Hazan smiled pleasantly as he lounged on the rather large rock that he had found in the forest clearing. Sure, exploring the forest had been tons of fun and he had been able to grab lots of new little 'treasures' to put in his bag, but it was also nice to take a break in the sun and recharge a bit. He could hear the stream that was nearby. He was planning on dipping his feet in there before heading back off into the forest and eventually back home, but now was the time for sunning himself.
It sounded like he heard something in the distance, but right now it was too feint to really tell what it was. Still, he sat upright and looked to the forest, wondering if perhaps he had been half asleep and dreamed the sound.

Holding a large stick in his right, Oheň trailed through the forest. It had been a while since he was here. His new viewing perception made it look differently to him, so the Charmander was trying his best to find where his lair was.
Oheňdrak passed by the clearing, and stopped, spotting Hazan on the rock. He ducked into the bushes, he smirked viciously.
A grass type shouldn't lounge around in the sun like that without being alert.
Lowering his tail, Oheň's eyes narrowed. This would be entertaining.

Hazan could definitely hear something. He was not going crazy. Still, he didn't want to scare whatever it was away. Maybe it was Havard! He hadn't seen his friend since the change, and he was really hoping to see him again.
He looked around, trying to figure out which way the sound had come from. Whatever it was it sounded like it had stopped moving.
"Hello?" he called. "Havard is that you?" he asked as he hopped down from the rock, still looking around.

His ears perked up as he heard the other male. Oheň silently growled as the shiny Chikorita got off the rock. Wait, this could be fun way to attract the other male.
Slowly, he rose his tail to have the tip of the flame visible behind the bush. Oheňdrak hoped to whoever that it would work. This is the first time he has ever done this.

Hazan looked over to the bush as saw the flame. First reaction, being a grass type and all, was to perhaps freakout. Luckily the freaking out was all done in his head, leaving the charmander boy to see a simply frozen in place chikorita. After getting over his mini panic attack was wondering if he should throw water on it so the fire didn't spread and burn down the whole forest, but he didn't see the fire spreading to the bush so it must be contained, right?
So it must be a pokemon! Or a human with a lighter, but either way, it was a person...thing...right? Still, he really wasn't in the mood to tussle with a perhaps angry fire type, so he stayed where he was.
"I can see you, or at least part of you," he commented with a grin, remaining friendly in hopes whatever was out there was friendly as well.

Oheň knew the other could see his tail. That was his intention. The thing that got him a bit angry was the fact that Hazan wasn't getting scared. He huffed, and slowly rose from the bushes. The flame on his tail was a bit taller than what the other saw it as, showing his emotions to be upset, "I know... And that was the idea... But I didn't think you wouldn't run."
The Charmander placed his hand in the pouch on his belt loop, and brought out an Aspear berry. He threw it up in the air, and caught it in his mouth.

Oh hey! Another pokeperson like he was! This was amazing! Still, living on a ranch meant he knew things about pokemon, and when any of those in the Charmander line had furiously burning tails, it meant they were upset about something...
"Of course I didn't run! I'll be honest, I got a bit nervous for a second. I was actually about to get water from the stream to put the fire out! Good thing I didn't...That wouldn't have ended very well would it?" he said with an embarrassed laugh.
"It is nice to see that there are others like me out there though! You had a run in with a certain star, didn't you?" he queried.

Hissing at the comment about putting the fire out, Oheňdrak frowned and growled, "You do that and I would die..." The tail seemed to continue with its large flame, not lowering from the irritating conversation.
Oheň did stop for a moment when Hazan asked about a star. A certain star? Took him a while to think about it, and gave a small nod, "Yeah... What of it? I found it near my lair, but a stupid human found me, taking me to his so-called grandparent's daycare for Pokemon..."

Hazan looked very serious for a few moments. "I am well aware. That's why I said it was a good thing I didn't..." His chipper mood came back just as quickly though, as if the previous statement never happened.
"Oh? So you used to be wild?" he commented before pondering it over. "I was born on a ranch, so I don't really know what it's like to live on my own. I've always had lots of pokemon around me..." he mused.
"But seeing as you are like me, being a pokeperson that is, that might mean there are other pokemon that this has happened to as well! You're the first person I've met like this anyway. I was starting to worry I was the only one who had a run in with the star...."

Oheň just snuffed at the comment, "Yes, well, there are others that have no clue... The Charmander crossed his arms, and looked away.
His blue eyes slid back to see Hazan, "I'm still wild. I don't consider the humans as my 'trainers'. They just let me live there. Apparently, it's to 'help me understand how humans and Pokemon should interact'." There was a bit of disdain in his gruff voice.
Right now, he was a bit annoyed, but his flame showed that he was calm. It flickered naturally, as a fire would, on the end of his tail.

"Oh..." Hazan said as he looked away for a moment. "Well, have you tried leaving? Or are you staying there for a while?" he asked, looking back. "I know it'd be hard for me to leave right now. I know I have problems finding food like I used to in my new form, and some food I used to eat doesn't settle well in my stomach now..." he commented.

"That's weird... Have you tried eating berries? I've been snacking on the berries that are sour," he reaches into his pouch again and shows Hazan the berry.
His blue eyes surveyed the area, "Oh, I'll probably stay... But I'm still going to continue to protect my territory. I am coming back every two days to make sure that no one has moved in." Oheň was very territorial and didn't stand anyone on his area unless he allowed them.

Hazan grinned. "That makes sense," he said with a nod before looking at the berry. "Ah, I know that berry! Sour is good, but I like the spicy ones best myself! I can still eat those, but the pokefood I used to eat I can't. Abigale and Mama Cama say because I am more human now I probably have to eat more like a human too..."
