She was full of energy today. Her fur bristling as the wind blew passed her causing a shiver down her spine. Aea watched as Lous walked off towards where the compound was in the distance and she sighed. She felt something else coming on, but perhaps, with the jingling of the bell anklet round Lous' right leg, she might ease up for a bit. The jingle disappeared into nothing, and Aea found herself sitting beneath the shade of a lonely tree, half leaning against an adjacent building.
Aea wanted to do something, anything, but what was there today? She wasn't hungry, nor thirsty, except her hunger for adventure, thirst for the risk taken, but hmm. Bright eyes scanned the area and she took off in one direction hoping she would find something to peek her interest and capture her gaze.

Oz and his trainer were out training for the day. They had just finished a particularly hard session. Oz was ready for a break. He lay down in the shade of a nearby tree, and his trainer came to join him, sitting down next to the trunk and leaning back against it.
Oz stood and went to lay next to him. He leaned up and petted Oz's head. "Good job today Oz. I think you'll do great this week in the ring." he ruffled Oz's hair fluff and sat back against the trunk, pulling his hat over his eyes. It wasn't long before Oz could hear his deep even breathing, meaning he had fallen asleep. Oz was ready to take a nap as well, but couldn't quite get there. He stood and circled the spot where he'd been laying, patting down the earth to a nice evenness. It was then that a familiar scent on the breeze found his nose. "I know that smell!" he thought. He walked away from the tree to look around for the source of the smell. It was soon that he found it. It was Aea! He noticed she seemed to be looking for something, or someone. He decided to go over and say hi.
Looking back at the sleeping human, he made sure he was still asleep before loping over to where Aea was.

She let her paws feel the ground, feel their way across the manmade path in front of her. The area here that she walked was so..set in stone, literally, unlike those she walked beyond the walls. She could carve her own path in the forest, walk on one already tred upon or stay off while Lous stayed on. There were choices out there, in here, there was, set in stone, fixed, unchangeable. She was too smal to do such a thing. There was no where change could truly happen, was there?
As she walked, she stopped, catching the whiff of a scent so familiar, recent, and she turned to see Oz, nearby a human who slumbered rather peacefully. The troublemaker in her wanted to cause mischief but if it was indeed Oz's human, she had to behave, at least, for now.
Aea gave a nod to him, from where she was standing, she didn't want to get close to the human, in case he didn't want other mokai near Oz, some humans were like that, least that is what she noticed from afar some days.
