:< I want to go back down to the weight I was in 11th grade when I was a hot b***h. (130~) Now I'm just a pudgy hot b***h because I neglected my body and ugh. To get back down to around that weight I'm going to need to lose like 25-35 pounds. I used to have ridiculous muscle mass but the muscle melted into fat when I stopped playing hockey. ;{
Are there any diets that work best for you? What exercise routines do you use to tone up and stay fit?
help me

I would say "Don't drive unless you absolutely have to" but I know you kind of have to. sad Maybe if you're going from one place in town to another place in town you can just walk? You can drop your car off at my house and do that!
That's why I'm not 200 lbs though, because I walk damn near everywhere.

I read somewhere that weight loss is something like 70% diet and 30% exercise. I don't remember the exact numbers but what you eat is generally more important than exercising, but you should both eat healthy and work out regularly to see results.
Lol I'm awful at losing weight but I read about it a lot! Good luck. :3

I lost about 20lbs just by walking about 20-40 minutes a day. I have always eaten healthy for the most part (since I've been able to control what I eat), so I think the combination of the two really helped.
Walking really is great exercise, though.

Cut out soda completely and take up drinking lotsa lotsa water. I did this and lost like 7 pounds though it was over a longer period of time with no exercise or anything else in between. Add a lemon slice to the water and make it delicious~
Depending on your metabolism instead of doing 3 square meals of day break it up into 6 mini meals with grazing inbetween (on vegetables or something low cal) cause then it boosts your metabolism.

I eat a lot of salad [though the ranch dressing doesn't help. xD] and fruits. I don't eat a lot of meat, but alternatively an all-meat diet is very good for you. But it means no meat. I don't drink a lot of pop, bu if i do it's normally something like 7-up. I try to stay away from coca-cola. I don't diet, but I'm a good weight I guess. Though I think I'm too thin. But I take medicine for my thyroid so I think that's another factor. Also my anxiety sometimes makes me puke/keeps me from eating.

Water and work help me. Small meals are good. Feeling hungry is always kind of satisfying when you're trying to bring up your metabolism. Don't expect instantaneous results. With diet changes, expect occasional bloating and weight fluctuation.
All and all, so long as you're healthy, being a chubster ain't so bad. Like I've already said, I'm around 180 and I've got a big a** and tummy, but I'm cool with it for the most part.

Drinking water and water alone, for the most part, is really helpful. Also it keeps you full and flushes you out. Water is boring though sometimes so you can get MIO and add that or you can make tea. I make like two pots of tea a day and just drink that instead of water when I'm home. And I try not to go out to eat or eat fast food much anymore (I fall into patterns of doing that almost exclusively due to laziness) so just having fruit and veggies around that you like.
Like I'll throw some green beans in the oven for half an hour with some spices on top, and eat some broccoli and dip while it's cooking. Or I'll cut up an apple, an orange, a couple stalks of celery and a banana and snack on those with some peanut butter on the side. If you like hummus there's a really healthy and tasty dip, and you can make it yourself super easy with a can of chickpeas and a food processor. For me replacing unhealthy snacking options in my house with healthy ones helps because I'm constantly wanting to shove food in my mouth.

A cup of green tea in the morning really helps, plus it helps make your skin look fantastic.
Uh, if you're a snacker like I am, then dice up fruits that are mostly water and eat them while watch TV/play on the computer. I normally dice up kiwis, strawberries and watermelon, or apples and grapes. Sooooo good~

Oh my god I wish I had summer fruits like that in my store last night when I went grocery shopping.
