Does anyone here like upcycling? if you don't know what that is, its making crafts out of other things you dont need anymore. I love upcycling. I haven't actually made anything yet but my bookmarks on my computer are being flooded with links to crafts. Anyone here do any Upcycling?

♥ I do! I do! I normally use fabrics from my old clothing or clothes that I don't like to make cushion covers or something.

That sounds like a good idea. biggrin lately I've been saving all my old tee shirts in case I find a project to use them for.

I do that sometimes with clothing. I didn't realize it was called that. Its certainly a cheap alternative but I really like having fresh new fabric most of the time if I'm making clothes. I don't mind much if I'm making hair accessories or something though. I like to reuse cool buttons from other things too.
