A small three bedroom house with two bathrooms (one in the master bedroom and one in the hall) and a quaint little kitchen. A simple design with the rooms and living area focused on the left side of the house while the kitchen an garage are on the right side.
(I'll draw a quick layout and put it here)

“Is it just me or is t.v. nowadays getting’ harder ta understand.” C.T. sighed as he pressed the power button on the remote and shut down the t.v.
“Hey! I was watching that!” Lia pouted. She glared at her brother as she reached for the remote. C.T. just held it further away from her.
“You don’t even know what it was about.”
“So?”
The siblings stared at each other for a moment before their rumbustious bulldog tried to jump on the coffee table to slurp up their food.
“AH! Goliath get down!”
“Yoink!” Lia snatched the remote out of C.T.’s hands as he wrestled with the family pet. “You should really think about training him better Older Brother.” She laughed.
“I trained him just fine. See?” He looked down at the wrinkled face trying to lick him and smiled. “Goliath, Leelee wants a kiss! Go give Leelee kisses! Go on boy!” The excitable little bulldog went into a frenzy of tail-wagging and happy snorts as he bound off of C.T.’s lap and right into Lia’s.
“AH! NO! BAD DOG! Hahaha! Gol~iath!” Lai laughed as she tried to push the sturdy little bulldog off of her. “You’re dead meat Claire Taylor!” She pointed at him as he began to get up from the table.
“Yeah, yeah. I’m headin’ out. Tell Dad and Ma for me, okay?” Lia just stuck her tongue out at him which was a mistake because Goliath quickly took this opportunity to lick her face.
“OHGAWD! GOLIATH! YUCK!” C.T. chuckled to himself as he dropped off their dishes in the sink and dug through the boxes by the front door for his coat.
“I’ll be back soon alright! Don’t go burnin’ down the house while I’m out!” He shouted into the living room. All he could hear were Lia’s giggles in response. “I’ll take that as her usually ‘yeah whatever’…” He whispered to himself, pulled on his jacket, and headed out.
C.T. wasn’t planning on anything big for his walk. He wanted to see how long it would take him to get to his new school and what his neighbor looked like. He still hadn’t had gotten a feel for Inaba yet. You would think that it be easier to adjust from a big city life to a small town style but no. It was equally as a culture shock as any other major change could cause. All these thoughts ran through his head as C.T. closed the door behind him and locked it.
