Smart- Mondegreen is a smart guy. You have to be when you're running two long cons and cheating at cards all in one night. He also thinks he's a lot smarter than he is, and has been known to get himself in over his head.
Charming- He really knows what to say and when to say it. Of course this is all just to cover the fact that he's emotionally dead inside, but you'd never know that.
Fun-loving- funny thing about being dead inside, it makes life really boring. So, he's naturally drawn to high-risk activities, and high-energy hobbies.
Detached- He hides it most of the time, but unless it deals directly with himself he usually doesn't care.
Thoughts on the Forest: He rarely has any beyond its use as a tool for manipulating people.
Thoughts of Book Children: Great Marks, especially the newer ones. He's a little jealous of them, truth be told. Both envious of their color, and their immortality.
Thoughts on City People: He likes to think of each and every City Person as a brother or sister, and vows to protect them like they were his own flesh.
But really, he views them as marks only slightly harder to manipulate than Book Children.
Hobbies: He'd never admit it, but Mondegreen has a collection of broken clockwork pets. In his mind, he's saving them from repair. He likes letting them stay broken and dead. He's not really sure why.
