Physical Description: Ogato is 5’9 slim and muscular. His hair is a crimson red and nearly touches the ground but is kept tied with wild bits poking out closer to his head. His bangs pass his eyes but are usually managed by his bandanna and spiked up. He has a bit of facial stubble, but he stays fairly shaved. The structure of his face is rather slim, but his jaw is rather square. His left eye is covered by a red bandanna made of lead making it impossible for him to see through it, while his right eye is simply green. His back has a large faded scar that takes up majority of his back; the scar starts from his right shoulder ending at his left side. Just below his scar on his left side he has a tattoo of a Japanese sign meaning lust, also, on the back of his neck he has a tattoo of the yin yang symbol but isn’t visible due to his hair covering it. On top of his shinigami clothes he wears a sleeveless white Haori with a red hymn and his name in red going down his back.
Personality: Ogato doesn't like being addressed by an honorific even if it's by his subordinates. He doesn't get very angry about it, but he makes it known that she dislikes this and imprints into those that seems to forget with a playful kick. He's widely considered a laid back, but playful person. Although he doesn't do it as much anymore, he likes to flirt with women regardless of there position, however he won't flirt with them if they're married. When he flirts with a woman he compliments them and tries to make them feel special since he respects them.
He has strong values on friendship, although he tends to poke fun at his close friends. Most of the people he considers friends are similar to him or have a strong fighting spirit. He tends to avoid people that act arrogant and cocky since they have a knack for clashing with him. Despite his laid back attitude, in a serious battle he can get very aggressive while still somewhat playful. He likes to gauge his opponent's strength so sometimes he holds back in a fight. Also, because of how he feels about women he doesn't like to fight them unless he's training with them or he has no other choice, but to fight them.
Zanpakutou: Kutsuu Ryouken (Hell Hound)
Zanpakutou Spirit: Kutsuu Ryouken takes the form of a youthful red hair girl. This spirit seems to be around thirteen, however her age increases as her strength does. Her attire consist of obsidian armor and tattered clothes underneath. Her hair is rather short and has a wild bed head style. Aside from her own sword she carries a pair of gauntlets with two inch claws on the ends. She seems to be happy about even the grimmest situations and she is very attached to Ogato both figuratively and physically. If she were to see Ogato with another woman she would get very jealous.
Inner World: The inner world of this zanpakuto has seas of lava around it and the land is merely cooled magma floating on the lava. There are trees made of obsidian that strangely looks as if they're cherry blossoms except the flowers are made up of white flames. On the center of this world there is a large cave where the spirit resides, the inside of this cave is much hotter than the outside. In the sky there is only dirt and flowing magma falls.
Sealed Form: Unlike most this zanpakuto is extremely heavy and is usually used to strengthen the wielders swing. It is also a dadao sword fashions to look like a katana. The blade guard the zanpakuto is a crescents moon with a red gem in the center. The hand guard is red and black and is about 8 inches in length. The blade is about the same length as a normal katana, but the it is atleast six inches wide.
Shikai Name/Release Phrase: Drag them under, Kutsuu Ryouken
Shikai Description: When activating his shikai the earth beneath him begins to shake and his eyes glow violently. His zanpakuto meanwhile glows brightly with red cracks along the length of the blade. As the transformation completes a burst of energy is released and his zapakuto glows as it reshapes.
The shikai state takes the form of a black buster sword with a red strip down the length of it and a dark red hilt. The blade of the sword is about three feet long and it’s 8.5 inches wide, the handle alone is five inches long. The blade has an edge on one side and jagged teeth like blades on the other, these blades are detachable. The teeth look like obsidian with veins of live magma around it and are about 3.5 cms in length.
Shikai Powers:
Erupt- The zanpakuto fires off its teeth piercing its target. If it makes contact with there skin it can cause serious skin burns, if it enters the skin it can possible dig in deeper causing serious heat related damage. Ogato can fire up to 20 at once and there paths can be altered slightly, so they normally don’t fire off straight.
Fire Works- The teeth explode on command. When they explode it releases a flare that can injure anyone within a radius of 1 meter. Once the teeth explode they grow back along the length of the blade.
Bare your fangs- The zanpakuto creates a fiery trail when swung. When it makes contact with anything the blade become engulfed in flames hot enough to melt tin (480 degrees Fahrenheit).
Hellish Rage- This move was slightly adapted from his seismic slam attack. Instead of using his fist he slams his zanpakuto into the ground and then unleashes a burst of flames for his zanpakuto causing the ground to fire off sprouts of flames in random spots within a 3 meter radius.
Piercing Howl- Ogato charges the zanpakuto with reatisu. As it fills the red line along the blade glows until it reaches the tip. Once it’s full the blade seems to howl as it releases a pillar of fire in the direction pointed.
Bankai Name: Kutsuu ryouken no akai gatsu
Bankai Description: With the activation of bankai everything around Ogato become so hot you can see the heat waves. His body then erupts with reatisu. As everything settles his upper body is covered in rock like armor with wolf fur going around it's edges. His zanpakuto in this form is a thin black sword with a red guard. He also has a pair of gauntlets similar to his shikia's but thinner. He stays surrounded in a aura of intense heat that slowly thickens and rises the longer he has his zanpakuto active.
Bankai Powers:
In Bankai form Ogato become much stronger and faster.
Bite of the Beast- This is an upgrade of Bare your fangs. The blade leaves a trail of flames behind it and when it makes contact with anything it burst with flames atleast 1,400 degrees Fahrenheit (760 degrees Celsius).
Cerberus- After 5 turns the heat surrounding Ogato takes the shape of a large humanoid wolf that's between 5-8 meters that Ogato has limited control over. After 2-3 turns the wolf reaches maximum power and Ogato can no longer control it so he is forced to either exhaust the reaitsu or deactivate his bankai. Also, Ogato can't use any other attack while this is active.
Cerberus's Howl- Ogato inhales all the heat surrounding him then releases it all in a howl. As he expels from his mouth it's temperature increases to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit (1093.3 degrees Celsius). Instead of coming out as hot air it comes out as flames. This attack takes alot of energy so after he uses it, it's hard for him to maintain his bankai or use any attacks in bankai.
Hellish Wolf Pack- Stabbing his zanpakuto into the ground it draws in the heat surrounding Ogato into the hilt. This is then released into the ground. After it is release he can summon up to 8 wolves made of hot obsidian. These wolves can fire off fire balls and are controlled by Ogato. If he doesn't summon all of them he can still maintain his bankai without straining himself. The wolves can take a few hits before disappearing, but any fatal strikes or if Ogato can't maintain his bankai they vanish.

Red left eye: Allows Ogato to see anyone’s reaitsu in it’s rawest state. This eye is also contains a large amount of reaitsu. To contain its power and to keep it from being strained he wears a special red eye patch made with lead and a special type of leather.
Seismic Slam: After applying reaitsu into his hand Ogato can create an earthquake within a small radius which can drastically change the environment according to the amount of reaitus.

Biography/History:Ogato grew up in Tokyo in an everyday home; his dad owned a small dojo while his mother was a historian. Ogato had no known sibling, but had a close friend that he considered family, his name was Moki. Before he died Ogato attended a local public high school with Moki and was very popular due to his personality which carried on to today. Moki eventually transferred to a near by private school to keep him out of trouble with Ogato, but they still kept contact outside of school on there train ride home. He and Moki died one day, when returning home from school while boarding a bullet train. After a day of messing around with the girls at school the two were waiting for the train when Moki fell onto the tracks getting his foot stuck in the process. Immediately, Ogato jumped onto the tracks and tried to help Moki, but it was too late. Once they made contact with the train they woke up in to see their remains on the tracks. Seconds later, a shinigami came and transported them to the soul society.
As they arrived to the soul society they were lucky enough to find a home with a small clan trying to get noticed. The clan was known for there warrior like attitude, but yet there were very kind to Ogato and his friend, so much so they treated them like family. After a short period of time in Rukongai a shinigami passed by and seen them in action and insisted that they apply to join the Shino Academy and become shinigami. They didn’t seem to stand out from the others to much so they were put into the standard class. As there training progress they reached the point in which they were doing a field exercise. Although the exercise started normally it quickly went out of control. Ogato and Moki were working together to get a dummy hollow when the hollow seemed to suddenly evolve and attacked them. There third member of there group who was lagging behind got there just in time to see the hollow and run away to inform there superior. Ogato and Moki stayed behind and battle the hollow although they were asked to run away also. Because they were still learning the hollow managed to kill Moki and wounded Ogato. Just as the hollow prepared to finish off Ogato there instructor came and the hollow ran off. Ogato felt at fault for Moki’s death a vowed to kill this hollow some day.
After graduating from the academy Ogato joined squad 12 which was suggested by the captain of the squad himself. The captain took notice in Ogato quickly seeing that he wanted to get stronger, so he offered him the opportunity to become stronger through experimentation. The captain’s experiment was called SIN and the object of this experiment was to created synthetic vizards. The first of his experiments was named Sin and she was one of the captain’s own creations and she seemed successful. Ogato was giving the name Gokai and he was one of the three shinigami in the experiment. The others were various spiritual beings he wanted to test the process on. Through test and trail he was growing close to a break through, until decided to escape. Ogato as well as the others were captured in the frenzy. Since the captain found no point in carrying on the experiment with them since they tried to escape he locked them away. As the days went by the other were taking away followed by screams of horror leaving him to assume they died. Once he was the only one left the captain took him out and tried to reverse what he had done. After some time he managed to remove all traces of his inner hollow, but this left Ogato’s left eye somewhat damaged. Since the process was so intense all of Ogato’s memories of these happenings were erased up until he graduated.
As Ogato returned to his normal life the lab was shut down and destroyed by the captain. The captain himself seemed to vanish as well as anyone’s memory of him being there.
About a year or so afterwards Ogato met a woman named Wolf who showed him how to shape his zanpakuto. There after he met Kuro as well as another young man on the training grounds. Kuro who had already achieved a shikai of his own helped Ogato and the other young man achieve shikai also. As the other boy seemed to go his own way Kuro took Ogato under his wing and trained with him occasionally. As time progress Ogato joined second squad where he seemed to first show his true colors although he wasn’t seated yet. Just as Ogato was being named a seat his mentor Kuro was named captain and he was offered the position as lieutenant. After taking this position Ogato made quick friends with the captain of division two and five at the time.
As the years went by Ogato made friends in not only his own division, but other’s as well. Also, after constant begging of his captain he was finally assisted with obtaining his bankai. About a year or so after Kuro switched to division six and some time afterwards stepped down from his position, leaving it to Ryan. Felling out of place with Kuro as his leader Ogato left his squad in search of another, but soon returned as Ryan’s second hand man. His position under Ryan seemed short lived as he was soon named captain of division eleven.
When Ogato first took up the position he felt a bit out of place with all the new faces in the squad, so he turned to his lieutenant for assistance in most matters. As his lieutenant came closer to vacating his position Ogato desperately looked for a replacement. Finding his third seat Aiko as a likely replacement he chose her in hopes that she would like him as much as she liked the former lieutenant. The two of them had a healthy relationship as they both trained the squad members and kept the squad in shape. A year into her lieutenancy she was granted clearance for bankai training which Ogato over looked. Strangely, after this she became constantly absent from the squad until she left her position empty.
Ogato felt he needed to refill this position, but he did not seem as eager as before so he carried on his duties normally. He slowly, began to develop a friendship with his division’s third seat (Alannaa’s character). As time progress Ogato felt she would have been idea for his lieutenant, but because of certain problems it was never made official. Despite so issues the two of them remained good friends.
As time went by Ogato felt as if he was losing his edge in combat and felt it was time he took off and focused on his fighting skills. Little did he know there was a conflict growing on earth and the soul society…?

Before the attack on the Sereitei, Ogato gathered all of his belongings he could carry and traveled to the world of the living. Since his venture was unknown to most he wasn’t informed of the attack.
The area he traveled to is widely considered remote and void of all living beings. Here Ogato was able to train to his fullest extent without the worry of endangering anyone or causing any damage. During his time here he honed his skills and work on a few experiments he had put off some time ago. A month or so after the attack and evacuation of the Sereitei Ogato was located and informed about the events that happened during his time away. Wanting to clear his head he remained in this area to continue to hone his skills. Finally a month after receiving the news Ogato developed several new abilities and improved on a few older ones. As the third year of his trip had come to a close Ogato had decided that it was time for him to find his squad and reunite with his fellow shinigami.
As he came back to civilization he ran into a couple shinigami trying to save another shinigami from an arrancar. After a comical rescue the other shinigami left leaving him to tend to the shinigami. Her name was Hatsume and seemed very grateful that she rescued her. After the conflict on earth was resolved and things began to settle he and Hatsume developed a romantic relationship. Sometime after the wedding of Wolf, one of Ogato’s old friends, Hatsume vanished leaving Ogato feeling alone. Although he never completely got over it he carried on with things. Eventually, his close friend and third seat also left and his squad began to dwindle. Eventually, he retired his position as captain, but couldn't leave his squad completely so he decided that he wanted to stick around as some sort of a mentor when needed.
