Psychological Review: Lt. Kimi appears to be a fairly typical young male. However test results show that his I.Q. points are above average. This would explain his high aptitude test scores in the strategy sections. However it has been noted that he has a difficult time expressing his feelings and that could have serious long term consequences. In our sessions together he seems to be able to express negative emotion quite easily but when it comes to more sensitive subjects he evades them with jokes or a kind of aloof attitude. When it comes to problem solving he usually begins to work on a solution immediately and will rapidly approach it from multiple angles. His style of combat is very instinctive and most likely based on a kill first ask questions later approach. More on his psyche are available in a full report. History Bio: According to our medical records Lt. Kimi was born on February 6th of A.C. 146. He grew up in a peaceful but harsh time for the colonies so his childhood was fairly normal if only a little lacking. At the age of fifteen he was able to watch As the Second War of Unification began on Earth. While continuing his education the situation in his home colony became increasingly worse. Increases in taxes and a lack of resources was starting to cause unrest to develop in the colony. As crime became more and more prevalent in his home area it became apparent to the Lt.'s father, the late Captain Kimi that they may need to defend themselves in the coming months. It was during this year that Lt. Kimi received some hand to hand combat training and firearms training. While the situation continued to grow worse for the NAF on Earth, the Lt. completed high school and earned a scholarship to the Colonial University at Edo. In A.C. 167 Both Lt. Kimi and his father joined a resistance group that was calling for total separation from the NAF. The details are sketchy from this point but it would appear that he was involved with the initial theft of several mobile suits from a NAF hangar. After the seizure of the mobile suits, old NAF records indicate they participated in several guerrilla attacks throughout the colony. The father-son duo fought in numerous battles together and saw their home declare independence from the NAF. Records from that point on are mostly conjecture until the formation of the Colonial Allied Military (CAM) was formed. Lt. Kimi, then specialist, fought in a few more infantry battles before he was trained in the use of the RGM-79 by his father. After receiving his own MS he was promoted to Ensign and then engaged the NAF, AEU, and PRL in numerous space battles. Unfortunately his father did not live to see the day when the NAF, AEU, and PRL were completely defeated. Then Lt. Commander Kimi was promoted to Captain after being Killed in Action. At the end of the war Ensign Kimi was promoted to Lt. Junior Grade and given a teaching position at the newly opened L13 Military Academy. Rika can switch from being nice and calm to angry and excited within a few seconds. Due to the trauma she incurred as a child, Rika's mental state can be considered very fragile, and without her medication, it is very likely that she would lose her mind. Any sort of major mental stress placed on her can be considered dangerous, both to herself and to others. History Bio: Growing up on Neo Vegas wasn't exactly easy for Rika; her mother was a "dancer" at one of the many clubs on the colony, and her father was somehow involved in a criminal group. At the age of ten, she watched as a few rival criminals chopped up her mother and father with a chainsaw. Things haven't exactly been the same since then. Needless to say, Rika's mind had trouble coping with what she had seen; she had frequent blackouts, violent tendencies, and symptoms of schizophrenia. She was taken in by her Aunt and Uncle on colony L25, who were in complete contrast to her actual parents, who were about as good at parenting as one could expect. Under their care, many psychiatrist visits and various applications of drugs and other treatments, Rika seemed to stabilize around the age of 16. Every so often she would have an episode, but even those died out by the time she was 18. Even after she left her Aunt and Uncle's care, Rika stayed on L25, not wanting to return to Neo Vegas unless she had to. Things once again took a turn for the worse for Rika when the colonists on L25 decided they wanted independence. When the NAF tried to retake the colony, Rika's Aunt and Uncle were killed in the chaos that occurred. Unable to sit idly by as her loved ones were killed, she quickly joined up with the colonists, and after displaying a natural skill with a mobile suit, she became a pilot. She fought against the NAF, PRL and AEU, earning a reputation of being ruthless in battle against the Earth forces. Rika believed her place was on the front lines, but without any battles to fight in, there wasn't anything she could do. She got folded out of her combat unit and into a training unit, as an Assistant Combat Instructor. She wasn't exactly happy about being there, but she does her job well, and has learned to enjoy what she's stuck doing. Miscellaneous Information Takes regular medication to prevent violent episodes from occurring, continues to display sadistic tendencies even with medication.

While her hard work is commendable the cadet seems just too nice for the realities of war. When ever her fellow cadets are in trouble she always assists them and nothing ever seems to weigh her down. History Bio: Colony records indicate that Cadet Tegan was born on SC Mao but her family stowed away on a transport ship and sought asylum in UC Bismarck. They were granted citizenship and Cadet Tegan grew up in the former AEU colony. Her father worked in a mobile suit factory, where he built mobile suits for the AEU. Life was good for a while but eventually her father was drafted to fight in the second war of unification. It is unconfirmed but suspected that he joined the the UESF forces and fought to overthrow the AEU on Earth. How ever it is unknown weather or not this is true as he has never returned to the colonies. Cadet Tegan lived a fairly normal childhood compared to others in the colonies. During her time in middle school she apparently met and became romantically attached to Commander Ethan Shumer. After graduating high school Cadet Tegan applied, and was accepted to the L13 Military Academy. Psychological Review: From initial observation Tania is a regular woman, nothing to extraordinary about her. However she reveals to not act exactly like a woman, many actions and ways of speaking are similar to that of a male, but only by a little bit. She is capable of being feminine, she simply chooses not to unless the situation calls for it. She reveals a tendency to be highly stubborn, not being one to back down from a trail which may be partially influenced or the cause to her determination. Either way she isn't one to quit. Although her intellect appears normal she has revealed to have a relatively creative mind, being able to improvise/solve problems with some ease, its just not always analytical. History Bio: Born and raised in UC Bishmark she grew up in a relatively poor family. Her father was a merchant, so from a young age she has been around all sorts of machines and ships coming in and out of the port. It was probably due to that that she grew a fascination for machines. Being her parents only child her father basically raised her as a guy, having her help out with the merchandise that arrived (whenever she wasn't school), in other words carrying it from the ship to the shop etc. The carrying was always done by small machines that required someone to control them (or one could say pilot). For as long as Tania can remember she was either watching her dad controlling the machines or actually the one making them move. Whenever they would break in order to save money her and her father would fix their own machines, everything she knows about mechanics she learned from her father. Her whole life was basically just that. Slowly her interest in machines grew until one day she got the chance to see a mobile suit right up close. From that day one her obsession would be based around Mobile suits wishing to one day pilot one of those and not only that but protect her colony. Sadly entering the Academy wasn't as easy as she thought it would be, she went through quite a few trials before being able to actually take the tests, and when she did, it was a little too late. Due to her having a age higher then most people entering the Academy and due to the time of her application she wasn't accepted into Pilot Training, only Mechanic training. That isnt going to stop her from actually getting to her goal though. AT least she is close to Mobile suits. Miscellaneous Information ~Sometimes will try getting other cadets or pilots at the academy to let her pilot an MS for a few minutes (this is always done in secret, or at least attempted)

Psychological Review: Captain Schneider may be old but he has a lot of experience, and despite this he hasn't become jaded. The captain has maintained a friendly demeanor and a good sense of humor. His command experience allows him to remain calm under the most stressful of situations making him one of the best naval officers in the colonies. History Bio: Captain Hans Schneider were born and raised on UC Bismark. His family had a history of military service with his father reaching the rank of Admiral in AEU's Earth Navy. Hans attended a military college where he graduated and was assigned a post on a cruiser class space vessel with the rank of ensign. Hans worked his way up through the chain and command served honorably with the AEU through most of the Second War of Unification. While his reasons are unknown the captain made a decision to join the rebellion and convinced most of his crew to follow him. He then fought to liberate the colonies. Psychological Review: Commander Shumer is forward in more ways than one. He is both forward in the sense that he pursues his objectives in a very straight manner and in that he is a closet pervert who sometimes comes out of the closet. This appears to be the result of his spontaneous nature. The commander tends to do things on the fly for no reason other than a hunch, often with little planning, but his ability to make split second decisions allows him to act under stressful situations. He is also very dedicated to his work which is part of the reason why he has earned such a high rank despite being so young. History Bio: Born December 8th of A.C. 145, Commander Shumer experienced a typical childhood for a child living in a low income family of factory workers. Partially due to their own status in life his parents pushed him incredibly hard to do well in school and get good grades. While in high school he Cadet Zoe Moina Tegan and became romantically attached to her despite their age difference. He was accepted to a military academy of the AEU and received a full ride to the college. There he studied military theory and tactics, and the skills necessary to be a naval officer. In perhaps a twist of fate he was assigned to Captain Schneider's vessel upon graduation. During his time on board the ship the commander worked his hardest and volunteered for everything that up. because of that he quickly became a senior bridge officer when he was chosen to replace a casualty. When Captain Schneider joined the colonial rebellion his XO refused to participate in he considered treason and had to be put in the brig. The CPO runs one of the strictest operations that I have ever seen, largely due to his seemingly harsh nature. While those under him might see him as unnecessarily harsh for no the reason they are one of the best mechanic units in the colonies. Often times the CPO seems grouchy but he maintains the normal set of military formalities. He actions over the course of his career have demonstrated him to be a stout man with a strong sense of honor. History Bio: Born to a low income family on SC New Shanghai, CPO Chen lived among the colony machinery and underbelly infrastructure that was responsible for maintaining much of the colony. During his youth he took a liking to these machines and on the inner layers of the colony the opulent cars that the wealthy drive. Due to his liking of these machines and his own lack of personal finance he began studying mechanics and joined the maintenance team of the colony. During the Second War of Unification he was drafted and received military training in mobile suit repair. He eventually joined the resistance movement and at first worked as a saboteur but eventually became a mechanic for the CAM forces. After the war he was assigned to the new L13 Military Academy to work as an instructor and to repair the units that the pilot cadets inevitably break. Psychological Review: Elise is the brooding, serious, vengeful, and resentful type. The type to go after what she wants and keep working at it until she gets it. She can tend to look down on most people depending on their status or ranking. Her temper is her biggest weakness. When she gets pissed off, Elise may get out of control. But when she gets mad, she doesn't show it right away. Though, people can tell when she's angry as she will seem to get this angry aura about her. And that's the kind of person she is when around most people. They think her to be aloof, resentful, and to have dry humor (which she can have at times). She does, but she just doesn't show them. History Bio: Born to Commander Eleot Voren and his wife Myria on SC Neo Nepal. Younger sister to Petty Officer Yure Voren. Myria Voren passed away when Elise was four, so all Elise and Yure had to rely on was their father. Her father is the military/strict type as he was part of the organized revolt against the PRL. He thought the world of his son Yure, while Elise was only his daughter and nothing really all that special to him. Elise always tried to get on her father's good graces and followed his every order around the house and throughout her young life. She and Yure didn't necessarily get the childhood most children would have. They were treated as soldiers more than they were treated like children. When old enough, Yure joined the military and was killed in action in May of AC 170, after four years of faithful service to his colony. Her father was, of course devastated. As such Elise wanted to fill her brother's shoes so to speak. She enlisted in the military in December of AC 169. Her father was furious with her at first, but he eventually came to accept her decision and reluctantly stands beside her now. Psychological Review: As a medically inclined person, she cannot say no to anyone who has been harmed or injured, has a caring attitude, and will stand up to even the most brutal force if her patient is in danger. always attracted to the sick ill or other wise injured she often neglects her own health to make sure one gets back on their feet as soon as possible. Out side of her medical field she is very timid and stiff before she gets to know anyone, complete opposite to how she acts in the medical ward, she has very little back bone when it comes to anything but medicine and hesitates so often it is hard for some to believe she is well on her way to having a doctorates in surgery. History Bio: Born to SC Mao, Seren has always had a knack for dealing with creatures, agriculture, and biology all together. She learned care through her daily work at home, growing crops and creatures for the rest of the colonies to consume or other wise use. she had her own pets all the time she usually doctored, and at times managed to bandage her older and younger siblings whenever they had an injury, be it major or minor. As she grew through school, Seren loved her classes, Excelled in every course, math, English, science, and art. it did not matter what she did her mind was that of a sponge, absorbing every detail she could without any real encouragement. Sure her parents had wanted her to help with the farming, they could not support her through college and beyond. This did not stop Seren however, finding a way to further her education and study in medical she joined the military. They were fully willing to pay for her doctorates if she learned to pilot a Mecha. currently in her second year of medical school she now starts her mecha training, it would be interesting to see what the simple farm girl can do in the mechanically military world. Miscellaneous Information often times she likes to sneak pets to her dorm, she hates sleeping alone, and is often followed by any creature they happen to meet.
