After the last ‘invasion, Israfel had been for the most part, FREAKING OUT over the fact he failed epically when it came to actually fighting and defending. He’d gotten trapped and really…hadn’t done much else. The red dragon monster had before, agreed to spar with him and the siren figured there was no better time than the present to try. Sending him many, (about ten or so) messages on groanspring, the siren had gotten the dragon to agree to meet him in the gym later the next day after class.

Overall, Israfel was a bit excited. It would be a battle in the sky, and all his fighting experiences had been on the ground. How knew, maybe one day those hunters might get wings. Maybe wings came as they got older and grew. It was hard to tell, but no matter! The siren was going to have his aerial battle with the very dragon who’s taught him to fly.

It would be wonderful.

The red was hard to miss as it came into view, the bight colors standing out in stark contact to the dark walls of the gym. "Jericho! hey! Hi hi hi!" Israfel started a run but quickly the run turned to a leap into the air and flying. Even if it was annoying, Israfel still like showing off that he could fly.

"You haven't been waiting long have you? I've been worried that I came a bit early. Are you ready for our aerial ace flight fight?" That was what he was calling it. It was catchy and sure as all jack sounded more exciting than 'sky combat'. "I'm ready when you are!"

(Initiative roll)

"I hope you're ready though! Because I'm not going to go easy on ya! Show me what you can do!"

Once he was airborne, Jericho didn't waste any time to get going. He only watched Israfel for a bit, gaining a little extra altitude. Before too long, he swooped in towards the siren, clenching one of his hands into a fist to knock into the other student.

"That's what I like to hear!"

The grin on Jericho's face disappeared for a moment as Israfel claws him in flight. That actually hurt quite a bit! But it would take more than that to take down the dragon. Backing up for just a moment, he rushed in at the Siren, looking to tackle him in midflight.

Jericho beat his wings down to move out of the way just in time for Israfel's attack.From there, he tucked them in and dropped down towards the siren, aiming to plant his foot down onto him or something like that.

"Oh really?" he said with interest, though he paused at the whole mention of drowning a minipet with it. Isra likely wasn't talking about normal singing in that case.. which had him wonder just how it sounded now.

"Looks like you're getting really good all around then!"

Seeing how he he had missed, Jericho started to fly back up and around, but as he did so, he just ended up flying straight into Israfel's attack. Letting out a roar of pain, he dropped several feet before he managed to recover from the strike.

"Heh. That'll be something to see for sure," he said while flying back up to counterattack with a swipe of his claws.

"You've definitely improved with your mobility in the air too!"

"It's definitely showing!"

Jericho snarled again as he took another hit. One year ago, on that train, he wouldn't have thought the Siren he had taken out in one punch would be giving him a run for his seeds in a fight. Then again, a lot of things had happened since that train ride that he wouldn't have been able to imagine in the slightest.

Flying at Israfel, he opened his mouth and breathed out some flames at his opponent.
