 The large, pink giant wandered through the Kizingo'zaa lands once more, scouting for something with which to involve himself. It had been recently that he enlisted the company of a wandering female from another lands, and for that, he was proud. It was always good to have others join him and be in his company in the Kizingo'zaa! After all, how could anyone resist such a large and welcoming family? It was too bad that she brought along what appeared to be someone she was quite partial to... In fact, she was rather really partial to him. That fiery male, Rowtag... Ah, well. Her happiness was all that mattered.
His head poked through some of the bushes along the outskirts of their boundaries. Maybe if he looked around in the same places again, he could find another female? One never knew. Where one female went, there must be others around, attracted to the same place out of... some odd female tendency. Perhaps he would find another one. With that hope in mind, he started walking around his pride's borders more quickly, his black striped tail waving along after him quite languidly.

The petite lioness stirred from her hibernation - perhaps even more exhausted than she had been when she'd fallen. Her joints were achy, her throat dry, and her thoughts while rampant had nothing to do with what should have been going through her mind. No, instead they were focused on the voices around her - the ones that had forcibly woken her from her slumber. They were annoying, far more annoying than usual, and she grumbled angrily to herself as she stood into an arching stretch, allowing her tongue to loll casually out of her mouth as she yawned.
Her den was a dark, damp mess, nothing she would normally find herself in. But having traveled for so long with no rest had made her very reluctant to put much work into her shelter. Instead, she'd merely dug a hole into the nearest 'acceptable' cliff, and passed out. Goodness only knew for exactly how long.
As she slowly padded her way wearily from her den, her level of alertness faltered. The sun's rays shone a glare directly into her eyes, giving her more of a reason to grumble, and less of a reason to go outside. But she had to go, she had to get to the Kizingo'Zaa. It seemed like it really was her only choice for a normal life, and as far as she'd come it was such a waste to quit now!
Holding her head high - and turning in a direction the sun couldn't glare down on her from, Nema trudged out into the world once more. Determined to use her terrible tracking skills to lead her where she needed to go.

His eyes were ever watching - the pink giant's, that is, and even though he was big, he never missed a face or stalking soul who he could accompany, no matter how small they were. It was practically his mission to be friends with everyone and everything. However, it was rather hard spotting the lioness nearby him, what with her treading in the shadows. He didn't think to look there sometimes, although some did like to hide there...
He also had to admit... while he enjoyed watching things, he wasn't the most alert lion. He also was quite lazy.
It was hard work enough for him today, wandering through the borders of the Kizingo'zaa. He already found that one female who was a sister to Nephthys. He was sure that there wouldn't be more of them coming. Otherwise, the newcomer would have notified him at once to bring the others back! And the other had only been that red lion! He surely had done above and beyond what was required of him. It wasn't like he was a scout for Amefungwa and Shandor.
"Hmph!" he pouted to himself, closing his eyes in imagined satisfaction.
Of course, he had done enough work for a lifetime. It was all in the work of a voivode, really. Ahh, life was good. And so, he plopped himself down in the middle of a clearing, basking in his excellence and the serenity the surrounding leafy trees and bushes brought him.

Being as quiet as she was, Nema quickly took notice of the grunt that came from what would seem pretty close by. Her nerves took over, and immediately the voices in her head began to shout at her.
'Don't go over there, Nema darling, could be trouble.'
'Of course it could also be someone in trouble...'
As annoying as he family could be, they all had valid points, but which one was she more willing to listen to? With an exhausted sigh, and a heart pumping nearly out of her chest she chose the second option. Afterall, she couldn't just ignore someone who could be in danger.
Trudging through the brush, she tried to listen for more sounds but nothing really came to her. She very nearly gave up, but then she caught it, a glimpse in the corner of her eye. A large lump of pink, which seemed to be breathing?
One step closer, and she finally realized it was a lion! A rather big lion, but a lion none the less! This was wonderful, did this mean she was finally within the prides borders? The excitement was just too much to bear, and without taking heed to proper safety precautions, she bounded over.
"E-excuse me!
I'm sorry to bother you, but I think you might know something I need to know. I don't mean to interrupt your nap or anything like that, it's just REAAAALLY important that I find out where I am."
