Walking down the hall as she was thinking on going to the cafeteria to a snack or something since Aklin had nagged her to do something other than read and she didn't feel like going out in training yet, so a walk was what he got.

Hearing someone singing as it was an interesting song, she had never heard it but then she knew there was a lot she didn't understand about Christmas. Tori was still conflicted about how she felt about the holiday and curious to what others thought on it. She was total wasn't expecting at all to get a santa hat put onto her head and a card pressed into her hands from another trainee she recognized but didn't know him. Tori was definitely lost for words as she tried to think on what to day as she had the look of a deer in the headlights. This was one experience she had never encountered before.

Aklin said as he chuckled.

Tori sorta came back to her senses, but still confused and unsure on what to say.

"Ummm, thanks. Also what is the song your singing? I haven't never heard it before," she asked still nervous, but she was growing curious as to was this how he celebrated the holiday.

Tori listened to what he was saying but it still wasn't familiar to her at all. She did have a thought that it could have been a song that her parents never approved off or something like that she thought. "I really don't know, truly. I had a very sheltered old life," she replied a little nervously while playing with the card in her hands.

"Um, well so far Christmas here has been different to what I'm use to. Well unless it involves lots and lots of parties and get shown off to make others look good, then not really." She replied as didn't like being a puppet and was glad to do what she wanted. "So what do you do for the holiday?" she asked since she knew he had different experience with the holiday.

Tori just nodded to what he said about sour pusses as she thought she could be one because of her past but she really wasn't going to let it show that much since she was open to know more about the holiday.

Tori grew a little more nervous as she scratched the back of her head and gave a little sheepish grin. She knew that there was a lot of things she hadn't done because of her old life but the reaction she gotten from him wasn't want she was expecting at all. "Yep and other things too I think,"

Listening to all of what he was telling her as she did find it fascinating as it was definitely not what she had done in the past. To her it sounded a lot better and much more fun. "That sounds like a lot of fun. As I have never done anything like that before," she replied as she still fiddled with the card as she looked at it and found it was cool looking as well even if she didn't know what star wars was and even opening gifts sounded fun as she could sorta remember opening those when she was small.

"That is alright, I'm Victoria but I like to be called Tori," she replied as it was the nickname she had given herself when she had left her old life behind. "Its nice to meet you, Bix and thank you for the had and the card," she added, giving him a little smile but still a little nervous.

Tori was a little shocked that Before had talk about her, but then Aklin chuckled at her as she then thought that he did have to have other friends her as well and not felt silly for that expression, oh well no way of taking it back. "I was and that wasn't a very pleasant experience," she answered as shivered a the thought of those bodies. "That is cool," Tori added as she keep that information in mind and was confused by the brofist he bumped to his chest as that was also a new one on her.

"I came from New York, but I was dragged all over the world with my parents. I don't have any religion I was really really sheltered before coming here," she answered looking at the card again. "It is and very cute as well, but were do the characters come from?" Tori asked as she had never been aloud to read anything sci-fi. Her parents thought it would rot her brain and fill it with nonsense.

Tori cringed when Bix just gaped and stared at her as she knew that she would have done something wrong to have someone get a bad impression of her and sorta wanted to crawl into a hole when hearing Bix have a hard time talking as in her brain she might have just committed a huge sin or something. Aklin murred softly to get her to stop thinking like that and that it wasn't as a big of deal to what she was thinking. But she did perk up a little when hearing were the characters came from as she was a little familiar to what he said first.

"Ummmm..." she replied as she was very visibly nervous and trying to make herself as small as she could because she had a feeling to what she was going to say wasn't going to go well. "Sorry to disappoint you but I haven't seen Star Wars. I have only sorta heard of it," Tori finally replied as anything that had to do with fantasy or sci-fi wern't aloud in the house, so she hardly read any of those types of book and she hadn't seen most movies at all. "That was something that I wasn't aloud to see or read anything of the like," she quickly said in her defence and braced herself to what she thought would come.

Tori nodded in agreement as she started to be less nervous. As it had been some of the workers that had talked about it and she always heard a little before they saw she was there and would stop talking about. An old curiosity that had been forgotten had awakened when Bix told her that she would have to watch it, she had always wanted to know but knew her parents wouldn't approve. "YA!!" Tori replied as she got excited and any new knowledge was a good thing to be happy about.

"Well my parent were very controlling people. They didn't want me to fill my head with nonsense and dreams as they had high hopes in using me to get higher up in there social ladder. Even more so when they thought I was crazy for seeing the shadows," she answered a little sheepishly as she had been there puppet and still not use to controlling her own strings. "In actuality it is a relief as I do intend to do all of what was once forbidden to me and now I know that I was never crazy to know that monster are real," she replied. "It really is trust me. I prefer it better than my old life," she said. "Anyways you will have to watch Star Wars with me and teach me everything you know too!" Tori added excitedly as she just loved to learn anything she could and gave Bix a rare but truly happy full smile that very few had ever seen her do.

Tori couldn't believe on how happy she felt as it had been a very long time since she had felt this way. She liked it as she was discovering more about herself that had been forgotten and lost with her controlling parents. She kept on smiling and giggled slightly when she saw Bix grinned "Thanks," she quietly said.

Still excited to hear that there were TVs around this place as she did wonder about that, but then when she had been in the library she hadn't been looking for a TV but for books to read. 'That does sound like a very good idea and that is true," she replied since she had recently woken up and had done a lot in that frame of time, which she didn't mind at all, but down time did sound nice. "I haven't watched many movies but that sounds like a lot of fun. I will definitely come when you do have movie nights," Tori replied, she couldn't wait for all of it to happen and to hang out with her new friend too.
