The door to the demon dorms glided silently and smoothly open as Rikki pressed into it with his shoulder. Danny had left some of her things at his dorm when she'd been over the day before, and he was juggling the belongings in his hands on his way to return them.
Normally he wouldn't have bothered, not caring if her things littered his room, but the majority of what he held were picks and cords for her guitar, and he figured that was pretty jacking important. Danny probably wouldn't have even remembered where she'd left them, so taking the initiative was up to him, thus why he jogged up the stairs, taking them two at a time, and set himself at a leisurely pace for her room.

Edel, meanwhile, was seated at the piano in the demon dorm's common room. The past few days had been violin practice, violin practice and more violin practice. Even her well seasoned hands were starting to hurt at the fingertips.
Ping.
The ghoul lazily reached out a finger and pressed down on a key. A short break would be nice, she thought, and a slow tune was soon drifting through the corridors. Concentrating she was not, for she could hear a pair of footsteps coming.

Nyyrikki walked past Edel, not even realizing who he'd just seen, and it took a moment for things to click. The scar on Danny's hand. That had been Edel's doing. He immediately doubled back and held out a hand to stop her progression through the hall, then bit his lip in an almost aggressive show of his thought process.
"... So there's this scar on my ghoulfriend's hand..." His head tilted, brows furrowed as he stared hard at the demoness. He hadn't thought she was that bad when they'd played together, but that didn't mean he wouldn't rage when something happened that he didn't like.

Edel paused her piano playing, sat up and looked up straight at the reaper. She could explain this very well-
Wait.
“And a few days ago she was one of your 'best friends'” she rebutted, a little pointedly. Ah, she had meant to get along with the boil but somehow, anything involving Danny managed to get her worked up.
Especially since recently.
“We had a fight, a fair fight by the way,” she explained, mechanically. It was bound to happen anyway, anyone who knew the two of them might have guessed that. Now the frost demon wasn't going to be so childish and say that Danny started it first, which she did, on both counts. She however, wasn't going to go down being wronged like this. Nuh uh.

He snorted. "Yeah, well, I fixed that. She's my ghoulfriend." Period. End discussion. No buts. Not that he wouldn't have been equally as upset had she still just been his friend. Actually, he might not have been. But whatever.
"You had a fight," he repeated, nodding his head though he was obviously not agreeing in the least. He already knew Danny's side of the story, already knew that the fight had been something over Moure. He didn't agree with Danny either. Still, he asked her anyways. "And what was this fight about, Edel?"

To be honest, Edel could care less if Rikki was now Danny's boilfriend. In fact, she was quite amazed that boil could actually be the flame demon's boilfriend. She stopped herself from going on to think what could have hit Rikki in the head when she remembered that there were people that got along with that ghoul.
Such as Roch and Moure. Oh Jack, seriously.
At Rikki's very condescending question, the frost demon flushed slightly but kept her glare going, gritting her teeth to stop her from just exploding and becoming completely incoherent. No. She was going to explain this. All of this. Slowly.
But she couldn't just blurt out “Moure” just like that. Edel rubbed her temples and calmed herself down. Yes, explain.
“I had to see Moure for something, but Danny was there and -” she just stopped suddenly, unable to complete that sentence. Rikki was now Danny's boilfriend right? How would he react if he found out?
“Actually, I'd like to know what Danny told you,” she muttered, eyes averted from the reaper. Jealousy was coming over her again.
