Background: Hiraki was born in Tokyo but later moved to his grandparents in China. His mother was Chinese and his father was Japanese. Hiraki had two siblings, boy and girl twins. His grandparents taught him many forms of combat, such as martial arts, as well as weapon combat. From the start Hiraki has always had an extraordinary high Soul Wavelength. However he had no interest whatsoever in going to the DWMA. Little did he know, his grandparents had a history of doing many illegal deeds such as artificially creating Kishins, and experimenting on people to make them into weapons. Little did Hiraki know that they experimented on his brother and sister, finding them the ideal test subjects since they were twins. His siblings were forced to become weapons. After Hiraki learned of what had happened to his siblings he murdered his grandparents in cold-blood. The DWMA soon learned of what had happened and dispatched one of their teachers to investigate the issue. The teacher planned to imprison Hiraki for murdering his grandparents, and the corrupt teacher also charged Hiraki for experimenting on his siblings and making them weapons (even though Hiraki tried to explain, but the corrupt teacher still chose to frame him) The teacher planned on taking Hiraki's siblings away to torturing and experimenting on them (no the teacher isn't Stein) but Hiraki refused to abandon his brother and sister and wielded them both to fight of the teacher. (his brother and sister's weapon form were a pair of combat knives) However the teacher was far more experienced and defeated Hiraki, before Hiraki could be killed his siblings turned back to their normal forms to shield Hiraki, resulting in them being struck down, dead. Before the corrupt man could kill Hiraki he was saved by a "passing by" witch who killed the teacher for Hiraki and had Hiraki join her out of gratitude.
Hiraki never had a proper partner ever since. His soul was capable of adjusting to and wielding any weapon, but he was very picky on who his weapon would be and would only wield someone if they met his standards and qualifications.

Abilities: Great stealth, able to blend in with any surrounding. Great speed and reflexes, capable of fighting off strong opponents without a weapon. He was able to defeat and kill a rival witch that threatened the one that saved his life, without an actual weapon. All he used were a pair of combat knives. Capable of soul perception.
