With quick vigor in his movements, Tobias paced around his small, but cozy home, gathering things he knew would be needed for tonight. It was so close that he could nearly feel his canines aching to extend into the bone-crushing shape of a wolf's.Not only that, but he was on edge, a simple side effect that occured everytime he was near 'that' time, the time in which he would shift from the form of a man, to one of an uncontrollable lycan, the result of a werwolf/human hybrid. He thought the transformation both disgusting and inconvinient, but at least he hadn't had any slip ups in this tiny village he was living in now, otherwise he'd be on the run once again, in search of yet a new home. But there was no need to think about all of that, not since he'd found a way to keep himself from being discovered as a monster and chased away.He went out 'camping' on the night which the moon was full and secluded himself on a lone island in the middle of a lake that lay in the belly of a cold valley not too far from the village. There was a small pain to the trip though, but it wasn't anything too bad, merely a pest problem.Tobias had a follower, or more like an admirer, his name was Alexander and he was only a boy around the age of 17 or so and it seemed he'd taken a liking to to half-bred male.It didn't bother Tobias, on the contrary, he quite enjoyed recieving someone's feelings, but he tried to never let it get to his head, after all, he was a monster.

With a sigh, Tobias finally threw his bags on his shoulders, looking around to double check his packing. He had to make certain he'd prepared everything perfectly so there was no chance of him escaping his miniature prison to attack the villagers.Once completely sure of his packing, Tobias, marched to the kitchen and began to chow down on a piece of bread with cheese draped over it, scarfing it down before walking out his front door.He had to leave before Alexander caught up to him and attempted to beg his way into tagging along for the 'camping' trip.If the boy could handle the truth, Tobias wouldn't really mind bringing him, but there was no way a boy would follow the person he'd once admired if he found out he was secretly a lycan. As soon as the wind began to blow his way, Tobias could smell the scents of everything upwind of him, his senses heightening in anticipation of the madness to come that night. He trodded down the slightly worn mountain trail, his pace a bit fast as he feared he wouldn't make it in time before his transformation. He sighed, calming a bit once he was far enough from the village that even if he had transformed, he would most likely bypass the village in his rage.He couldn't but to be so cautious, he'd destroyed an entire village when he'd lived in Russia and was quite scarred by the incident, making him insecure at this time.Soon enough, Tobias reached the lake were his small island sat in the middle of and smiled at its calm, serene surface, cooling off a bit from the beautiful scenery and sound of the wind rustling the trees.

User ImageCatapulting himself away from the small girl, Alexander let out a yell. "I said no, okay? I am not going to carry you around! What happ-ow!" blinking as his head whacked against the wall, he stumbled back a bit, grabbing his nose. Looking down at the girl like he wanted to kill her, Alex groaned. "Little demon." Carefully walking around the small blonde haired girl, he pointed towards her mom. "Hey, I think she has something for you." Waiting until she turned around, Alexander took off in a mad dash towards the opposite side of the village. She'd definitely give up then. Well, hopefully. Little kids were so persistent, it wasn't even funny. It was like they all had a grand master plan to make the teenagers miserable, and look like little angels to anyone older than nineteen in the process. Sadly, he was under nineteen.

Taking a bite out of the bread, Alexander poked his nose again. Well, it didn't hurt anymore. Okay, not that much anymore. But it still kind of hurt. It wasn't like walls were made out of feathers or something. If they were, they'd keep falling down over and over again, and nobody would get much done at all. Taking another bite, he let out a sigh. He'd probably have to hide form her all day, which was kind of impossible, seeing as she could get anywhere. The little girl was like a ghost or something- they were there one second, and the next they were completely and totally gone. It was really creepy, especially if it was the other way around. Which, most of the time, it was. And that really sucked a lot.

With a probably really exaggerated sigh, Alexander stuffed the last of the small amount of bread left in his mouth. Standing up, he looked around the hill boredly. He had seen the view from here so many times that it kind of bored him, really. But it was pretty much the only place he could really hide from anyone if he wanted to be alone for a bit. Usually, he didn't mind, seeing as he knew everyone, and everyone knew about people's little quirks. But sometimes, people just wouldn't shut up or whatever. And hiding for a bit was much, much better than punching someone in the face, no matter what. Blinking as he saw someone walking down a path -well, it was probably some merchant or whatever, things looked the same size from the hill- , he stared at it like he was trying to figure out what was the best way to shut them up once and for all. After a couple seconds of this, Alexander gave up. If he couldn't figure out what it was already, he might as well get closer. He had a feeling it would be entirely boring once he figured out what it was, though, and a total waste of time. And he'd probably be grumbling about why he hadn't decided to just turn around and head back, too.

Yeah, he was really wishing he had decided to turn back right about now, seeing as it was just Tobias. He did this once a month, always around the same time, like clockwork. It really wasn't anything special. But he might as well follow him, seeing as he actually knew him and it was getting dark out. But he'd probably get pissed if he knew Alexander was there.

After about a minute of weighing the decision in his head, Alexander walked towards the side of the path, deciding on following Tobias. He could always turn around in the morning, when he'd actually be able to see what was in front of him all the time. Well, he could still see the path, but he was certain that the plants were out to get him.

[Sorry for the lateness of my reply.^^"This week is finals and tomorrow I have my last ones, so I've just been busy studying for them.]

Tobias took in the beauty of the nature around him before feeling his gut twist in a painful way, making him wince quietly to himself. He needed to hurry, at least to get to the island before the sun left the sky and the moon took it's place. He shifted his bag on his shoulder and quickly walked down to the dock, tossing his things inside it before climbing in himself and begining to row with the single oar that had once sat in its basin.Tobias' mind could only flow back to the little Russian village he'd destroyed so easily as he began to panic. The sun was sinking quickly and as much as he paddled, it didn't seem like he was moving any faster, it almost seemed as if time had stopped for only him.Though, eventually, he reached the shore of the island and threw his bag into the grass, then threw the oar into the boat and pushed it with all his might so it floated away from the island, far enought that his wolf self wouldn't be able to reach it.Tobias sighed, content with his success so far, now there was only one thing left to do for him.The male walked at a leisurely pace towards the center of the thickly foliaged island before dropping his bag on the ground and taking a deep breath. He pulled a chain from his bag along with two locks to which there was only one key to open.He continued to wrap one around a thick tree then lock it before making a loop with the other and putting it around his neck.

Everything was ready now, or at least as ready as it could be, the only thing now was to wait the few momments tthat were left until the fat, round moon rose into the sky.It was during this time that Tobias prayed, hoping that no poor soul would come to this island while he was here, not until the beast within him had subsided from the sun's sweet rays.Just as the moon's illuminecent light glimmered through the trees, Tobias fell to the ground, curling himself in a ball as his transformation began. His pained sounds soon turned to vicious growls and snarls, his once smooth flesh spouting thick hair from every pore, his spine extending to a long tail, his ears growing to a wolf's length, and his teeth changing their shape to instruments of bone crushing power.Tobias opened his eyes, their once greens hues now amber and full of unfathomable rage that had no cause at all.It was then that this new, wolfish form lifted its large snout and let out a blood-curdling howl that could be heard for what seemed like everywhere.Tobias struggled to try and escape the chain that held him, snarling and growling for all his worth as his breath fogged from the chill of the night. He wanted to be free, he wanted to hunt, he wanted to kill everything that had life around him.He gave another howl, thought this one not as long or loud as the one preceding it.He was mad with bloodlust as he continued working his entire being on escaping from his chain, though couldn't seem to manage the task with his strength alone, he needed something to drive him, he needed prey.

User ImageStifling a yawn, Alexander looked up at the sky quickly. It was getting pretty dark out, which meant that he'd probably not be able to see soon. It wasn't like he had a lantern or something- if he did, he'd probably be less worried then how much he was now. But hey, you win some, you lose some. And all Alexander had won right now was added stealth. And he had lost which way he was going. Lucky for him, footsteps made sounds that he could follow. Sure, his hearing wasn't bionic, and he couldn't hear a lot like some of the people in the village, but he could hear. Which was better than what some of the villagers could say. But then again, they usually were kind of old, except for Arnold. He'd gotten a little too close to gunfire one too many times, and the giant popping noises had done a bit of a number on his hearing. Therefore, you had to shout at the top of your lungs to even talk to him. Or just write on a piece of paper, which most people did when they were talking to him- it saved them from a sore throat and not being able to talk above a whisper for a couple days.

Blinking as Tobias started rowing towards an island in the middle of a lake, Alexander let out a sort of defeated sigh under his breath. Looked like he;d have to find a tree or something to spend the night in. Well, if the boat got loose and drifted back, he could sleep under it, which might work- but that would be a lot of extreme luck on his part. So a tree was his best bet. Shifting his feet around a bit, Alexander looked up at the sky again. It was getting pretty dark. Looking around, the black-haired male looked around for a tree that wouldn't kill his neck overnight. Which was kind of hard to do, seeing as the trees were kind of tiny, for some reason. Just his luck.

It took skill to trip and fall, only to have your hands find a boat. A lot of skill. It took even more skill if you had no idea where you were going, and next thing you knew, you had managed to go about twenty feet into the lake without even rowing. "Greeeat." Alexander mumbled, sarcastically, crossing his arms. Well, that really creepy howl wasn't helping his mood. He could probably just turn around and row in the morning or something, when he could actually figure out how far in the water he was. It wasn't helping that the lake seemed to stretch on forever and ever, really. And it wasn't like he could swim back. Well, he probably could, but that would definitely take a bit, and he'd probably get tired before he reached the shore. Plus, he'd probably go towards the island on accident with his luck.

And he was pretty sure the boat was just floating around aimlessly in a giant pattern of circles.

OOC: It's totally fine!

His snarls becoming more frustrated and beast-like by the momment, Tobias froze, a sweet scent blowing his direction and causing him to turn his wild eyes to an illuminated figure. It was a small deer, not much larger than the fat fawns that were usually to the village for celebration feasts, but the scent of its sweet, tender meat and the consistant thump of his frightened heart were enough to set his mind on one thing, kill and feed. The poor creature was frozen in fear, standing as still as a statue before flinching into an almost sitting position as Tobias lunged at him, growling and roaring as slober dripped from his rubbery lips. The chain gave sounds of giving away to the wolf's new found focus as his body fought vigorously against them, the deer trembling now as it struggled to force itself to inch away from the terrifying sight before him.As the chain cracked threateningly, the buck finally managed to find his barings and took off, stumbling off before he took on a quick, swift pace.It was then that Tobias gave his last tug on his restraints and broke free, flying off after his new prey, his claws throwing up clumps of dirt and foliage with his mind concentrated on the small buck.It didn't take long for the beast to catch up with the buck, only trailing a few feet behind with unimaginable speed that didn't seem possible.Tobias lept in the air, his claws aimed for the deers revealed hide and gave what seemed to be a crooked, wolfy grin as his nails dug deep inside the flesh of the small herbavore. With ease he drug it to the ground before chomping down on the bucks jugular, ripping out what he had his teeth on and devouring it like a starving animal.Another long howl spilled from his elongated snout, thought this time it was one of victory instead of the angered one released earlier.

Tobias began to eat his kill, leaving no meat left on the poor animal as well as knawing on the bones as an after snack.Once he was finished, only knawed bones and a gorey mass of blood left as evidece of his kill, Tobias stood on all fours, lifting his nose to the air to scent the island he was on.He could smell everything from the trees leaves, to the creatures that resided on the island, even the water that surrounded the island, but there was something else, something he knew he'd scented before, something not quite like the animals he'd scented on the island. Then the memmories came rushing back of the night in that Russian village, the screams, the even sweeter taste of the tender meat that the kill had.It was a man, and it gave off an intoxicating smell that somehow lulled the wolf, mommentarilly stunning him as he thought it over, letting his body take control as he started to push on, slowly at first, then faster to a canter, his tail swishing in an excited manner. He longed for that tender flesh, that sweet taste, he wanted victory, he wanted to be satisfied with this prey. With his ears held high and his teeth bared fiercely, Tobias let out a low growl, speeding to a light run, not wanting his chase to end so quickly, at least not yet anyways. He could practically taste the flesh of the man on his tongue and feel its softness faultering to the power of his fangs. It made a shudder course through him in anticipation, just thinking about this new hunt, this kill he longed for so desperately.Yet another howl escaped the wolf, a sort of battle cry or challenge, threatening the man to take a stand run, to try and fight the power of this beast who lusted for his blood. He could barely wait, the sensational thought of his success made him impatient, but he kept himself calm and slow in pace.

User ImagePoking the side of the boat boredly, Alexander let out a yawn. Dear god, he was really tired. But he really wanted to turn the boat around and get back to the shore, so it might be better if he at least tried to stay awake a little longer. He couldn't be that far from one of the shores, and he could push it away or drag it up when he got to either shore. He was hoping he'd just have to drag it, though. It'd be easier, and it wouldn't be as much of a hassle. Plus, he'd probably have a lesser chance of falling asleep in the middle of a lake with his head propped up. If he did fall asleep like that, his hands would kill him the next day. Picking up one of the oars, he spun it around with his hands quickly like he was twirling around a staff of some sort. Frowning, he dropped it to the bottom of the small boat, and sighed. "Dear god, why the heck didn't I turn back...?" he mumbled grumpily, his face still not looking too happy at all. Well, there wasn't much he could really do right now, seeing as he was literally stranded. Sighing, he yawned again, obviously kind of tired. He could hear something, and it sounded like a tree had snapped in two, but more metallic in a sense. He couldn't quite put his finger on it, but it sounded kind of like someone was hammering metal. Not quite, though.

Frowning, he ran his hand through the water boredly again, looking around him every minute or so as the boat seemed to drift around aimlessly. It was kind of annoying, really. Really annoying, seeing as he couldn't really do much int he way of rowing or what have you, seeing as he had no clue where the heck he actually was, and which land mass he was closest to. But he was hoping it wasn't the island.

Blinking as the boat hit something, Alexander drew in a sharp breath, his eyes flying open. Oh, great. His wrist was going to kill him later, that was definitely for sure. But at least he could move the boat now. Carefully standing up and walking out of the boat, Alexander bent down, running a hand through the ground. Frowning, he muttered a really unpleasant sounding word under his breath. Looked like he'd have to push the boat around, and wait for god knows how long to get to the other side. Well, he could probably row this time, seeing as he would know where he was going. Otherwise, he'd be in circles again, and might end up back at the island. Which, well, would really suck a lot.

Blinking at the sound of a howl, Alexander looked around him curiously. Raising an eyebrow, he turned back to launching the boat away from the island. Frankly, he was kind of wondering what the sound was coming from, but it wasn't like he wanted to find out, either. Now, if he could fine the other oar, he'd be set... and he was pretty sure it was on the other side of the boat. Sighing, he pushed some hair out of his line of vision. "Well, let's hope it's around here. Now way I can get back there quickly with one oar.." he mumbled, his hand running near the ground in search of the other oar.

Blinking as another howl seemed to go off like a gunshot, the teen jumped a bit, and looked around again. Frowning, he went back to looking for the oar. "It should be around here, right..?"

It was delicious, the sugary scent of the human whom Tobias could tell was g closer and closer by the momment. The beast licked his chops as his mouth watered more and dribbled on the ground, leaving a very slight trail that would surely warn other animals on the island of his location, but he could care less at the momment. He only desired the flesh of the human, to its sweetness and savor it with all his might until he would find another human to prey upon to his heart's content. The wolf was now obsessed with this lust, his body now aching for it in the strangest of ways and his entire being only desiring that alone.Tobias took another sniff of the scent and found that it made something deep inside him feel nastalgic, weird blurry images rushing into his mind all at once and brinbing up a frustration from within.Still, the wolf refused to stop and pushed on harder, feeling that he was near what he longed for so whole-heartedly.Suddenly, Tobias slowed to a silent creep as he made his way to the very edge of the foliage that hid him and let his amber gaze rest on his unsuspecting prey.It was only a human fawn and was easily smaller than Tobias' large form, yet as much as he desired to feast on the man-cub, something in the beasts mind fought against the idea.Tobias ignored the feelig and quietly shook his form as he merely observed the boy, assessing how much muscle he had, how tall he was, how much fat he may have had on him.It was all intoxicating and Tobias could hardly stand it much longer as he ran his tongue hungrilly over his bared teeth.

With complete and utter stealth, Tobias snuck from his hiding place, making sure to keep absolutely quiet as he snuck around to the other side of the boat.Tobias peered over at the human, watching him scrabble around for something on the ground.Well, whatever it was, the child would never have the chance to find since the wolf was begining to loose his patience and simply wanted to eat the boy.Tobias jumped in the small boat, barely able to stand in it and loomed over the boy with all his teeth showing in a fierce smile at the child. With a loud snarl, the wolf made his prescense known to the teen and took a pose of attack, waiting the prey to try to escape.Tobias couldn't take it any longer and lept on on top of the boy, his snout blowing foggy breath that reeked of blood into the others face along with the drool that loosely clung to his mouth.Tobias was about to take his oh so desired bite out of the child, but stopped suddenly as the nastalgia came pounding back. With a momments hesitation, Tobias began to sniff the boy's hair, then his ear, face, neck, and lastly his chest, his big tail giving slow wags.It was then that Tobias remembered that this boy was Alexander and pushed amber gaze to meet the others, not only stunned, but a bit ashamed at his actions towards the young boy. Then the frustration bubbled back up and Tobias roared in Alexander's face before taking off into the woods once more, trying to run away from what he'd just done.

User ImageAlexander could hear something getting closer, and it was kind of making him nervous. Running his hand across the ground faster, he frowned. "Where'd it go..?" he mumbled curiously, then frowned and stood up. "Might have dropped it somewhere around here, and it might now be in the boat.." Alexander mumbled grumpily, obviously not too happy, and kind of freaked out because of all the weird howls going on around him. Was he near some sort of madman? But that meant he'd have to work faster, possibly. Running a hand through his hair in exasperation, he sighed. Well, this sucked a lot. He couldn't find it. "...Lovely. Might as well start pushing it out, I guess."

Blinking as a thumping noise seemed to come from the boat, Alexander looked up curiously. And he was kind of wishing he hadn't just looked up like that now, seeing as there was a werewolf standing in the boat, right in front of him. Oh, he was screwed. Why hadn't he just gone home? He'd be there by now, that was for sure. And it was way better than standing straight in front of a very carnivorous beast like a statue who looked like he was really hungry right now. Which probably meant that Alexander was about to be eaten. Lovely.

Opening his mouth to say something, Alexander's mouth just gaped open for a couple seconds, before a kind of high-pitched squeak sound came out of his mouth. "Uh. Hi..." he said, his hand groping around for the oar that he knew where it actually was. Where had he put it again? Screw it. He would just run. Standing up, Alexander got ready to run..

He didn't get the chance to, though. Wincing as his head hit the ground, he blinked away the bright spots in his vision. Oh, god, the smell on the wolf's breath was terrible. It was rotten, and smelled like decayed flesh and heat mixed together with blood. It was disgusting, and made him flinch. He could practically feel the werewolf's maw hovering over his neck, and there was nothing he could do. he was just going to die here, and get eaten. Not how people picture dying at all. Blinking as the werewolf stared at him, Alexander stared back, more scared than dumbstruck. He kind of looked like a deer in the headlights.

Of course, it wasn't really helping that the werewolf was now sniffing him, of all things, either.

Flinching again as the werewolf roared in his face, Alexander wrinkled his nose subconsciously. Oh, god, the breath. the breath. It stank so much, it was kind of painful to smell.

And apparently, the werewolf had found something better to do than eat someone. What, Alexander had no idea what it was. But he didn't want to find out either. Lying there awkwardly for a few seconds, the teenager slowly sat up, still kind of freaked out. That was it. He was just going to try to row off the island and back to the shore. There was no way he was going to wait and see if it would come back, that was for sure. No way was he taking the chance that he would actually get eaten the next time around. With a sigh, he stood up and walked over towards the boat, his heart still pounding like a maniac.

As Tobias continued running as far as he could from the child, his human subconscious couldn'y believe that the teen had actually followed him to this tiny island of hell. Not only that, but it was a miracle that he was even able to stop himself from devouring the boy on the spot.Of course, now there was a new problem, Tobias would have to leave this village for good and find yet another home for himself. Not that he enjoyed the idea one bit, but there was no other choice for him, Alexander had seen him and knew his secret unless he hadn't put the pieces together already. As soon as the sun came up, he'd need to get off the island and run for it, he'd need to escape before the other villagers found out and set themselves on killing him.Slowly, Tobias' logical thinking shrank back to the depths of his mind, relying on instinct once more as he climbed on a large boulder and gave a howl of warning to Alexander, cautioning him to leave before it was too late. With that done, the wolf's big amber gaze searched the wooded terrain, looking for any sign of life as he stood upright, his ears perked to listen. At the sound of leaves scattering, Tobias took off, a snort echoing off as he gave chase to his new prey, a rather large wild pig. This would be a more satisfying meal for the wolf than the deer was, but still, no matter how much kill he devoured, it would never be enough to quench his blood thirst. After all, he was a child of both man and werewolf, and neither one had a quenchable thirst for blood of the other race, the only difference with a lycan is that they killed everything, including their own, no matter who it was.

After a long night of hunting the few larger creatures on the island, the wolf made its way back to where it'd started, standing on its hind legs with hot, breathless pants. He knew that the sun would soon calm him and waited for it, his nose to the air as he scented for it, almost as if he couldn't wait to be human again.Soon enough, the brilliant rays of the sun cascaded across his dual-colored pelt, melting all that was the wolf away until only Tobias was left in his own nude skin. The male's pale form suddenly collapsed onto the chain-covered ground, tired and shaking as if he'd been working his max all night long.It was a few minutes before Tobias managed the strength to lift his head, then shakily stand and look around for his bag that had his new clothes in it.Once he spotted it, he slowly made his way over to it and took out his clothes before having to pause to take a breather and stable himself.Tobias slid into his clothes and pulled his bag over his shoulder. He needed to leave this place quickly, before Alexander could get the other villagers to come.As quickly as he could, the male made his way to the shore and stared out at the crystal-like water before diving in and swimming with all his might to the other side, thought it took much longer than rowing.Once he was back on the valley shore, Tobias simply laid on his back, panting while he tried to regain his strength to push on.

He couldn't be seen like this, it would only make him look suspicious in the eyes of the villagers.Mustering up the will, Tobias picked himself up and slowly started on his way back to the village, not even having the strength to fret over Alexander right now.At least the other villagers wouldn't be awake at this time, so that gave Tobias time to get to his house, pack some food and clothes, then get far enough away that he would be safe from the villagers.Tobias was so tired that he didn't have the energy to push on much longer, having been awake for about 24 hours now and his body being pushed to the limit by his forced transformation.Everything was blurry, but his nose could still tell the way as he walked on half asleep, stumbling around like a drunkard. Finally, his body couldn't take it anymore and Tobias collapsed, passing out right on the outskirts of the village from fatigue. He was now at the mercy of whoever found him, a wet, passed out mess with blood splotches maring his white skin.

User ImageRowing with only one oar wasn't the most fun activity to do in the world. Heck, it kind of sucked, really. It was pretty much going in circles if you didn't row one way fast enough, and even then you had no clue if it would actually not go in circles. And so far, he'd gone in circles a lot of times, really. He didn't want to count how many times, either. Although, it would be amusing to see how many he had actually gone in, but it'd be pointless, and kind of distracting. And he wanted to get back to the shore as soon as possible, too. Mostly to get away from the werewolf, seeing as it was possible that it would change its mind and try to go after him again. And he didn't want to take his chances on that happening, seeing as it was literally a bet on his life.

And it was definitely a bet he was not willing to take at all, thank you. Which explained why he was rowing kind of fast, and it meant a few annoying circles.

"Land! Sweet, non-predator infested land!" Alexander said in relief, hopping out of the boat and dragging the boat up. Thank god there wasn't any werewolves around. Well, he wasn't totally sure there weren't any around here, but he was just glad he was still alive, really. And he really didn't want to think about the possibility of even more predators ready to kill anything with a heartbeat. Chucking the oar in the boat, the teen looked behind him quickly, made a sort of face, and looked ahead of him again. That was probably the last time he would ever go and follow someone again. Stifling a yawn, Alexander broke off into a bit of a run. Adrenaline was still pumping strong, which he didn't like much. And he was still freaking out. you couldn't really blame him though, seeing as he almost did die. Which was definitely something he did not want to think about right now.

Walking as quickly as he could once he was inside the village, Alexander looked like he was going to throw up. It kind of made sense, but not really. He was still trying to figure out a few things, but those could wait. A few things were pretty certain, though. One, the werewolf hadn't eaten him because of something, and two, the werewolf seemed really familiar. Well, he wasn't too certain about the last point- it could have just been because he was wrapped up in all the confusion, too.

Quietly closing the door to his home behind him, he let out a small sigh as noone woke up. Well, only three people could have, but he was still happy that noone had. He was just really hoping that no questions would be asked, and that he'd be able to get some sleep, too. Sleep was kind of the most important thing right now, because he was hoping that the whole thing was just some really vivid dream.

Sitting up, Alexander stared blankly ahead of him. It was official. The sun was up, and he hardly got any sleep. Plus, he could still smell the breath, so it was obvious that it hadn't been some really vivid dream, like how he was hoping it had been. And he was beginning to think that life was planning to turn his head spinning, and make him as mad as a hatter, too. As long as he was up, he might as well go do something. Maybe splash a bunch of water on his face to wake himself up, and then go do one thing that he missed yesterday because he was too busy hiding from the little kid up on a hill.

After wiping his face off with his sleeve, the teen let out a sneeze. Not bothering to wonder where exactly the sneeze had came from, he sighed. Might as well get to work, really, and stop that stupid little theory of Tobias being a werewolf running through his head. It was an incredibly stupid theory, seeing as the man wouldn't really hurt anyone at all, but it did make sense at the same time, too. Shrugging, Alexander frowned and tapped his foot, trying to remember at least one thing he had skipped out on yesterday.

Which for some reason, was kind of hard to do.

OOC: Sorry about reply time! Homework wants to kill me.

Tobias slept after he'd passsed out, his body not caring at all that he could possibly be in mortal danger from anyone who took the situation he appeared to be in wrong. It wasn't long until one of the men from the village came across Tobias and panicked a bit, not quite sure what to do with the male but finally settled on picking him up and bringing him to his own home for his wife to take care of.It was a kind and lucky gesture on Tobias' behalf, though, even with the care of someone while he rested, he still couldn't find the strength to wake up completely. It was fine though, the gentle hands that dabbed a cool, wet rag on his forehead every once in a while felt increadibly nice and kept him relaxed. He wasn't all that used to being taken care of, but now that he was, it was really nice.Sometime around noon, Tobias finally opened his eyes and sat up, a headache immediately pulsing through the male's head and causing him to gasp in pain.He looked around, trying to focus his gaze on a figure that was entering the room and rushed over to him as they noticed he was awake,"Are you alright, Tobias? You shouldn't be up yet, just lie down and let me take care of you, okay? You don't need to push yourself."Tobias could barely comprehend the person's words, but took no heed to them as he stood against the gentle hands that struggled to push him back into the comfortable bed, but failed as Tobias set his mind to getting home as soon as possible. He couldn't let Alexander tell the others about his transformation, or that he'd nearly eaten the boy's face off before he realized who it was that he'd pinned beneath himself. With shaky effort, Tobias stood and slowly walked out of the house, barely hearing the other person's protests as he made his way to his own home that laid the closest to the forest.

Once his door was shut behind him, Tobias rubbed his eyes and gave a big yawn, stretching before a wave of ergency hit him and his senses snapped into high gear.He was in danger, or so he thought, and he needed to leave as soon as possible before things got bad.As he stressed, Tobias ran about the house trying to gather his things that he would need for sure and leaving the rest, only to notice that he'd left his other bag down at the lake and growled to himself. He didn't have time to worry about it now, he just needed to pack and leave, then everyone could just forget about him as if he were a memmory that never happened. Then Alexander popped into his head, he needed to apologize before he left, seeing as the boy was the only one that had ever been near Tobias in that state and survived. The male's heart sank as he thought about that, but he quickly shook it away and slung his full pack over his shoulder, ready to find Alexander and hit the road.Tobias guessed that as late as it was, the boy would probably be out working with his father or watching some of the younger children while their mothers prepared lunch for their families. With that Tobias quickly washed his face and left the house, searching for the child he deeply needed to see before he left.He just had to apologize for attacking the boy last night and assure him that if he hadn't already given away the secret that there was no need since he was leaving the village and moving on.After making his way into the forest a bit, Tobias slowed his pace and began to call out for Alexander,"Alexander, if you're out here, I need to talk to you..."
