Mordiggan wasn't exactly up to his usual tricks, he'd been lethargic with the coming winter, longing for spring to bloom already, though the cold was good for inspirational views. He sighed deeply from under his makeshift home. He'd still not found somewhere to rest his head, so out in the cold he was left.
He was far too cold to even play on this frigid day, and though he wished to speak, no rhyme came to mind, so he stared out at the white that covered the ground, his eyes watching it pile up more and more, thinking how cold it would be when he moved to his next hovel to rest.
Grumpily he pulled out his flute, playing a little might stave off the chill a bit, so he lightly fingered(pawed) the holes of his flute and began to play a soft winter song, letting it gently echo through the forest around him.

Flying through the air, Diamond enjoyed the crisp cool air. It made her wings stiff when not in use, but while in flight, she didn't mind. Her magenta eyes peerd down and giggled at the sight of almost nothing but white, a bit of green peeking out from the trees dotted the ground below every now and then.
She knew she would have to eventually go down there to find something to eat, but until then, she enjoyed her morning flight. While up here, she had little worries besides the wonder of what sort of trouble her twin sister caused, but she couldn't find herself too stressed over the thought as she would when she was on the ground.
After flying some distance, the sound of something reached her ears. "Oh!" She chimed softly, looking around. It was faint, but she was sure it wasn't a bird. Her wings flapped, keeping her hovering in the air as she gazed around, looking for what was the source of the sound. It sort of sounded like music. Curious, she slowly started her descent, hoping to find what was making that noise she heard.
