West had no damn clue what was going on.
One minute he had been hurrying the ******** away from Charlie's barf, then he must have fallen asleep, then... he had woken up under a trio of unconscious ballerinas. He would have headed back to his room, in fact he still debated doing so, but... the smell.
It smelled like Candy Cane Lane. It smelled like Jingleberry.
The demon rushed from the theater, casting a very confused glance at the giant unconscious crowned rat lying near the stage. The halls echoed with the sounds of fighting. It was marvelous. Catching sight of a familiar head of white hair and that b*****d of a tail, West stopped in his tracks, cupping his hands around his mouth. They dropped to his sides again when he saw exactly what it was she was fighting, but one frown later they were back.
"'EY! LEVI!" It had taken four of them to fight the minty ninja during his final exam as a Snot, but he was stronger now. Now it would only take two. Clearly. "Gotta smack 'rounda ninja, chop chop!" Okay, he might have still been a little groggy.

She'd just taken to beating on a giant pudding when the wrath demon got her attention. smackin' a' what 'now? ninja? Her internal dictionary flipped through pages to the thing called ninja she vaguely may have seen before on skeeV. Whaddaya'mean?! Glancing back at the giant pudding, Levi considered that whatever it was- it must've been something if West wasn't automatically trying to punch the darn thing too.
Where'd ya see it? She left the cafeteria and followed West into the hallway. Sniffling at the air, her tail flickered curiously. Ya 'smell it too, right? ...candy... but it ain't like tha ones we make....
She might've heard it before somewhere but the word of it sat on the tip of her forked tongue. It's sharp but sugary.

"Didn't see 'im anywhere," West corrected. "Yeah, it's th'smell. Peppermint." He had learned all about the stuff in the aftermath of his trip to Christmas Town. "Th'ninja's sneaky n' strong. He fights wit' two swords. But we can take 'im." As he spoke, the boil inched ahead down the hall back toward the theater.
"What the..." He peered through the open door back into the room he had woken up in a short while ago. That giant rat was back on its feet, which was probably not a good thing at all. He looked over his shoulder at the tatzel. If Jingleberry was out there, well... the ninja wasn't going to go much of anywhere in five minutes.
(( West is exiting and entering at the same time! He has run into the theater to punch the rat king. ))

Peppermint! Okay- that was the name of this scent.
The words sneaky and strong obviously caused her ears to per in automatic interest. Sounds like'a good time ta me. Where to- Before she could finish, he was already off. With a slight sigh, she trailed after him, expecting that perhaps he was like the hound when it came to ninja hunting. The wrath demon was on its trail?

(( re-entering from rat king fight ))
West didn't really have any sort of superdemon tracking ability, he had simply been curious about the fight that was going on in the theater. A fight he hadn't ended up helping with at all. Hmph.
Now he was back in the hall, and every step he took toward one of the school's many exits felt colder and colder. He pushed open the door at the end of this corridor, peering at the glittery stuff that blew inside. It didn't look like the... snow he had seen on Candy Cane Lane, but the ninja hadn't seemed to have much of a problem coming to Halloween when he'd had the need, so West doubted he needed real snow to do so.
"Jingleberry's... the ninja's gotta be this way," he muttered, turning to see if Levi had followed.

(( entering from rat king fight ))
Indeed she followed, but with a multitude of expressions fitted to her face. It was like she had ALL THE QUESTIONS going through her head - why the cold? Why the ice falling from the sky? Why does it smell in here? Why is West searching for a ninja all of a sudden?
What was going on in Amityville?
I'm guessin' you'd smelled 'im before, huh. If West was using the scent as a means of judging were this critter was, he might be mislead. But then again, the boil seemed to examine the atmosphere more than would be a typical curiosity. He knew something she didn't; that much she could be certain of. Alright. I'm expectin' the stuff fallin's gotta do with'it too. What in tha'Jack's blazin'-
Her tail swayed side-to-side keeping up with West, trying to match his speed.

"Yeah, he, uh... he smelled like this," the demon replied. His first encounter with Jingleberry had also marked the first time he had smelled peppermint, and West still associated the smell with being bisected by a spicy-smelling sword. Delightfully. Delightfully bisected.
"This stuff was everywhere in Christmas Town," he continued, pushing the door open the rest of the way and stepping out into the chilly air. He wondered if the tatzel would complain about the cold, deciding that he would only offer her his coat if she asked. Okay, fine, maybe he'd let her borrow it sooner if she shivered enough.

They did not find Jingleberry, but they did find a giant pink robot ahead of them, pacing up and down the path like it was waiting for something. With every step, the ground shook.
Stomp stomp stomp
"SANTA'S BEARD AND CANDYCANE IT ALL!" The pilot swore loudly as it continued to pace, robotic arms folded across its wide, pink metallic chest, "Where's the rest of 'em?"

Like tha' peppermint, I see. Alright. She took another whiff of the air, wrinkling her nose at the funny feeling she got from it. Definitely wasn't like candy corn, no sir.
Her ears shot up in attention; West had been in Christmas Town? You'd been 'in Christmas Town? The cold hadn't hit her quite so hard as to curl up in a fit of cold just yet. In the icy hallway that time, she'd proven some resilience to cold. It wouldn't last very long, however, given her usual dress- short jean shorts and a tank top were hardly snow-worthy attire. Right now, it was the adrenaline keeping her going.
Eyes widened at the figure that appeared before them. Her tail curled up at being startled with this..... mass of pink stomping away. Metallic pink that made the ground shake with bits of the white cold puffing up from the shockwave was in their way. Pointing, Levi stared at the demon before stating the most face palming of questions. Is that Jingleberry? Or not.
That gotta'do with 'im?! It was one of the critters plaguing their school and it was crossing their path? Fight it.
Addressing the beast, the tatzel took off into a sprint and sprung at the pink critter, intending to perform an aerial attack at the bubbly dome bit. There was something funny looking in there. Rest'a what? Whadda'ya lookin' fer, critter?! She had a small hope that this pink creature would provide some information.

West turned and watched Levi leap forward and attack, the ghoul asking the same question that had been on the tip of his tongue once he had gotten over his surprise at seeing the metal monstrosity approaching. The rest of what? On top of rats and giant servings of pudding, now they had these things to deal with? Normally, West quite liked those who outfitted themselves in pink, but he remembered this thing, or at least he thought he did. He didn't like it at all.
"Didn't we kill you?" he asked the creature in the robot. Did they mass produce these weirdos while on break from making toys? "Guess it doesn't matter much. You're in 'alloween now!" he shouted with slightly more confidence than he felt. "How dare y'fight us 'ere!" West had witnessed Jingleberry's reduced strength off of his own turf, and he hoped this metal freak would have the same handicap. Of course, Amityville was covered in snow and mint and teeming with jolly invaders. They might have been more evenly matched than he thought. Especially if he didn't actually do anything.

ROUND 1 "Why you little-" It never did get the chance to finish its sentence, however, as Levi's attack sent it stumbling backwards. Immediately, its arms went out to help it regain its balance, flailing about in the air before finally stopping a few feet away. The glass of the cockpit opened, and the figure inside stood up, waving a fist angrily, "OI, YOU TWO. I'll show you the new and improved me!"
Sitting down, the glass closed again, and the figure inside got busy, pressing buttons and pushing levers. The sound of gears turning could be heard as the robot proceeded to bend over and pick up a huge chuck of snow in its hands. A few seconds later, it was holding two perfectly formed snowballs, one in each hand.
"WEAK, YOU ARE WEAKKKKK! Christmas will never vanish! Candycane and JOY forever!" It screeched before sending both snowballs flying towards the students. The one aimed at West hit him in the face - and promptly buried him. The one aimed at Levi, however, only managed to cover her tail, since that was one long tail.
"HAH, TAKE THAT!"

Levi's attempts to cling to the dome were futile. With its shaky movements, the ghoul swung off the smooth surface and back onto the round, landing on her tail and feet first. Then the top opening and she blinked staring up at the tiny critter within the critter. That.. a challenge, fellar?! She hissed, forked tongue briefly flickering at the pink robot. From what she understood between the exchange of West and the pink thing, they'd met before. It was defeated and yet returned now in their town of Halloween. WHAT'CHA SAY? Weak? She wasn't weak. Then the machine gathered the fallen snow... and threw it at them. West really must've riled the pink thing up. Shielding herself, her tail came up to spiral in front of her face while she turned her head away from the crumpling snow debris. Two can play that game. She dug down through the snowy layer covering the ground and into the soil, making a mud ball. Have'a taste 'a Halloween,...you! Levi chucked the ball at the dome. It was likely offside and pretty crumbly as well given the condition of the ground at the moment. My HP: 39/40 Damage Dealt: 2

To say he hadn't been expecting a giant blob of snow to smack him in he face would have been nothing short of the truth. West didn't have time to hop aside before he was knocked back by it, but he had plenty of time to mutter curses and other unpleasantnesses as he dug himself out and brushed off his clothing once he was free. If he kept getting hit, there was a chance he was going to need the jacket more than she would in the end.
He left the snow and dirt for Levi and their mechanical foe, rushing forward and kicking the thing in the foot with his heel. "Come outta there n' fight!" West wanted to be good and close if it did.

ROUND 2 "WHATTTTTTTTTTTT-" It screamed in anger as the students continued to attack, one with a snowball and the other aiming for its heel; there was a lovely dent there now... Do they not know the power of a Santa Scout? Where is the RESPECT? Ugh! He'll show them! He'll show all of them the power of a Santa Scout! Especially a pink Santa Scout! There was no way he was letting history repeat itself!
"JOY IS THE BEST, THE BEST!"
With that, it built a snow fort around itself at lightning speed, until there was a wall enclosing it on all four sides. It then docked to the ground, aiming what looked like the barrel of a gun at the two students who dared to mess with him and his robot.
"BE GONE!" It screamed before firing out multiple snowballs form the barrel.
[HP: 29/40 Fort HP: 20/20 Damage: 4 to all students on the field - This excludes anyone joining from this point on!
Welcome to phrase 2: Snowball fight! -> Levi and West will find that there is no way to get to the boss without being pushed back by the RAIN OF SNOWBALLS DOOOOM. -> They must thus throw their own projectiles. -> Hint: It doesn't NEED to be a snowball. -> You may get people to join in as long as the total number of people does not go over 5!
Throwing a projectile: -> Roll 2d6(y1) or 2d8(y2); so as per normal. -> HOWEVER, if your first number is EVEN, you had missed! -> If ODD, you had hit its fort! Yay! -> Damage calculation is as per normal! So -6 after the dice!]

It was a good hit to the metallic beast's foot; maybe West had a good idea going there. Get the tiny critter out of its machine and fight it like it was meant to be; without the fancy technology. She tried to taunt the thing to see just how mobile/destructive this joyous power really was. HIT ME WITH YER BEST SHOT!
Of course, then technology showed her; the mecha shielded itself in the safety of a fort. Raising giant pistols (? what in the blazes were those?), the encased opponent prepared to fire something at them. Gritting her teeth, Levi prepared for something to come shooting at her at top speed like that of Mot's raining bullets.
FIRE'AWAY! Bring it on, tiny critter. She felt confident enough right now that she'd see that little being on the ground before this was over. Then it fired; she wasn't prepared fully for that sort of attack. The continuous barrage of balls bolted beyond expectation, landing on the tatzel with chilling stings that she hissed to on impact.
She couldn't even manage to pick up a handful of snow to retaliate during the assault.
