Natural Ability: Elemental Summon: creates an elemental creature that does their bidding. Phineas summons forth little shadow constructs that resemble imps or things made out of shadowy play-dough.
Personality: Phineas is book-smart and a definite introvert. He is friendly, but doesn't usually approach strangers or talk more than he has to, due to a stubborn nervous stutter that really embarrasses him. He envies the eloquence of the heroes in his favorite books, and his attempts to mimic them bleeds through when he does talk. It doesn't sound anywhere near as valiant and charming, however.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? He loves to learn, and is interested in becoming someone that will have books written about him for a change. He knows that he has a lot of work to do, but we all have to start somewhere!
FEAR Ability: When his FEAR ability is activated, Phineas creates a mass of shadow that breaks off into tinier 'pieces,' which are then sent towards his opponent one after the other. It heavily resembles a dark, shadowy nebula that shoots starry shadow shapes. The mass dissipates immediately after all of its charges are up. Though it is essentially a floating bit of shadow, it doesn't impair the vision of both Phineas and his opponent. It is translucent enough to allow visual contact throughout the attack.
Uses the Swift Strikes offensive ability.
Weapon/Familiar? I can't decide. D: If I go with a weapon, it will be a black staff (roughly the same height as him) with claw-esque coils and fixtures that holds a blueblack gem. The gem looks like it contains space. Basically just dark, cool colors with little specks of lighter blues or other colors flecked around in it.
If I go with familiar (and it is allowed), he will have a boglin. The boglin has a huge affinity for sweets and drawing on walls. He is spunky and generally disobedient, but loves to fight, so he tends to shape up in battle. He can't be expected to be reliable in any sense otherwise.

a sentient shadow. It would probably be some kind of cute animal with a OuO face but creepy shadow properties. It would be extremely nosey and intrusive, and somewhat flaky in battle. Its favorite hobby would be pretending to be someone else's shadow.
Physical Description: Just the physique of a typical slender teenage boy. He has largeish eyes with a definite depth to them (not desu animu huge, just uh...soulful is the best way I can describe it). His stature would be timid and tentative.

Skin Colour: pale blue if possible, just pale if not!
Clothing Style/Colours: Pleeease feel free to take the refs and creepify his style. Warm clothing for sure. He does need to keep the scarf, and I'd like for him to have the crown. If not the full crown, some semblance of it. At the minimum a crown clip in his hair.
