Team Edward Cullenation ((We know you won't be online for when we start this, but we figured you could just join in when you get online. Since I most likely won't be online. ^^))   (Using uncerts since we don't have certs for the babins. razz )Taoshira woke up to find only Tylion at her side. Little Natli, who normally slept in the middle, was gone as well as Enthallion and Alkion. She wondered if Natli had pulled one of her stunts and 'went exploring' again. The girl should know by now to tell her parents before she does such a thing. Worried out of her mind of where her family could be, she woke up her only remaining little one, rushing him to wake up and be on their way. Tashi didn't know where to even start looking, she assumed that Thali was already out looking, if he wasn't with the missing foals already.Tylion woke quickly to his mother's nuzzles and quick chattering about everyone being gone. Looking around quickly, he saw that it was indeed just he and his mother under the great tree they called home. He heard the urgency in his mother's voice and quickly got to his feet ready to go where ever they must to find his family.

Natli'Ana couldn't resist her exploring sessions, especially in the morning when things were still just waking up, the breeze was cool, and the light was just brightening into what would again be a glorious day. There was always something new to see, and though she tried to stay close to home and be a good little filly, there was always something that was just over there that HAD to be seen. Usually before she'd realized it, she was already a good distance away, and was too enthralled in finding out what was just over the next hill that it took her family fairly good amount of time to find her.
Today, she was actually trotting back towards home with a big ol' apple carefully held in her mouth. She'd found the most wonderful of apple trees this morning, and the fruit had been SOO good, that'd she'd wanted to share it with her family. She'd spent time trying to get a whole bunch, but rolling them all with her nose took too much time (she had no sack, nor any idea of such an object and how it could be used), so she'd settled on the idea of bringing them back one at a time. She'd already brought back 3, and this was the last one she'd planned to bring as a sorta treat for them all. Maybe Mama and Daddy wouldn't be so upset with her this morning! Maybe...

"Where do you think your sister would go, Tyli?" Tashi asked worriedly. She knew some of the places that Thali and her used to go to, but she didn't think her daughter would have found those places. Prancing around the tree, she noticed some foot steps leading towards the old river Thali had took her to too long ago while looking for his mother, Opal.
"I don't know mama. I just know she always gets distracted..." Tylion's voice was soft and unsure, he hoped his sister was ok.
"It looks like she went this way, towards the river. There are a lot of neat things down that way, maybe she did just get distracted." She tried to assure herself, to assure herself that Natli'Ana was ok and didn't get abducted by evil Azrein or anything of that sort. After trotting a little ways, always making sure to go slow enough that Tylion could keep up with little trouble. On their way, they found a little grouping of apples, three to be exact. An idea presented itself, her daughter did love apples, and there was a big old apple tree by the river. "She must be down there, I don't know who else would get apples." They quickened their pace, hoping to find her eating too many apples that her belly would hurt. "Natli??" She shouted over their hoof beats.

Alkion had lifted his head when his sister had snuck out of the pile of brown and blue bodies that was their family. He had twitched his nose, shook his head and poked their father. Enthallion cracked open a yellow eye and watched his daughter. He grunted softly and he and Alkion waited until the filly was far enough gone for them to get up.
"I swear she does this nearly every morning Dad." Alkion whispered to his father.Enthallion rolled his eyes, poked his foal with his nose and stood. "Well we better at least watch, don't you think?" Alkion got up too and rested against his father. "She couldn't do this later in the day... when its not so cold?" He fluffed up his coat and already shaggy mane, a few strands stood straight up and made Enthallion smile.They turned perpendicular to the young wandering foal and climbed up a small hill to watch. It was far enough away to avoid suspicion but close enough that Enthallion could get to his daughter or his family quickly if something went a miss.

Natli'Ana, lost in her own world, had of course never seen her father or brother who were watching her wanderings (she'd assumed they were probably all still sleeping) and was pleased to think how surprised they'd be at the breakfast she'd wanted to share with them!
Up until she'd heard her nearly frantic mother.
She tried to call out to her, but it came out garbled mumbles from behind the apple she held oh so carefully between her teeth. Picking up her pace instead (not wanting to put down her precious cargo) to a bit of a gangly gallop, she squealed with glee to come up on her Mom and Ty. "Mmaa eh bwoff eww ah ahhle! Aye, eee aye ahhle? Aye hot uhh hor eww hoo! Ahh hahhy ahh Alheah hoo!" (translation: Mama I brought you an apple! Tye, see my apple? I got one for you too! And Daddy and Alkion too!)

Seeing that his daughter and her mother had met up, Enthallion sighed happily. He loved his slightly spacey family. He grinned and poked his foal.
"Come on Alkion, I'll race you." He pranced ahead a bit, displaying for the foal, who had inherited his father's speed and his mother's quick mind.
Alkion puffed up and pranced just like his father. "DAD! Stop teasing me!"
"But I love to tease you!"
"Fine," then the little termite grinned and raced ahead of his Dad, his long thin legs carrying him a long ways before Enthallion started.
Thali dug his back legs in and surged forward. "Come back here brat!"
"Whats the matter dad?" Alkion grinned over his shoulder.
The two raced toward the rest of the family. Wind batted at their manes and earth flew beneath their hooves.

Seeing that her daughter was safe, Tashi immediately relaxed. "You brought us all apples? Thats very thoughtful of you Natli, just please try to tell us the next time you go venturing alone?" Her tone was neither harsh nor mad or scolding. She nudged Tylion forward to take his apple, "Eat Ty, you need some meat on you bones." She said lovingly with a slightly teasing tone.
"Yes mama." Tylion obeyed. He was glad to see his sister was safe and also very happy to have apples. They were his favorite treat. Suddenly, he heard hoof beats. His father and brother instantly stood out against the green grasses. Ty was somewhat jealous of his brother's relationship with his father but he tried to hide it as much as possible. "Look mother! Its Dad and Alkion!" He alerted his mother with pride for having seeing them first.
"There you two are!" Her family was reunited again. It always made Tashi happy when all of her children and her mate were all in one place. "Have you boys had a good morning?" Her smile bright as she nuzzled Alkion then Thali.

Little Natli pranced on her little hooves, oh so proud of what she'd done, though she respectfully lowered her head and said, "Yes, Mama" when told to tell them where she was going (after putting down her apple, of course). Just, they'd looked all happy asleep, and she didn't like disturbing happy thoughts. As she was about to say something, her thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of her father and remaining brother. "I gots apples for you two, too! See?" She nudged the one she'd been carefully holding towards them.

Enthallion and Alkion skidded to a stop.
Alkion hummed at his sister happily and took the apple gently.
Enthallion Nudged Tylion affectionately, then Natli and finally his beautiful mate. "Yes we did. We were keeping an eye on our sleep/apple gatherer." Thali grinned. "All you had to do was wake one of us Princess." He smiled at his daughter warmly. "You're lucky there are no Six close or they would eat you up!" he kneeled and tickled his daughter. "Alkion woke me when he saw her leave the camp." he told Tao.
Enthallion accepted the apple from his daughter. A wanderer she might be.. but she was thoughtful and kind.

Tashi smiled at her son who was definitely a daddy's boy. "You're always looking out for your siblings, aren't you Alkion?" She nuzzle him gently, before doing so to the other two as well. They were all growing up to be beautiful children, though a little crazy still, but she thought the maturity would come to all of them eventually.
"How did you get the apples Natli?" Tylion asked his sister, most of the good apples were at the top, and the ones she had gotten for them were very good indeed so he wondered how she had gotten them.
