i think time for me say goodbye for good now since i have my own guild I'm going work on that one i hope you can change my mind otherwise i'm gone for good there no room for two diamonds is there? when if there was could i stay and not noticed..No I hope can change my mind.

Not to sound silly or anything like that, but I this is the first post I've seen you make. Its hard to notice someone who doesn't make themselves known. Its not so much as people are ignoring you but, rather, people reacting to someone that hasn't said or done anything.

I mean, I've been here for over a month, and haven't heard word one from you. When I first joined I even went through past posts (granted I could have overlooked whatever posts you made).The only Sailor Diamond I've known is the one that participates in the guild and helps with contests, makes contests, and supplies us with fun things for us to do. For as long as I've been here, she has been an active member of this community. Dedicated, too.

I understand your frustration on the point but the Vice Captain has been great for this guild. It sounds like you're trying to paint her as the villain, which isn't fair in the least. Over dramatizing it isn't going to help your case any either and will probably hamper it.

In the end its your choice if you want to leave or stay. If you're that set against the guild and offended, no amount of pandering and pampering will change your mind.

I'm forced to concur with Diamond and Vivid on their key points. Your activity has clearly been lacking, and if you'd wanted to be more thoroughly integrated, you could've chosen another character and gone from there. Indeed, I've barely seen you actively participate in any guild we've been in together.

The fact of the matter is, if you want to be more accepted and more active, you have to put in your fair share as well. You can't try to claim a character then go inactive, effectively holding that character hostage. It's not fair to other perspective members who might be more active, nor is it fair to accuse or attack someone who has put in as much hard work as our current crew.

Seeing as the author of this topic has quit the guild, I will be locking this topic and moving it to the archive tomorrow.

For future reference, issues like this need to be consulted in private first with any crew member. There is absolutely no reason to drag everyone else in the guild into something so personal. Under NO circumstances should any members feel like they have to bear responsibility for another regardless the situation. Everyone is here on their own free will and we all work very hard and strive to establish and maintain a positive environment. That being said, I will also make it abundantly clear that I normally do not tolerate this form of behavior.

We do not work based off of favoritism; everyone who has a title has earned their position through hard work and dedication to this guild.
Every member is responsible for staying active through their own efforts.
We appreciate everyone equally, and are always willing to help anyone in need.
Everyone contributes to keeping this guild alive and we are very grateful for that

Posts like this usually only incite drama.

Any further issues of this kind will be brought up to a crew member first, not the public forums; failure to adhere to this may affect your position in the guild. This applies to everyone, as like I have mentioned before, there is no favoritism.

I do not appreciate any member talking negatively about any others behind their backs, and if this sort of thing ever comes to my attention in the public threads or becomes apparent as causing trouble in the guild, you can be assured that I will bring an abrupt end to it.

I will not have unnecessary bickering in this guild, and will not stand for anyone making anyone else feel uncomfortable. If anyone feels they are being targeted by someone, you need to let me or any other crew member know of this immediately.
