One of the two cities of the elves. Slyvan is at war with Qualny for which group of elves is superior and deserves to rule all the elves. The ruler of Slyvan lives in the Palace of the Sun. Slyvan and Qualny were once one city, but due to different views on ruling their people so the elves separated.
