent was being too stubborn and hard working to die!" She said her voice level, yet her mirth and laughter flowed over into it expressing in her cheerful tone that all the boisterous laughter and shouts could not.
Quieting back to her usual calm tone she released Enyo's shoulder and simply gave her an understanding nod. "I understand." And she cast a loving if not a little exasperate look at her blue who seemed to shrink slightly giving her an embarrassed if not good humored look. "Bolth, the lovely lad, can be quite the ball of nerves himself. Yet I'd never have him any other way. Even if he does sometimes claw the sheets." She said firmly keeping her eyes on her dragon. Though the sentence was posed at Enyo it was clear who the girl was actually directing it at though a quick smile let Bolth know he had already been forgiven.
Well at least you were not cold Mine. I know how you hate the cold. Bolth chimed in ever the optimist making his rider shake her head and chuckle at her dragons good nature. C'rci could and would win many an argument with her dragon, but for now she'd give him this one. There was no harm in it after all. True Bolth. Just watch the sheets from now on. Those rushes can be a bit spiky.
"Now back to you Enyo. No I don't think being only able to sing is weird at all. Because you know you can't only sing. You'll find other talents in life, maybe like dragon riding." And C'rci nodded respectfully to Jenith at this point before continuing. "I came from the Wher dens. No one, but my mother and brother thought I'd impress and my only real talent is just working hard. Yet here I sit and there you stand Enyo. There's more wonder and greatness to you then you yourself see. Just ask your dragon, she knows it."

We are late. Acerath was surprisingly placid as Erelus bustled them towards the feast. The blue nosed him affectionately. Do your wounds pain you?
"No, I'm fine. Really." He pulled up a pant leg to show off his bandages. It hadn't been too serious, but you never knew with risks of infection... Acerath nosed the bandages and leaned heavily into Erelus' side. The young man laughed and let Acerath steer him towards the feast.
He bowed to Eirlyn as he entered, joy apparent on his face. "Weyrwoman, thank you." He said as he received his knots. "I just... Thank you. For your queen, for the eggs, for the chance..." The lad looked as if he were restraining himself from hugging the Weyrwoman. Acerath snickered in his head and the lad excused himself to other things.
She is nice. So is her queen. Pretty. The blue looked about, humming as he did so. He was looking for lighter hides, looking for the green clutch siblings that he knew were out there. He didn't spot any immediately, but he did spot the light blue hide of a brother! Ah! And when he got closer, there was a clutch sister as well!
Acerath navigated towards Bolth. Hello! How are you? Full? Happy? Well oiled I see! The dark blue dragonet was all happiness and cheer as he greeted his clutch brother. Erelus laughed and leaned on him, his face flushed with joy. Today had been a good day. A sharding good day.
"Cyrci, right? I missed your Impression, I had a handful with Acerath here." Again with the fond, beaming smile to his dragon. He caressed Acerath's hide, careful of his shoulder. "And.... Shardit... Enyo! Sorry, I'm bad with names." He'd seen both in the candidate lessons but hadn't spoken with them at great lengths. "I'm Erelu- Er.... Well. I guess I'm not any more, am I?" The young man laughed again. "I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to ask for names. Who looks to you?"

Acerath brother. I am well. My rider takes great pains to make sure my hide is well oiled and tended too. You should try the meat brother while Ours speak. Bolth called out to Acerath with a welcoming bugle wings spread and joyful at the sight of another clutchmate alerting C'rci early of Erelus's approach. Spinning in surprise her gold eyes landed on the older larger boy and fellow blue rider and her face lit up. Yes she remembered him, he'd impressed the first hatchling where as she'd impressed the last normal hatchling. Erelus was his name wasn't it?
"Yes, I'm Cyrci, well C'rci now that I've impressed. I decided it was only right that I shorten my name being paired with my lovely blue and all." She replied tossing a loving glance at her own lifepartner before offering Erelus's handsome hero one as well.
"It's all right. So have you decided what to shorten your name to yet? E'lus maybe? Or possibly E'rlus?" C'rci inquired curious of the fellow weyrling her face only brightening when she asked for her dragons name and who looked to whom.
Motioning to her steel blue dragon C'rci grinned. "Erelus, I'm this handsome blues. His name is Bolth." She replied, Bolth himself hopping down from his seat to stride up beside his rider to look the boy over cocking his head quizzically to peer up at him. Then with little to no ado Bolth chirruped up at Erelus his eyes whirling a merry green and blue.
I like him Mine. My Acerath brother chose well, not as well as I did mind, but still very well. Bolth spoke rubbing against his riders legs spreading his wings slightly to show off the shimmering sheen of his well oiled hide as the light glinted off his wings. After all his had worked so very very hard to make sure he was the best oiled dragon at the feast. Of course his siblings were just as handsome or pretty.

S'yari wasn't late this time. He couldn't be. Lownth had impressed upon him the very utmost importance of being on time for things. Regardless of his dragon's prodding, he DID want to actually attend this. Not only wanted to, HAD to - but still... He proudly stroked his Rank Knot, as he and Lownth meandered into the area. S'yari himself was eying the table of treats, but he had to keep up appearances, as well as get to know his fellow weyrlings.
For Lownth's part, she had been oiled recently, freshly, and her skin radiated the picture of perfect health. She was itchy, yes, but the oil did help, as did the fact that S'yari was never more than an armslength away - perfect for a good scratch.
Mine, you look dashing. Lownth said, pride in her voice. That outfit very much becomes you.
The boy was dressed in all white, but not the Candidate Whites - this was a white outfit he'd brought from home, made during some of those days at home with nothing better to do. He'd never actually worn it, save today. And it definitely looked nice on him.
Lownth's attention was drawn to the other dragons, her brothers and sisters, as well as their riders. She was the picture of prim and perfect, mannerly and mild as she approached and acknowledged them all.
My brothers, my sisters! It is wonderful to see you all looking so well. And yours are all dressed so nicely.
She sat down, tail curling over and around her body, so that her front claws were just shy of where it lay. Of course she wanted to look and act her best! Especially in a social situation. Posture was everything.
Bolth, it is wonderful to finally have time to sit and talk to you. We should play later, alright? Yours is beautiful, and wonderfully dressed tonight. Firith, my sister... we do not know each other well, but I would enjoy getting to do so. Jineth! Yours looks lovely, as do you. You have been oiled well, I assume? Acerath, my brother! We should try and learn more about one another. Yours is very handsome today.
While Lownth made her rounds verbally, S'yari found a place to sit, where he could simply observe. He wasn't in the mood for frivolous chatter, but there had to come a time and a place where that sort of thing had to be part of his life. He was sociable, yes - but only when HE wanted to be, and now wasn't that time. He was hungry, he was thirsty, and inordinately tired for some reason. He'd just oiled Lownth to the Nth degree, and of course, he was more than a little mentally frayed from the stress of the coming days. He'd been up late, studying what he could, discovering what he could. Every night. The circles around his eyes didn't detract from how handsome he looked in white, though.

ok I'm home...and hungry
Enyo smiled, "Well we want to travel to festivals and sing. If I can get better at Tailoring that could pay for it...Cooking and sewing are my strongest talents I've been told so I guess I should stop trying to learn more of the other two..." She smiled looking for Jineth and spotted Wykla; she smiled more and glanced to C'rci, "Excuse me for a bit alright?"
Enyo walked to Wykla, "Hi, I see you brought your Flitts as well. Has Jineth said hi or is she enjoying her meat?"
Mine knows her? Then I say hello, Jineth bowed her head with a soft chrip to Wykla then looked to Lownth. She gave a light purr like sound, "Mine is very loving to me, I take it so is yours?"
