Herryk had taken to hanging out around the gym when he had a few moments to spare. His hope was that someone would stumble along and he could drag them into the gym for a quick spar. Currently Herryk was wandering around inside the gym hoping to catch someone who was either coming from or going to a spar just so he could see if they wanted a quick fight first.
The draugr caught sight of a vaguely familiar face -- at least he thought she looked kind of familiar -- and he called out to her.
"HELLO? HELLO!"

Savior had been content to mind her own business (the business of staring at benches like usual) when she happened to see someone approach. Actually she felt and smelled them long before the arrived, the scent of decay on the air and her body immediately reacting to it. Marrowstripes were not made to handle anything deceased, be it reanimated or not, and as Savior looked up to see someone approaching. It didn't take long for her to realize that she did not need to be there and the monster quickly turned on her heels and ran.
Her trip lead her inside the gym, unfortunately, as she thought it would be a means to escape. There was only one door though, the one she had just come in, and it was likely she would be pursued.

"Hellooooo!"
Herryk wasn't sure how he managed to find himself between the door and the ghoul that had tried to run from him, but he did. He offered her a huge, brilliant smile and placed his hand on his chest.
"Herryk," he introduced himself, still beaming. "Would the lemon like to spar?"
He hoped so. He was tired of waiting for someone to happen along.

It wasn't going to be sparring, because this 'Herryk' was undead, rotting, and between Savior and the door. Her bones giving off a warning whistle, Savior pushed him aside with her foot, barely touching him but giving him enough of a nudge to show she was more than willing to get physical.
All Savior wanted to do was get out and get on her way. Too bad her opponent probably though she understood and was ready for a fight.

Excellent! Maybe fighting this female stranger would help him get over his fear of whupping on his own female friends. Just the thought of fighting Lattice or Chuppi made him feel sick to his stomach. Mort too. And Jove.
With reckless abandon Herryk shot forward a fist in an attempt to connect to the smaller creature's shoulder, but he missed entirely. That's okay. He was just warming up.

Savior dodged the fist that came out her with a bit of ease, her body automatically knowing to TRY AND AVOID THINGS THAT ARE DEAD. Inwardly she was screaming though she remained silent, her only goal to still get to the door. It didn't help that this person had forced her back again and was still in her way, so another kick from her foot made Savior hope she could move him.
After all this was over she was going to need to make sure to wash, since her foot kick did connect.

Herryk hobbled on one leg as he rubbed his shin. That had kind of hurt. He had to wonder why she wasn't talking much.
"Just a friendly spar, lemon!" The scent of her was almost overpowering and very distracting. Herryk tried to launch another punch, this one directed at her head. He missed and hit her shoulder instead.
Okay, this wasn't so bad, right? He should feel proud of himself! He was sparring with a ghoul!

UGH NO HE HAD TOUCHED HER NOW HER ARM WAS GOING TO ROT AND FALL OFF.
Oh no, just kidding. Savior let out a very audible whistle of displeasure and warning as she balled her hand into a fist, giving Herryk a good strike in the center of his chest. If he was wanting to touch her and have her touch him in return, he would get his wish. Savior was not going to be handled by something that she just could not genetically handle.

She was kicking his a**. Maybe he wasn't taking this seriously enough. When she landed that heavy thump to his chest, Herryk rubbed the spot. That had really, really hurt. He narrowed his eyes at her, silent and still for a moment as he soaked up extra fear into his fist.
The punch he landed was solid against her gut. He wouldn't aim for her face. That would just be mean. Ghouls liked their faces to be pretty, right?

Savior...didn't know what hit her since it came so fast, and she staggered backwards as one of her hands moved to the spot on her stomach. It was stinging, make no doubt about that, but she'd hit him just as hard if not harder before, and the monster shrugged off the blow.
He was still in her way of getting towards the door, she wasn't feeling too aggressive yet, though if things kept on this way she'd eventually have a breakdown and just surrender. For now though another kick of her foot was delivered, another attempt to push him out of the way.

Herryk was starting to feel a little frustrated with the way this spar was going. It seemed that every time he made a little progress, he fell back two steps. It was incredibly upsetting to the draugr. He was doing this to grow stronger, not to keep failing!
Herryk started feeling even more worthless as his next punch failed to land. It didn't even glance off of the much smaller form before him! With an annoyed grunt, Herryk fell back a few feet -- still blocking the door.

Was he slowing down? It looked like he was slowing down and Savior knew that was her chance to get him going and out of her way. When he kept trying to hit her she just kept dodging, her eyes narrowing with a hint of pleasure.
Another strong kick from her foot was delivered, this time into Herryk's leg in an effort to knock him down.

Herryk groaned when her foot caught him at the knee. This little ghoul was packing more punch than he'd imagined! With a loud snarl -- he was starting to get irritated at himself -- Herryk shot out his leg in an attempt to either trip her or knock her down, whichever happened first.

If Herryk was hoping for a miracle now as well, this was his spot - Savior did indeed trip when he knocked her down, rolling backwards and away. She didn't even get a chance to attack, and the monster hissed thinly as she got back to her feet.

Herryk had to admit, the way that the lemon-smelly thing had rolled away was pretty brilliant. She'd recovered very well from his attack. Herryk was still too dense to understand that she was trying to get away from him, and so he followed quickly after her, shoving a hand against her shoulder.
"Nice roll, yes!"
