Alright. I was thinking of having Iternal Dragon cast and/or upload the casts to youtube (provided she'd rather do that than play), but there's no reason we can't have more than one person do it. :3
I'm sure we could figure something out. Off the bat two ideas I have are either dual casting over skype/some other chat program, or one casts 1 game, then the other casts the next, etc.
Or if we have enough people, we could have two games being played at a time, and we can split up the casts that way.

I'm wary about cash prizes. Unless your friend wants to sponsor it 100% he'd have to require us to buy in. First, I think that might actually be illegal if you follow Gaia's ToS (this would fall under their perview since the users and event would be held by Gaia users and organized on Gaia). Second, this alienates some of us who would like to participate. Some of the guild users are too young to have their own funds with which to buy in, meaning they have no bank account and Pay-Pal. And, I dunno if I'm the only one or not, my situation makes it impossible for me to participate since I have neither a bank account or Pay-Pal account since I've been unemployed for so long. I think it best if we just stick to Gaia gold and items. That way there is absolutely no risk of violating the ToS and no one can get left out.
Ah, cool cool. He would be sponsoring it if he did, and no one would have to pay anything to enter. At least, that's what I'm assuming he would do, since that is what he is going to do sometime soon for weekly tournaments to cast.
I've been "unemployed" for almost half a year now as well, but I do some odd jobs for family/friends and my cousin pretty much supports me to keep my education going. It isn't that hard to make a paypal account, and last I remember, you can just transfer funds directly to it and use them from the account where you can. I may be wrong though, haven't really used paypal for anything other direct usage for certain online purchases.
For violating ToS, maybe post nothing about the real money here, and maybe off site somewhere else we can have the real money prizes. Either way, the money is irrelevant to me, but I figured it might bring more people in to actually play and compete if there was real money involved.
