Inali's Fighting Stats
Attack: 5x4 = 20%
Defense: 7%
Speed: 10%
Agility: 8%
Intelligence: 1% Inali hadn’t been touched for a week. It seemed his ‘owner’ wasn’t too happy with him, and it showed. Was it because of the two losses in a row he had encountered? Or the fact that JB now grew tired of the once wild mokai? Whatever the reason, Inali did not enjoy being cooped up in his stall all day, only getting out for moments to do his business, and to be fed by the stable hands.
When JB arrived at the stables this day, he was actually a bit excited. It meant he would be going out!
JB led Inali to the compound, noting how much more willingly the mokai walked. He should leave the mokai alone more often if that was the case.
In the compound, JB handed his mokai off to the attendant, before taking his place in the stands. He’d watch from afar, just like all the fights before. He wouldn’t be money on this mokai though. He was still unpredictable in fights, and needed more lessons before the human would wager money on him.
In the pits, Inali stepped out of his chute. He didn’t wait to see who his opponent was, for he began charging right way. He could hear the cheers already, hopefully they were for him.

It had been two weeks. Two very long weeks. Kuruk walked with his balance even, head high, with K. at his side. She was in a particular fine dress today, the occasion he did not know, but the shade was suitable to her figure. He watched her, and watched the men that they passed. He let a low growl escape his throat as some men leaned a little too close to catch a glimpse. "No over doing it this time Kuruk, I swear," K. said sternly, but with a hint of a joking tone. She was smiling, but let it reside as she left him to the chute area and went to the stands. She was close to the edge, and he would be careful to note if she called an attack to follow.
She was his eyes outside of the ring.
Kuruk hearing the bell ran towards his opponent. The other male was large, running fast at him, they were going to collide, Kuruk judged, but Kuruk put as much power and strength as he could into his first slam.

Intelligence: 1% Although Inali was charging for the other, he did happen to notice who his opponent was.
He wasn’t too happy about it, either. His icy blue eyes narrowed at the sight of Kuruk. The last time (and only time) he had met the other hadn’t turned out well. He was tied up to Ai, being dragged around like some bad puppy. All Inali wanted to do, was get out of the settlement. Was that so much to ask?
Not slowing his speed, the other went to collide with the other. Kuruk was a bit smaller than Inali, but not by much. By the looks of it, the two mokai would hit each other with a large commotion. The humans in the stand would love that for sure.
In his mind, Inali had to win this battle. He wanted to feel the wind in his fur, the sounds of the birds flying free, the non-metallic sounds that only the compound seemed to produce. He wanted life to be just like it had been before, and none of what he was experiencing.

Ah, so it was that male.
Kuruk had recognized them before they collided. The other's, Inali, he believed his name was, hit Kuruk with a tremendous strength against the shoulder that had been weakened two weeks ago. Kuruk grit his jaw, trying to resist the urge to growl at the impact, his body hitting and then tumbling to the ground in a heap, rolling.
Kuruk's eyes met Inali's as he pushed himself to stand, and without hesitation or break, Kuruk went for Inali's paws.

Intelligence: 1% His eyes narrowed a bit more, showing a glint of success as he had hit the male just as he wanted. It was short lived, because Kuruk was on the offensive, diving right at his paws. Inali danced on his toes, trying to avoid the little bear-colored mokai, but her couldn’t keep all his paws in the air at one time. Kuruk had managed to latch onto his front paw as the black and white male put his paw down.
Snarling, Inali decided it was time to use that precious horn of his. He made a jabbing move towards the Kuruk; maybe this would teach the other to not grab at his paws.

He felt a pressure at his side, stabbing, but not enough that it punctured deep enough to cause too much damage, but it did make Kuruk snarl, growl and thus letting loose of Inali's paw. Damn it, that was his success thus far. His fur bristled and he watched Inali with disdain.
He was angry.
Why use such tactics? His eyes were narrowed, angry, and Kuruk moved and swept his weight sideways kicking a paw up hoping to catch Inali in the face.
