As soon as Hel left the school theatre, she couldn’t help but cry “What the hell is this!?”
Snow…so much…snow. Being of Nordic descent she was use to the cold, so as of right now it wasn’t bothering her. Hel stood outside the doors, and held her hands at as the snowflakes fell. This was rather unsettling, and her brows furrowed as she stared up at the sky. What in Jack’s name was going on here? The ghoul moved away from the doors, and came to pause a bit away, looking around some more.

Not long after Hel had left, Shun showed up outside. He had heard Hel shout, but he didn't quite expect anything like this.
"I didn't recall snow being on the forecast today," he said in his usual neutral tone. Was he trying to make a joke? It was really damn hard to tell.
"I don't like the looks of this at all," he added under his breath while looking around at the winter wonderland Halloweentown had become. There were also Christmas decorations around outside, as well as a few JOY creatures running about in the distance.

Mot had followed Hel out after a short while of collecting himself.
Once outside, he stopped dead in his tracks. One thing, it was cold. Mot wasn't used to this cold business at all. He rubbed his bare forearms, looking around at all the white. What was this? This white stuff falling..
....
"Oh..my jack.. t-the SKY IS FALLING!!!" Mot screamed, flailing and turning in circles. He slipped in the snow and fell on his a**.

Mitsu's eyes lit up like...well a child on christmas when she exited the theater and was greeted with snow. Snow...so much of it. Halloween was covered in a blanket of white and she couldn't have been more excited. Maybe she shouldn't have been but she had always wanted to see the cold substance. When she had seen it on stage she had wanted to touch it and now she could as she held out her hands allowing a few flakes to settle on her palm. The lycan was amused by how they melted away turning to water before turning her gaze skyward to watch them fall.
"I've never seen snow before." Her breath was a puff of mist in the air which she stared at for a moment before experimenting and breathing out to see it again. It seemed she was having fun with her new experience.

 "Hey guys. Heeeeeeeey."A small, ineffectual penguin popped up out of the snow near where Mot had fallen. "I was kinda... well, you see, this is my spot." It waggled a flipper off into the distance and rolled its eyes, although how you could tell was a mystery since its little peepers were just so shiny and adorable. "Why don't you just head over there, okay? Okay. Buh-bye now." It stared at the cowboil expectantly. HP: 10/10

Hel whipped around as some more seemed to come out of the theatre, and she couldn’t help but look pleased to see Shun, followed by Mot and Mitsu. Her lips into a bit of a grin upon seeing a good portion of her field trip group gather once more. The reaper faltered though, at Shun’s comment, staring at him for a long moment before giving a short laugh. “Whether the snow was predicted or not…” She jabbed a finger at the decorations and the JOY creatures. “I imagine that that’s not!”
The ghoul blinked as Mot started to scream, and then spun until he slipped and fell. “Ack! Mot, the sky isn’t falling! It’s just snow…” She moved over to the cowboil and in a level of bad a** that would make Sammy proud, whipped off her jacket and held it with one arm, offering her free hand to the boil to help him up. Once he was back on his feet, she held her jacket out to him. “You need this more than I do.”
Then a penguin popped up.
Hel tensed, and stared down at the creature, her eyes widening, before she frowned. “Ah…no…we’re not going anywhere…because we were here first!” She waited to help Mot up before she’d summon her spear.

Mitsu wasn't sure what the little creature was that had popped up. It looked like a little chilli but whatever it was it was about to see the full extent of Mitsu's enthusiasm as she made made her way over to scoop up the tiny creature and give it a hug. She might have squeezed a little too hard though. "You're so cute."

"It snowed lightly now and then at home. Never like this though," Shun frowned before staring at Mot. What the hell was he on? "Jack damn it, calm down," he murmured before staring at the penguin that suddenly showed up. That was... random. But he had little doubt this was one of the JOY creatures. His eyes narrowed, but before he could do anything about it, Mitsu had...scooped it up for a hug. "Mitsu.. I do not believe we should be hugging the JOY creatures," he said while walking over. "Leave this place now," he said to it, raising up a dagger, ready to strike. HP: 40 Damage:Status: Threatening the Penguin

Mot stared up at Shun and Hel. They were playing into this too easily. Clearly the snow got to them before mot did. =( "Hel that coat is tailored to your body, not mine." Mot was thin, but also tall and long limbed.
And then penguin.
Mot had outstretched his hand for Hel just before the creature popped up. Mot stared back at it, his eyes wide.

And then mitsu cuddled it. Mot inhaled sharply, summoning both weapons and pointing them at the creature... while still sitting on the ground. "Mitsu. Release that abomination of nature at once!"
He tired to shoot but dropped his guns instead before pulling the trigger.
"Itssocold.."

Hel looked offended that Mot didn’t think nicely of her attempt at a kind gesture. She puffed out her cheeks as she stared down at him. “ You’re welcome.” She replied, and when he couldn’t even shoot the penguin, she just tossed her jacket on top of him and held out her hands, summoning her spear. “ I do apologize, Mitsu, it has got to go!” The reaper twirled her weapon, and then whapped the creature with the blunt end of her spear. HP: 40/40

The penguin flailed. It opened its beak. It closed its beak. It opened its beak. A shrill cheep exploded from its mouth at least twice. "The nerve! I was here first! Me! I am not a toy! I am Joyicus Spheniscidae!"When Shun's dagger got closer to its face, the creature stopped moving, its beak still hanging open. It wanted to laugh at Mot's gun mishap, but it was honestly about to crap itself. The spear didn't help. "waaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAA!" It flailed some more, its tiny flippers whaling on its oppressor. "Ah but!" Mitsu tried to shield the little flightless bird the best she could despite how the little thing struggled and wiggled in her grasp. It didn't even seem to phase her that the thing was trying to break free. Instead Mitsu squeezed a little harder unaware that she was hurting the little thing further. "AH Birdy!" Thanks new natural ability. Thanks

Shun made a face as the penguin left a rather minty scent behind. What was with all the damn mint! It was an alright scent, but this was just way too much.
"Mitsu, are you ok?" he frowned, "I don't think you should hug those creatures."
Well. Then again, it was that hug that crushed the thing to death. Hmmmmmm...
"Or perhaps if possible, hug them all. As hard as you can. Give them the embrace of death."
