Full name: Carolynn Jane Milkaid
Preferred nickname: C.J., Carol, Linny (Florence only.)
Age: 15
Hair: Long and mouse-y brown, it is most commonly double braided and pinned to the top of her head in an up-do.
Face: Slender and not particularly pretty, freckles cover her cheeks and the bridge of her long nose, but her lips are full and naturally flushed in color.
Body: Obviously physically active and athletic ... Despite the fact that she's a lady and should behave as one.
Fashion: Less expensive versions of whatever is in-style with Nobility at the time. She'd prefer to dress as a man but that is not remotely within the realm of possibility. As such she sticks to lighter textiles such as thinly spun wool or silk, rich and bright colors, and cuts that leave her room to run and move without as much restriction. To Florence's dismay she does not have her corset cinched as tightly as is fashionable or appropriate.
The positive: Out-going || Open minded || Honest || Loyal
The negative: Irresponsible || Quick to anger || Physically violent || Semi-illiterate(she can read and comprehend simple sentences, like on the level of a five or six year old.)
Carolynn, as seen at first glace, is a maelstrom of bubbly enthusiasm and giddy abandon. Her upper-class clothing and fare clashes immensely with the flora stuck randomly in her untamed mane and the wild look in her dark-ringed eyes. She is at her core a ten year old boy forced into the body of a burgeoning fifteen year old girl of growing affluence.
Much to the dismay of her ailing parents and her twin sister Florence, she has no inclination at all towards fulfilling her responsibilities nor interest in their growing farmland empire. She wants to be an adventurer like in the storybooks her sister reads to her. All that Carolynn can think of from day to day is what the lands across the seas must be like, fighting unknown creatures and jungles, and discovering lost dragon hoard.
Despite her usual attitude of happy abandon, she is incredibly short-tempered and has a nasty lack of anger management. Insulting her will get you an out-right temper tantrum filled with cussing and screaming, insulting her family will start a brawl, but ever insult her sister and she will become your worst nightmare. The silent, brooding, plotting kind of nightmare that waits for you in dark alleys.
Has it been mentioned she's advised strongly to keep her mouth closed in public? Because she has and is. A lot.

Past and present.
This is going to be done in a brief outline style for now.
- Great-grandparents start a farm and do exceptionally well.
- A second farm is started and both are given to their eldest son, this is Carolynn and Florence's paternal Grandfather.
- Grandfather doubles his crop output within a year and in marriage becomes the proprietor of three more farms.
- Grandfather and Grandmother increase individual farm count by two more and start an apple and pear orchard. They give their youngest son a farm of his own within the business and leave their eldest in charge of the main farm and renting out the others. (This is their father.)
- Dad marries the woman of his choosing against the wishes of his parents, but with her logic based mind and good work ethic they increase crop output by another 75% and are able to start another pear orchard.
- They give birth to Carolynn and Florence last, making them the youngest of two elder brothers and one elder sister.
- In a highly unorthodox and scandalous decision the twins are immediately named the successors to the business, and their older siblings are liberally allowed to choose whatever they wish to with their lives.
-This is a family farm business with six different wheat/corn/livestock farms, two pear orchards, and an apple orchard. The majority of the business deals in renting the established farms and farmland to tenant farmers that are payed an average of 12 shillings(or rather the Sunderland equivalent to) plus their own vegetable gardens, a cow, and a pig for their own personal use.
