That battle had been tough, and as hard as it had been for Chloe to watch, it must have been even harder on her beloved pokemon. She had left in a bit of a rush, going and finding a clearing large enough to let Shimmer and Bandit out in so that she could heal them. She had paid no mind to if anyone had been following her or not, she hadn't really thought about it, but she hadn't gone far. Right now she was worried about Shimmer and even more so, Bandit.
"Trouble, go find some berries if you can." She released her last conscious pokemon from it's pokeball and he flew off, apparently in almost as much of a hurry to get them as she was.
Hopefully she had enough supplies with her to get the both of them at least conscious again. "Come on..." She rummaged through her pack and pulled out two small crystals. The last two she had. With a sigh (partly of relief, partly frustration) she pressed one of the crystals in to Bandit's mouth and the other into Shimmer's. Hopefully that would wake them up.

Zinnia hadn't been trying to follow Chloe. It wasn't her fault, really! It just happened that Chloe had left the scene of their friendly fight in the direction of Katarina, and Zinnia had to go there, too, to heal Shadow and Zyk. Zyk was still perched on her shoulder, but Shadow, who was closer to the end of her strength, was kept safely in her master ball.
Zinnia was surprised when Chloe stopped; shouldn't she be hurrying back to the pokecenter? As she got closer, she saw that she had taken out her pokemon and seemed to be treating her two unconscious ones. At last, Zinnia was close enough to greet her.
"Hi, there! You left pretty fast, but I guess we're going to the same place, right? So we can go back to town together. You said your name was Chloe, right? That was a really good battle! Your pokemon are strong. What are you doing, though? What did you give them?" The teenager babbled on while stroking Zyk's fluffy chest.
((I assumed that they would have introduced themselves before their battle. xD Zinnia would have told Chloe that her name is Zin.))

Chloe did her best to hide a scowl as she heard the voice behind her. "Zin." She turned to face the trainer responsible for her injured pokemon. "It's... Nice of you to offer, but I'll be taking care of this myself." She tried her best not to sound too cold, but she wasn't all that keen on putting on the fake face right now, especially not for this particular trainer.
"I'm a nurse, if you didn't know." She explained as she pulled a cloth and a bottle of water out of her bag, pouring the water over the cloth and dabbing it gently on Bandit's forehead as he began to come to. "And what I gave them were revives... My last two." She sighed, "It will help them get better much faster than normal, but they are pricey and I'll have to make sure to pick up some more when I can afford them." She gave Bandit a gentle pat on the cheek and then moved to use the wet cloth on Shimmer's face.
"So... What's up with your dark colored pokemon? Do you only use ones that are black or gray?" She inquired. She wasn't particularly fond of starting a conversation with Zin, but she was certainly curious about those odd pokemon. She knew that Shimmer was exceptionally rare because of her color, so she figured these ones had to be too. If they were worth enough, especially that Mew, she would have to remember that if she ever got the resources to steal from anyone other than oblivious millionaires who didn't tend to their pokemon properly.

"What do you mean?" Zinnia asked. She looked at the zubat on her shoulder. "... Huh. I guess they are black and gray! That's funny, I never noticed! Zyk, did you notice that?"
Zyk, who had no eyes at all, merely squeaked in response.
"Shadow and Zyk are my friends! I didn't pick their colors. First I found Zyk, and then I found Shadow! We've been best friends for I think two years now," she added seriously.
