The snow fell silently outside Blake's window, covering everything in a blanket of white. He sat gazing at it, daydreaming about one thing or another when suddenly his computer bleeped at him. Pulled out of his fantasies he turned to face it. Sure enough he had mail. Blake opened it and read.
Blake,
This is an emergency notification. Zero's lost it. We pied him a while ago and he's out for blood. The nut job plans to end Christmas! Help!
Blake scoffed, "End Christmas? He'll have to go through me first."
Standing he strode to his closet and pulled on a red jacket over his white shirt. After pulling on a pair of black running shoes he stood, looked himself once over in the mirror, smiled and walked out the door.

As he approached the offices, the air grew thick with soot, and ash was falling with the snow. Turning the last corner he saw why.
"Really? An army of robot clones? That's original." He shrugged and let a grin drift across his face. "Though, this is the dork who thinks he can end Christmas, so the bar is pretty low." He laughed a hollow laugh and started in at the robot army.
One, looking to be the leader noticed his presence and moved to stand before him. In a heavily automated voice the bot challenged him. "Halt! Turn back, or we will be forced to remove you from the premises."
"You can try." Was the only response Blake gave before charging in striking at the nearest of the bots.

The bot in question stepped out of the way at the last second.
"You think you can beat us? We are machines, we can not loose." Came the leader's mechanical voice.
"If you say so boss." And, not missing a beat, feinted a left jab before coming in sharp and hard with a kick from the right on the bot.

The bot leader laughed. Or rather made a series of beeps that approximated laughter. "you amuse me human, I shall fight you." The rest of the droids stood in a circle, forming an arena for the two of them.
Blake, settled into a fighting stance, legs shoulder width apart, the left slightly back, and knees slightly bent. "Thought bots didn't have the capacity for things like amusement, but suit your self."
The droid beeped at him again, "Do not worry, I shall defeated you and when our master completes his project I will be given a factory of young children, who I will force to make more robots. they will have long hours and backbreaking labor, with no pay."
"You wouldn't." And he lunged in, dropping low to taking a swipe at the feet of the evil robot.

The bot stumbled but quickly righted itself. Blake followed, grabbing the droid's shoulders and turning, swung his opponent over his left and into the snow covered ground.

Blake dropped his knee on the robot's abdomen, attempting to crush it. Jabbing his hand at what looked like the most vital and wire filled area he could hit and struck hard. He closed his fist around a number of wires and yanked at them, hoping to cause even more damage.

Doing almost no apparent damage the bot tossed him off like a rag doll. He hit the edge of the circle and was pushed back in towards the boss who was lumbering towards him. A bit dizzy from being flung and having the wind knocked out of him he prepared a flimsy defense.
After being wailed on for what seemed like an eternity Blake saw an opening and struck back, trying to force the bot off of him and hopefully gain some breathing room.
The droid however stopped suddenly, Blake seemed to have damage it's reactor by ripping out the cables and it had just ran out on him.
He gazed around and all the other droids did their best to scamper for cover obviously too scared to fight him and would leave him to his work. The work of saving Christmas

Blake took a moment to make sure that the rest of the robots would leave him alone. And, after he was sure that they were thoroughly frightened of him, took a moment to treat his wounds. Once he had sufficiently caught his breath he entered the building.
Upon doing so he couldn’t help but preform a classic ‘facepalm’. The zombie army stood before him now was testimony to how unoriginal this ‘zero’ guy was.
“First bots, now this?”
He looked around for a suitable weapon. He knew better then to tangle with the undead in hand to hand combat.
Soon he found Axe. Sure it had been in a glass case marked “In Case Of Fire”, but he was sure they’d make an exception.
Moving towards the hoard he began to hack his way through them, literally wading into the carnage. Hewing zombies apart left and right as he swung the blade in graceful arcs that were almost artful.

As The Carnage continued Blake took a moment to wonder, "Yeah he has a sense of the cliche but how are bots and zombies going to help him stop Christmas?"

Blake Had made quick and easy work of the zombies thus far. He had laid waist to much of the army, but there were still many more zombies.
As with all Zombie horror movies there always seemed to be two new ones for each one you hacked down. This didn't deter Blake however, he was going to save Christmas. And not even an army of the risen undead was going to say otherwise.

Blake started to find almost a zen like quality to hacking and slashing the fiends apart. Soon he was over halfway through the sea of rotting flesh, and he kept wading in. Behind him he left strewn bod parts and gore splattered cubicles.
'I hope I have enough disinfectant in my pack.' He hoped to himself as his axe cleaved another zombie in half.

Estimating he was over halfway across the floor, bleak took a moment to catch his breath before laying back in at the zombies. They were not very difficult opponents, there were just a lot of them.

The axe blade was becoming dull. Blake feared it would soon be come an issue as it was becoming harder and harder to make clean strikes.

Ducking into a side room, Blake took a few minuets to catch his breath and sharpen the axe. "My, these are stupid creatures, even for zombies. Easy to kill easy to avoid." He chuckled. "If he makes me fight pirates and or ninjas next I'm going to have to have a serious problem trying not to bust up laughing.
