xxxxxLarge, puffy clouds littered the skies above as a particular Unicorn mare stood below, staring up. Long beams of sunlight shone through the clouds, struggling to completely break through. It was slightly cool, a wind picking up and whipping leaves from the singular tree in the vicinity to the ground. Elawi changed her focus from the sky to the tree she stood below, gazing at the leaves as they dropped lazily to the ground below. The leaves were the last of their kind on the tree, due to drop soon anyway. They were brown and appeared crunchy; the variety of leaf that should have fallen a month ago. Stepping forward, Elawi lowered her head and nosed one of the leaves, inhaling its slight scent. She was an odd one, that was for sure. But she blamed her strange antics on her father, who was much more attuned to nature than she.
xxxxxOnce done with the leaf, Elawi rose back up and glanced around. She spotted no one in the distance, which wasn't peculiar; those she was resting her hooves on meadow-land, she stood atop a hill, more like a plateau than anything. Flicking her ears forward, Elawi strained them against the wind. She couldn't hear anything other than the slight movement of the leaves below her, but she could've sworn the ground beneath her was being disturbed somewhere near here. Although she couldn't spy anything strange just yet, she decided to keep a sharp lookout just in case.

(( sorry was looking for his tag lol! )) Radian saw a small pile of leaves and dashed towards it slowing down and pouncing into it. The leaves flew into the air with a spark movement and then slowly returned to the each beneath him. He looked round seeing a mare he had not noticed before... what can a stallion do?! He thought he was alone, now it was a question of smiling and looking silly....or being straight faced and 'dignified'. He knew the second option wouldn't work so he sprinted to action with the first,"hello", he said in a friendly tone trying not to freak her out.
"I didn't see you there, I thought I was alone." The wind blew a short sharp gust blowing leaves into his mane,"oh no." He sulked for a short while and then decided to ignore the leaves.

xxxxxElawi jumped back as the stallion pounced upon the leaf pile, not having actually seen him before. Although her ears and hooves had detected something, this stallion seemed to be particularly sneaky to have escaped her eyesight. Shaking her long mane out of her eyes, Elawi blinked her eyes a few times, letting out a small, nervous laugh. "Hello! It's quite alright, really!" She grinned warmly, swishing her tail about to match the movements of her mane in the breeze. Slowly, through the cover of her windblown hair, she appraised the stallion. He was different than any other she'd met before; he had a strange, stumped tail like that of a lesser forest-dweller. His ears, too, were much furrier than normal. Although his pelt was unremarkably colored, his eyes were of the strangest, most glaring shade of blue. They startled Elawi, frazzling her into completely losing her speech. He was a very handsome stallion, but once Elawi locked onto his eyes she found herself in a trance, unable to do much more than stare.
