I'm not saying that you should go out and buy or kidnap a wild animal out of it's habitat this is purely for fun.
The animal could be mythical or extinct too.
There are no limits. =]
Please post a picture if you can and explain why you want the animal.
Again this is for fun, don't go out and steal a baby deer because it looks like Bambi, and don't go out to a pet shop to buy an animal unless you can care for it properly.

If I could have any wild animal it would totally be a Polar Bear.  I mean they are so freaking adorable, I love the way that they romp around and they are just so damn cute. gonk Of course I would never dare to own one, that would be stupid. But they are indeed one of my favorite animals.

I would pick a Zephyr Dragon (dragon of wind and lighting)
because, i have always loved dragons, and i think it would be cool to have one as a pet. it would be playful, yet protective. : D

A White Tiger  Cause they are adorable, I remember calling them "Snow Tigers" when I was a kid. I would never own a big cat, but I am fond of white tigers, it's a shame that they are poached. =c

Well it's either that fox or this
I thought foxes were in the feline family... the only felines that can't retract their claws... they're young are called kits =/ Do I just have my facts mixed up and it's some other small carnivorous cat that can't retract its claws ~rubs temples~ I know I heard it somewhere but maybe I have the wrong animal.... someone please correct me if I'm wrong!

The cheetah can't retract it's claws, other than that, I'm not too sure what animal you're thinking...
