There are many types of people who live in this advanced city, as well as vast amounts of technology. The four main groups of the city are laid out as such:

The Gentry- The heads of corporations and politicians fall under this class. They are the upper-crust, the elite of the city. Their powers are near absolute due to their faithful followers and vast monetary sources. Most who are in this class are genetically enhanced, but they are mostly cosmetic and mental enhancements. Few of this class apply their influence directly, and prefer to keep their images spotless to appeal to the masses.

The Middle Class- The vast majority of Vistain City's population fall under this category. They are the workers, the cogs that turn the city's gears and the most regulated people in the city. They live comfortable lives, monitored by the Gentry and showered with commercial endorsements and new technologies that will make their lives more comfortable in this sprawling utopia. Few of this class are genetically enhanced, and even fewer have access to weapons of any kind.

The Privileged- Individuals chosen from different classes to aid the Gentry in their day-to-day and private matters. Their positions gain them a comfortable living that comes from their patrons in the Gentry. These are the people who do the dirty work in the cities underground and are exclusive to their patrons. Almost all of this class are genetically enhanced, from cosmetic to militaristic. They have access to most of the cities' technology and utilize it to it's fullest. They operate in the shadows, going about their duties out of the public's eyes and pulling their patron's strings to swing the balance.

The Forgotten- The homeless and the ones pushed to the sidelines. This class lives in fear of the Gentry's agenda's as they are the ones that are abducted, tortured, and used as collateral in the city's underground. If any in this class have genetic alterations, they are usually failures or random test subjects. They have little access to technology and hide behind the gloss of the city to avoid attention.

Rules

1. Follow guild rules.
2. Try to be literate. No L337, text talk, or anything of that sort.
3. Keep cursing to minimum. I don't care if you do, but don't go overboard.
4. No god-modding or auto-hitting.
5. Don't flame or troll. It's one of my pet peeves, and I will take action against it.
6. Don't cyber. Keep things relatively pg-13.
7. There will be no androids, robots, or fully prosthetics that will be accepted. I will accept cyborgs though. I don't have anything against robots, I merely want to keep the human perspective and seeing as there's mechs in this, full-prosthetics are a bit too god-modded.
8. This isn't a military rp, so there won't be any heavy mechs in use, only ones that could be used as peace-keeping units.
9. 10 character limit. But I want original characters, no cutouts or drops from existing games, manga, etc.

Biography:
Former CEO of Mizaraki Corporation, Ginryu is used to the cutthroat environment of office in Vistain City. His policies after coming into office cut back on civil liberties in the name of safety and introduced several outside corporations into the city's police force, including his former company. Though seen favorably by the inhabitants of Vistain, there is much controversy surrounding him in the international community. A practitioner of judo, kendo, and aikido he seems seething with energy in his old age. In fact, many in the medical community wonder if he isn't exploiting some unknown technology that his former company discovered.

Biography:
Bartered and bribed his way towards the title of next in line of Mizaraki, gaining him many enemies within his family. But soon after relatives who stood in opposition to him began to disappear or fall prey to accidents. This quieted most of the members of his family and gained him a steadfast place as the next in line when Ginryu stepped down to become mayor of Vistain. Soon after becoming the CEO, he married a mysterious woman named Yumi who seemingly appeared from nowhere. He has positioned Mizaraki at an extremely advantageous position and his business acumen has been praised.

Biography:
Though originally a participant in Mizaraki's super soldier project, she disappeared soon after a chance meeting with Kodohide. She didn't reappear until after Kodohide's family fell silent about his quick rise to power. She was soon married to him in a private ceremony.Though rumors persist that she was the one behind the many "accidents" and disappearances, most have died off since Kodohide took the reigns of the company. She is extremely close to her husband and follows him constantly, only leaving his side when sent out to run an errand or other odd jobs.

Bladed gloves and boots.

Loud and boisterous, however his personality seems to go in the opposite direction entirely when serious.

Biography:
Known as "the Crimson Rain" because of the body count he has left behind on his missions, Rafiel is one of the strongest in Mizaraki's private army. Originally an orphan at age 5, he was picked up off the streets and taken into Mizaraki's super soldier program. At age 13 he had grow acclimated to the regenerative properties infused within him and was selected to have his bones grafted with an experimental metal. He suffered for three months as his body accepted the bone grafts, but he came out stronger than ever. After a few months back on the job his body grew used to his new, heavier physic and he found that he could easily over power his enemies. Seeing his new potential, the higher ups of Mizaraki had Rafiel improved even more, taking his eyes and replacing them with artificial ones. But a line had been crossed and he came to hate Ginryu Mizaraki, the man he was sure had ordered his eyes be taken out. His hatred for his employers was quelled however by a chance meeting with Kodohide Mizaraki. He became one of Kodohide's devout followers, making a name for himself in the underworld as the loyal assassin of Mizaraki.

Signature gunblade, six hand guns, and dozens of small blades hidden at different places across his body.

Genetic/ Cybernetic Alterations-
His bones have been reinforced with orichalcum, his eyes replaced with prosthetic ones, and he has basic regenerative properties.
