So this is a few days late but I wasn't sure if this 12 Days of Christmas thing was really going to be the extent of the event. So far it does seem to be all we're getting. At least I haven't seen anything else about it other than the fact that we will have an opportunity at the end to trade in the items for one new item. ( Link to a thread that has a screen cap of the monthly hint email Gaia sends out.) However, caroling has finally started in the shops so don't forget to stop by and sing for your items. 3nodding Complete Item ListSo, what do you think of the items and do you really think this is all we're getting? If it is, what are your thoughts on that? *Edit.* The holiday forum is up and running and anon threads of all types are allowed, following TOS of course. Finally we have our anon threads back. Too bad it's just for the holiday but still! (: *Edit.* The event has officially started. And it's a gold/item sink. I'll update with guides and more information as it becomes available. Also, don't forget to get your wing sticker. *According to the official instructions, you can donate as little as one gold and still get a chance at one of the game items. 5k gold guarantees you an item. Although, according to this guide, it seems donating cheap items is the way to go you get one game item for every 10 (this has since been changed to 5) items donated. The guide also includes a list of game items obtainable in this stage. *edit* The wing sticker item is available in the Treehouse. It's Gary's Island Adventure, an alchemy formula that turns into an EI. *another edit (12-24) Donating today will get you a random item at some point. I received White Brisk Day Coat after donating a few times. *edit* (12-26) The Treehouse has been updated with two more recipes. One for a Silver Sable Coat and one for a Peppermint Apron.

I am rather disappointed so far. I don't particularly care for any of the items so far with the exception of the Mistletoe Headband and while the caroling items are kind of cute, they aren't really anything I'll use.
I am a little sad that they haven't even bothered putting up a holiday forum, at least if they had done that there would have been more opportunities for user run events. I'm still holding out hope that they will do something more than the 12 days of Christmas. Maybe at the beginning of the week. 3nodding
I am very curious to see what item will be available when you trade in the 12 little items.

I'm not exactly sure why, but something possessed me to actually watch that video but out in an announcement today, and DJ Helsing said that there was some other event in the works, though I don't recall what all he said about it. But you know gaia, they'll wait until the last minute, or the few before it, to actually release the event.

But I also saw a banner in one of the site mods' signature that said something about the winter solstice, and had a picture of a creature similar to those wolves from Halloween. I wasn't paying too much attention by that point though.

I'm sure there will be a few days worth of some last minute, delayed, late, tacked together stuff. Maybe a hastily sketched comic to justify it, even. Nothing great or impressive, but surely more than just this.

Well alil upset about missing 1 day, the cocoa day, but I blame work in all its hateful glory XD
I think the 12 days part is interesting. A lot of online game/forums(like pets sets such as neopets, subeta, ect) usually have advent calendars for this month and you get all sorts of gifts throughout the month. It woulda been kinda cool if they started doing that, but then again gaia is different than those type of games XD.
So far the only item ive liked is the present. I just cant get myself moving for the carolling
