So most of us (maybe all) have just finished our first semester of a new school environment, or maybe you're coming to the end. So here's the thread to talk about your new experience in this different environment. Heck post your opinion even if it's just another semester in the same situation. So here's mine:

I recently just finished the first semester of my college career. It's not really a career but it makes me feel better as a person calling it that....don't ask. So in my opinion, it went well. No more or less. The schooling was kinda hard, since some of the professors didn't know anything, but I got through it. I think that my college could've given a professor who knew all the chemistry branches that I semi-learned instead of just a biochemistry guy. But yeah...can't expect much for the town that I'm in. The college life is great. Yes it's great....because I didn't fall victim to the "typical" college scene. I've met some people that after 4 months of knowing them, I consider them family more than I do my own....but that's a whole different story. The people....awwww man...the people. The people that I have seen on campus are like zoo animals. Not really, but there's all kinds of "species" to go around. The frats, the "forever alone" people (yes the memes have gotten to my definitions and life), the "eff this learning crap, where's the party" people, the smart ones (not hating at all on them), the rarely seen organisms that only come out when there's an exam, and many many more wonderfu and not so wonderful species. Oh I can't forget those people that when it's warm out they go out into the grass and LARP....no comment on this. But yeah. the semester was well and I can't wait for more to come...we'll see what I say in about 5.5 years when I'm done lol.

Yup....I could go on about the wonders of college and it's many happenings, but lets just end it here. If you have any tales of the adventures of a student then post them here.
